Can’t thank Kyle enough. Top Tier plumbing came through in time of distress and made my life so much easier! 10/10 would recommend again and again.

Kyle and Cody were great. We had a water pipe out front that was gushing water. I was at work while my wife had to do all the phone calls and face to face interactions. Both of these two gentlemen were of utmost professionalism and completed the job efficiently. They put both of us at ease with their compassion for the situation. Job well done, Top Tier. Highly recommend.

Kyle made the trip to my house in Portland the day after I talked to him on the phone about a water leak in my basement. While he was there, he did a thorough walk through of the house and noted a few other areas in the house that needed minor plumbing work, which he showed and explained to me. He gave me a very reasonable quote and came back to complete the work quickly, referring me to a friend of his who could help with a problem that we weren’t sure was a plumbing issue.

TL, DR: Kyle provided quick, affordable, quality service and found solutions for my plumbing needs.

Kyle did a great job for us. Our propane water heater died. He got us a new one and was fast and accurate with the installation. He is very knowledgeable as he comes from a family of plumbers.

I had a bit of an emergency and Kyle answered the phone on an early Saturday morning and showed up in the amount of time it took to hop in his van and get to my house. He was fair, honest, patient, and did a beautiful job. If I ever need plumbing assistance again, he's the only person I would call.

Kyle came out and helped me out with issues from a leaky faucet. It was old and needed to be replaced. He was very friendly and communicative the entire time. Other companies gave expensive bids, but his was very reasonable! The new one he installed looks great and he warranties his work.

I had a sprinkler pipe burst in my front yard, so enlisted Kyle to check it out. He did a superb job identifying and repairing the pipe. Charged me a very fair price, and was super friendly. He's a great guy! I had a smaller issue, but I'd feel confident hiring for any sized job. I highly recommend his business!

Kyle was amazing! He was able to squeeze me and my husband in last minute right before we are moving to sell our house. He was super fast with fixing our garbage disposal and so friendly! Also very well priced. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely pleased and happy with the work done by Top Tier Plumbing, Kyle, his assistant. I had them install two toilets, two sinks and a garbage disposal.
I love that they are local, they are outstanding people, Very fair priced, top quality work, cleaned up and removed all packaging and old Toilets. I really liked that you can set an appointment time, which they arrived at on time every time, and not have to hang out waiting at home for a 2-3 hour time block for them to show. I guess that's the benefit of using a small, family run local business vs. much larger ones.

I deliver to ferguson. Some are difficult to get to but the people are alsays professional and they are very quick to unload me. Definitely a quality place to deliver to.

Eddie has been amazing. Very knowledgeable and even calling other places to ensure i had everything i needed to complete this project! This has become my go to place from now on.

I've never had a bad experience. Actually was at grand opening with boss at that time. And this location has been my first stop for certain items. Easier to wrestle a pick up & trailer around.

Been standing her for 25 min. The Employee on shift has not said a word to me. Horrible customer service skills. I will be taking my business else where. If you are in a hurry do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, even Albany. Im positive they will be much friendly and faster

Has the worst phone system of any out fit i have ever worked with. I been doing business with them for right at 30 years . You can't just call the branch your working with. My bet this cost them a pile of money every year. I am about DONE!

I had an emergency, one where I had to have the water turned off until it was fixed. I was told he would be here at 6pm. I called at 6:15. He said he was on the way, he was almost there, but didn't show at all. At after 7 he said he would need pictures. When he saw the pictures he said he couldn't help. I called him at 3pm. I had another plumber that was willing to come, but put my trust in Alex to show up as he said he would. So I have no water to my home. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. 🥺
