Excellent communication wirh dispatch scheduling- called on a Sunday, they were out on Monday. The service specialist was professional, got the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. So grateful! I highly recommend Valley View HVAC.

I highly recommend Valley View HVAC. Austin was on time, well prepared and did a thorough job. I definitely appreciated his taking the time to explain the issue with my system without making a sales pitch for things I don't really need. I would definitely call Valley View again.

Quite literally the only HVAC company I trust. So many others have tried to screw me over, or have done a bad job that doesn’t hold up (or makes the problem worse). These guys have fixed issues that others have said required a complete system replacement. They’re friendly, honest, flexible, and communicate well (and I’m a therapist…my communication standards are high!). They get the job done well, they explain the problem in clear terms, and they even show us how to fix it ourselves for the future if it’s relatively simple. They don’t ever overcharge and they run their business with transparency. I’ve been working with them for years and have never been disappointed…and my trust is always reinforced by how they show up. Also, as a bonus, I am able to have them come to the house to do HVAC stuff while I work in the office with clients uninterrupted. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I panicked when my AC stopped working just as weather predicted to hit 100 in a few days. I called, they texted me almost immediately and were out to repair my heat pump a few hours later. Fast, friendly and professional. Even installed my new thermostat for no charge. HIGHLY recommend them!

Always wondered why our family room addition was hard to keep warm…we may have assumed it was too far from the furnace. until. A feral cat found a cozy spot in our ducts! One of the ducts was actually not even hooked up😳

He came out to inspect my system, and instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, he was completely honest and told me no service was necessary at this time. That honesty alone saved me money, but what really impressed me was how he still went above and beyond—answering my questions, giving me tips on how to keep my system running efficiently, and making sure I understood everything before he left.

My ancient furnace decided to stop working on Valentine’s Day and I called Valley View HVAC because I really haven’t been that happy with other companies that I’ve had service the furnace before. Scott wanted to save me a weekend call charge so he brought me two radiator heaters to get me through to Monday so I wouldn’t freeze over the weekend Today David arrived right on time and fixed everything and did a bunch of tests to make sure the furnace would continue to run. He explained everything to me so I understood what the problem was and how to maintain the unit in the future. The cost was very reasonable and the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with from any repair company. I will be using their company from now on and recommending them to all my friends. This company goes the extra mile.
