Reese did an amazing job for us. We were shivering in a cold office when he showed up. He diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and left us with heat on and one of his expensive parts for several days while he waited for our part to come in. I could not overstate what a great experience it was to work with Freedom Heating and Air. From start to finish, their service was friendly, prompt, affordable, trustworthy, and high quality. Jason, who came to do my bid, was friendly and honest - with no air of pushiness or salesmanship. I was given a bid with several options; I was able to choose the option that most made sense for my home and budget. The workers kept me up-to-date on what was happening with the job and stayed within the schedule. When they saw my current system wouldn't be sufficient to cool my upstairs, they added a duct line at no cost. They wanted me to be happy with the results and didn't want me to feel like they'd duped me into the bid only to have me pay for more. I wish they did more than just heating and air just so I could hire them for everything. I will certainly be coming back for all my heating and air needs.

I was referred to FREEDOM by another vendor in town. Jason came out to assess, and Lance(?) did the roughing in and line work. I had Freedom come out for a mini split replacement, wonderful experience! Jason was great to coordinate with, the installation was fast and done well, recommendations were comprehensive, quote was accurate (and MUCH cheaper than other quotes I received). Highly recommended!

Our heater stopped working. Robert from Freedom came out and found a circuit malfunctioning. The part had to be ordered from the manufacturer. The manufacturer delayed shipping but Robert found the part and brought it out ASAP to fix the heater. Robert went over and above to help us out. Top rated customer service!!

Our experience with Freedom Heating has been fantastic so far. I've called around to multiple HVAC vendors all over Salem-- and by far the easiest vendor to work with at this point, is Freedom Heating.

If anyone I knew needed HVAC work done, they'd be the first place I'd recommend.

Absolutely amazing! We had been dealing with a restoration company for over 4 months trying to fix the ducts and plenam giving us the run around with no heat all winter, and we called freedom heating and air and they came out the very next day and we were scheduled that week and in one day they replaced all the ducting under our house and installed a new plenam and that evening we had heat. Thank you guys so much!!

Good quality and good price for the AC. They provided 5 options to choose from. This company did the installation on time and withing the scheduled time frame provided. I cannot stress enough how great their customer service is. Our AC went out on a 100° plus week, with a baby at home recovering from heart surgery they quickly sent somebody out to diagnose the problem. Turns out they were going to have to order parts, but they didn't stop there. They installed a window AC to temporarily get us through the heat of the week. They even called later that day to check on the baby. I am now a loyal customer for life.

Had my furnace blower motor quit and Freedom Heating and Air was recommended to me by a friend. Jason and his crew replaced the blower motor, as well as a couple of other parts that failed with it. Turns out the furnace is 30 years old, and they could have told me I need a new furnace, but they worked to get us heat again, as the nights have been in the 30's. Top notch guys, I will use them when I am ready to replace the furnace, as well as some other exhaust duct repair in the meantime. Thanks for getting us going Jason!

If you are looking for a service that does not charge a flat rate so they can stand around and try to upsell you something you do not need, this is the company for you. They have fair pricing, integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Jason was really great and was determined to figure out the problem with my heat pump. Which he did! I am so happy to have found them. This is now my go to company for all my heating and cooling needs. I will recommend them to everyone.

During the heat of the summer our air conditioner when out. When I called for servicing I was scheduled with 48 hours. The next morning I received a call offering me a repair if I could be available in the next couple of hours !! Jason Foti notified me within 30 minutes of arrival and was able to identify the issues and get the system back up and running within an hour. Excellent customer service and very reasonable fees. They recently returned for my annual HVAC servicing and I was more than please with the service. I highly recommend Freedom Heating and Air.
