We needed someone to help us with our furnace on move in day because it stopped working and was freezing. Freedom heating made time for their guy to come out same day and didn't overcharge us. Great service. Wish there was a way to pay my bill online though. Overall I had a seamless experience. Highly recommended.

Freedom heating and air is absolutely phenomenal!!
I had been getting my annual maintenance from the same company for the past six years and this year when I called to schedule they , for the third year in a row, had increased their rates by $30.
A friend of mine recommended Freedom heating, so I gave them a call.
Freedom’s annual maintenance cleaning price was 34% LESS then the company I had been hiring for the past six years. I verified that Freedom did the same cleaning points as the previous company and in fact they did and More!!
They were able to schedule our appointment on the date and time we needed it.
During our annual maintenance Cleaning appointment the technician, Andre, told us we had an incredibly dirty wheel in our unit.
This, of course, was not part of our maintenance cleaning cost. But after getting an estimate, we asked him to go ahead and clean it.
As always happens, the wheel was in the very center of the unit, so the unit had to be taken almost totally apart. When Andre showed us the wheel, we could not believe how dirty it was!
After looking on the Internet, it appears that this wheels dirt buildup had to be accumulating for at least four years, If not longer. In fact, it was to the point that it had a mild odor.
This, of course, made us wonder why this had not been mentioned to us in previous years during our other annual maintenance cleanings.
To top everything off, after Tracy in the office, who is also incredible, gave us our military discount the Actual invoice was more than $50 less than the estimate! When does that ever happen?!!!!!
To say, I’m absolutely thrilled with freedom heating and air would be an understatement. We will call them for ALL of our heating and air needs moving forward.
The last thing I would like to add is, I rarely do business reviews unless I’ve had horrible service and want to warn future consumers.
But in this case, I made an exception because I was so overwhelmed with the positive experience and the wonderful people at Freedom heating and air !!

Freedom Heating and Air is FANTASTIC! We are a local property management company who has worked with several HVAC vendors over the years. Freedom beats them all on service and pricing. I just had them come to my house and I could not be more pleased with their ease of scheduling, time on the job and great customer support. Technicians are knowledgeable and efficient.

I set up to get my HVAC serviced with Sales Manager Taylor and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and he made the process very easy. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and when the tech came to service my HVAC, they were punctual and efficient! Well done Freedom Heating and Air, you guys did a great job!

I have enjoyed working with Freedom Heating over the last three years. Our electrician recommended Jason and Robert, praising their integrity. They have had a positive impact on me as a business owner. Their work has been excellent—there's no doubt about that. What sold me on Freedom Heating was their honesty. They never tried to undermine my limited knowledge of our cooling needs. Before working with Freedom Heating, we consistently faced issues with our HVAC system when working with other companies and often overpaid for subpar service.

We had the extreme pleasure of having our new entire heating and air system installed by Freedom heating and air. The salesman we dealt with Taylor was amazing. Worked with us, figured out what we needed and got us going right away. Then the pleasure of having Jared and Matt come up and work there tails off and made sure everything was done correctly. To top it off the owner Robert stopped by and talked with us for quite awhile, and made sure the job was right and to our satisfaction. I'll ask everyone else, where else do you find that kind of service. You need this kind of work done, I highly recommend this company.

I recently had Freedom Heating and Air install an HVAC system and perform duct cleaning at my home. I don't know much about these systems, but Taylor, the sales manager, helped me choose the best option. The new heat pump and outdoor unit are incredibly quiet and I love them.
I've had five or six technicians from the company for various services, and they've all been very friendly, reliable, and have done an excellent job. I will continue to use their services for every six month maintenance. I highly recommend them to my extended family and friends who need air system work done.

I contacted Freedom Heating and Air for a quote on my AC unit, and they set it up fast. Taylor was very professional and along with the quote, gave me some tips on maintenance I can do myself. He wasn't pushy and legitimately wanted to earn my business. The installation was scheduled fast from when I accepted the bid, and the installers were professional and did a great job in answering any questions I had and ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction. When they left they did a great job cleaning up, and other than the new AC unit in place of my previous unit it was almost like they weren't even there. I'll definitely be keeping their contact with me for future services.

Freedom is a great place to have all your heating and air conditioning needs met. The guys are great down to earth people that will do everything in there power to get you back up and running in no time flat!

I called Freedom Heating and air to do a solo job for a ductless heat pump. The team jumped into action. I had an appt within a week. After consulting I was scheduled about 2 weeks out. The team came in, evaluated the situation within 6 hours the system was installed and tested. Overall I am very happy with the service. Please consider Freedom Heating and Air.

Heater died and I had their technician came out and he isolated the problem to the Ignition Control Board. This heater has a single printed circuit board with spade and plug connections. Technician was knowledgeable and the cost was $99 for the diagnosis. They called the next AM to discuss the price and wanted $950 to replace the board. I ordered the board online for $200 and replaced it myself. Took about an hour and there was nothing complicated to deal with. Hate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. The replacement board I received was OEM and exactly the same as the original one. Overcharging customers who are without heat doesn't feel like a way to get repeat customers or good word of mouth reviews. Won't go back.

oh my, did Day Heating help solve a $1225.00 electric bill!! Yes we need some parts but they gave use great ideas to make it until the parts come in. They have always provided excellent service for us since 2006!

It was really fantastic that the technician was able to come to our home early this morning rather than the 1ish time-slot this afternoon..That was GREAT!! He was very knowledgeable in his business..We feel represents his company Great..MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I basically needed an entire new system. Originally, my ductwork was in the crawlspace and was continually being ruined so my option was an entire new system in the attic. I had at least four companies entirely ghost me after giving me a quote because of its complexity. Luke at Day Heating was able to design a great system for my needs. He and the entire company have been incredibly accommodating and thorough, almost to a fault. The installers were actually disappointed that they couldn’t be here when the system went online to see at work. Day Heating doesn’t service the Portland area because of the travel expenses and after hearing my nearly one year search for a company to do my system, he chose to show pity on me and help me out. The one local company that gave me a quote but not for the system I wanted, was very nearly the exact same price. I am so happy with the experience with Luke, Ahren and the team that I will recommend them to everyone I know.
