They were friendly and prompt getting me scheduled. Shane was my plumber and he was so professional and flexible around my schedule. He really went above and beyond! Would for sure hire them again.

Shane did an amazing job! Didn't just clear the clog, but made sure the line was truly clear.
Kind, courteous and indulged my constant curious hovering, as well as my relentlessly curious cat.
Cleaned up after himself and left things in great shape.

Jesse is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was careful to explain all the details of our situation so we could fully understand. Jesse is a great representative for Henco.

Jesse was the hero of the year. Our main line had a crack in it at the meter. It was slowly leaking out, and a neighbor let us know we may have a water issue, as we had no idea at the time.

We had the city come look to confirm it was our meter, and on our side, and of course it was. We made several phone calls and Hemco was able to send someone. Of course these things always happen on a weekend, but they were able to get someone out the next day. The discovery was made too late in the day for them to get someone same day.

Jesse came out and worked all evening in the dark to get things fixed so our family could have water ASAP. We are so thankful! He did a wonderful job.

Loy did a great job. Showed up early, helped identify the issue and solved it expeditiously. Thought we had a pipe/drain leak into the ceiling, ended up being a faulty wax ring and toilet issue. Toilet replaced, all reset and functioning. Super responsive from first phone call to final job.

Called them out to do an inspection for a leak. Quick to respond, efficient scheduling. Recommended repair was unnecessarily high for what had to be repaired. Cheep option $750 to replace four rusted bolts and rusted plastic float rig (still working). Materials and labor shouldn't have exceeded $250 max. I know because Ive replaced what was requested on another toilet recently in my house (just didn't have the time to commit this time). The "Premium package" was over $1000, recommending replacement of the entire toilet (it is 20+ yrs old).

Update: manager called me to help me to understand their customer demographic and their focus on providing holistic solutions to keep customers satisfied and providing best solutions so they don't have to go back redo work and disastisfying the customer further. I can understand that. That said, the pumber could have recognized my DIY responses and provided all options with signed acknowledgment from me to offer me the solution I needed, not just what they felt comfortable providing. OR could have respectfully offered me an alternative vendor that would be better for me as a customer if they couldn't meet my needs. For $129 assessment, that would have told me that as a customer i was valued.

Overall, they seem highly committed to their work in providing the best solutions for the customer if budget isn't a consideration for you.

Booking agent was polite, prompt and clear about communication. There was no lag on the phone. The technician was on time, communicated well, asked the right questions, spoke confidently about code and standards. I got my quotes the same day. Everyone has been very professional.

We had a gas leak from our oven. Northwest gas came out to assess the issue and recommended this company for a repair for the stove. Dillon came out and was very professional and did a great job. Dillion was knowledgeable of the issue, explained the charges, offered other options and did the repair in a timely manner. Henco & Dillion also followed up & kept us informed of arrival, etc. Would definitely recommend them.

Dillon from Henco Plumbing and Heating arrived right on time to perform a plumbing maintenance inspection. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He inspected every plumbing aspect of our home. As he was working, he explained all functions of our system including helpful hints to prolong the life of our system. I highly recommend Henco for this type of work, and especially Dillon for peace of mind.

After another failed tankless water heater, I found Henco Plumbing Services… a dealer and installer for the Navien brand tankless heaters… a premium product. Yesterday, Tim Kluting ,from Henco, was sent to our door for an estimate and consult of our project. Work was scheduled for the next day. This morning, Tim arrived a little ahead of schedule and quietly began work. Disassembly and removal of the old failed heater and installation and plumbing of the new unit plus a recirculating valve that alleviates waiting for hot water to arrive.

Tim is a Navien factory trained technician. Watching him work was pure joy. No wasted motion, all movements precise. Our installation was completed in just over 3 hrs. Gotta be a record somewhere!! Tim has my utmost respect and I wish him well in his career.

For Henco Plumbing Salem - worked with them from another state; they made it very easy. Had to turn gas off at the stove due to leak. Very professional, polite, informative, timely. The video that was sent was helpful when scheduling another company for the repair work (Henco Plumbing didn’t work on my stove brand or I would have used them).

Had a great experience working with Shane and Henco. Drain line hydro jetting with camera inspection for 35 unit Condo complex. Gave written updates daily with pictures of how the job was progessing, complete the job in the quoted amount of time and did not leave a mess for owners to clean up after. Answered questions promptly and very pleasant tow work with from estimate through completion of project.

We are very pleased with Cody and Henco. Fast competent service. Excellent remedy to our natural gas pipe problem in the kitchen. And very quick laundry faucet installed and bath tub faucet repair.

This weekend it was discovered that my bathroom drain was starting to drain extremely slow. First thing this morning, I woke up and called Henco to request a drain cleaning.
A gentleman was here within a half hour, completed the repair.
He was very knowledgeable, polite, I'm very professional.
He fixed the problem, and cleaned up nicely after the repair.

We got an estimate from this company and while we did end up using a different contractor to install because we got a little bit better price.. I wanted to say what an excellent job Cody did when he came to do our estimate. He was very nice and professional. He seemed knowledgeable and because our shut off valve was faulty and letting some water leak through, he was kind enough to cap the water line at no charge so we wouldn’t continue to have a slow leak destroying our wood floors. I would absolutely recommend checking them out.
