Absolutely fantastic service none of our toilets would flash all of are drains were backing up and the sewer drain was bad he got it all fixed in under an hour amazing and he came out not only on a holiday after 7 pm but was here within 45 minutes and he has very good prices if I could give him more Stars I would. it's really hard to find good affordable help nowadays so thank you very much Alex you really are a lifesaver

So glad I called! We had an emergency drain problem and sewage was flooding up from shower, It was almost 10pm and the two places we called wouldn’t be out till next day and said to expect very high emergency rates if they came out that night.

I called Nw sewer and the gentleman who answered (Alex) was very nice and genuinely concerned and said he would make it out that night. He arrived an hour after we called and was quick to diagnose and fix problem.
I was expecting a bigger bill but when it came time I was shocked I didn’t even get charged an overtime or emergency rate as other companies had said.

A professional answered, Arrived quickly even being after 10pm and fixed our nightmare and charged half of what other companies quoted me just for emergency rates to show up.
We will forever be using nw sewer and I can’t rate them high enough I am just impressed.

Needed a small, indoor grease trap cleaned for the church I work for, which very few businesses do this particular service. Needed it done as quickly as possible, and our regular company was booked out two months. By calling several places, I discovered that NW Sewer & Drain does this kind of work and they were available right away. Alex, the owner, did the work himself and did a very thorough job, explained what he found, added enzymes, hauled the grease to a disposal site, and all for a very minimal cost that worked with our church budget. Normally, the grease trap cleaning leaves a horrific smell (worse than sewage) that lasts a few days, but Alex explained why that shouldn't happen if you're doing the job right, and this was the first time there was no smell. You can tell he takes pride in his work and that doing the job correctly is important to him, which is huge to me. I will definitely be using this company from here on out.

Had a plumbing nightmare that became more urgent today. Nice young man came over on A Sunday within an hour! Got us all fixed up and had to stay a little longer than expected. He was more than fair and gave us a very good deal along with his time and expertise. I highly recommend him and would use him again.
