Brett arrived on time, checked out all the things that asked to be fixed, gave me an estimate and set about working on the four things, one by one. He was friendly, professional and worked unceasingly! He cleaned up each work area as he completed a task. Ireally appreciate being able to have him come this morning and complete all the jobs at once.

On time, professional and absolutely thorough. Often times you have someone come out and it’s almost as if you become uncomfortable in your own home. Colby didn’t make me feel that way! He interacted with our son and just over all made the experience much better than we have previously had. Would absolutely recommend Colby for all the needed help!

This is the second time I have used Mr. Rooter. When a pipe failed in our crawl space on a Sunday morning, I didn't have a lot of hope for running water (and a shower!) before Monday. I remembered using Mr. Rooter on a previous emergency repair and contacted them. They arrived well before they said they would and quickly made the repair in time for me to finish the plans I had for the day. They are not the most inexpensive, but they are total pros, get the job done well, and their service is a great value.

I had a active leak underneath my bathtub called Mr rooter out. they sent a guy named Gabe who is the most helpful very knowledgeable very professional gave me a amazing quote. And had the job finished within an hour and was on his way!

My water broke on a Saturday I called not long after Gabe came out. He was so pleasant, explained everything from the start to the end. He replaced my heater in less than half an hour and done. I’m so thankful I thought I was going to wait till the next week for someone to replace it. Thank you so much, Gabe.

This is the second time I've had Mr Rooter, Brett Brammer, out to work on house issues. Both times, from start to finish, from office staff to Brett, I have experienced nothing but extreme professional work and interactions. Brett always goes way over and beyond to accomplish the work as well as help me troubleshoot other existing conditions at this old house. I appreciate all they have done for me and will have them do any other work that comes up in the future.

Amazing, amazing service. Mr Rooter was very fast and helpful in a time where we really needed help. Miguel came over to help us with our storm drain issues, and he was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and took the extra time properly assess and what they would be able to assist with. I cant stress enough how rare it is these days for experts to take the time to explain to a customer and feel like we have support. Miguel was incredible with assessing the issues and giving us the proper information and possible options. Mr. Rooter will be my first call for plumbing and drainage needs from now on. Again, very, very rare to find these days.

Our water heater burst at 3:00am in the morning, I called Mr. Rooter emergency line. They answered in two rings and took my information and said dispatch would call me. Dispatch called at 8:00am, verified my needs, and scheduled me for a new water heater installation at 10:30am. We received a call from the technician at 8:45am, he said he's on his way. New gas water heater was on his truck and quoted us the price. The job was completed by 10:00am! I received a Veterans Discount, Gabriel (the technician) was great!!! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any of your needs.

Technician was professional and quick (job done in 45 minutes), but $500 for a simple Moen cartridge replacement felt steep compared to other local plumbers’ $250–$350 quotes.

In reply to the Corporate response - 1. Are you saying local business are not professional or licensed and only provide bandaid fixes? Presumptuous thing to say don't you think. And your prices are higher because you're a Corporate business and corporations use excuses of being bigger to charge people more, unfortunately, the sad reality. However, in future we will take our chances with a local business that prioritizes fairness and people over inflating their bottom line....
