Chris came to save the day! We decided it was time to add a central air unit to our home. He spent time to meticulously ensure that everything was installed correctly so that we were set to beat the heat or stay cozy warm! We have had our unit for over a year & it has been wonderful. Has even returned to give us some pointers to assist in the longevity of our unit. We couldn’t be more happy with our choice. I would HIGHLY recommend DiMartino’s!!

Of all the companies I called to look at updating my Furnace/Air Conditioner- Chris was by FAR the best at getting back to me in a timely manner, thinking outside the box to ensure my needs were heard/met, quoting me accurately the first time, and following up after the fact. Of course during a heat wave our AC went out. We don’t know any AC repair people. One was referred to us by a neighbor, that company insisted we needed to replace the whole unit! But he was booked for a month. So I called a couple other places. Dimartino’s had an opening in the morning but later called back and had a sooner appt. Worked out great. The service person was quick to identify the issue, showed my husband in detail the problem. They had the parts and was able to fix right there! Thank you so much ! Highly recommend

I could not be happier with the service we received from DiMartino’s 5 Star! As a real estate agent, I am pretty choosy on who I ask to come out. I have heard of Chris and his wife through mutual friends, but this is the first time I had them out at my property. It was extremely hot yesterday and of course our AC went out on our older HVAC system. It ended up being hotter in the house than it was outside. They weren’t able to come out that same day (tis the season for HVAC companies and everyone I knew was completely booked working until 9pm with emergency calls) but they made sure to fit me in their schedule today(very next day). I even received a call 3 hours before our scheduled time saying he would be early and was on his way! He worked as quick and efficiently as possible to resolve our AC issues with a plan of what we may need to do in the future, and a lengthy description of everything he saw which he included in the invoice for future reference, and so I could relay the proper information to my husband. And he threw in a complimentary filter! 10/10 recommend Chris and his company for your heating and air conditioning needs. I will be calling him for estimates, work, or advice for any of my future home buyers or home sellers!

I couldn't be more pleased. Prompt and courteous service. Chris was able to help me in a pinch. Chris recently put in new wall thermostat, and found that someone had tampered with my new heat pump. Screws were no longer in the panel. I would have never noticed this. Great catch Chris! I couldn't be more pleased by his promptness, knowledge and workmanship. Chris gives you the personal service you need when heating or cooling has a problem. When my furnace stopped turning on he came right out. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and provides a fair price. He also offers a low monthly payment of $16.67 to provide heating and air conditioning maintenance. Highly recommend this company

I contacted Chris on Saturday and he came out Sunday morning. Diagnosed and fixed my AC unit and just charged me the call out fee. Very friendly and honest, definitely recommend him and will call him again in the future (or hopefully not need to lol).

Chris DiMartino is amazing! Our AC wouldn't turn on. After community recommendations I reached out to Chris for help. He responded quickly and arrived to assess the situation. He had to come (due to an electrical issue on our end) but he came back on a Sunday free of charge which was very much appreciated. He made us feel very much taken care of and not taken advantage of. Contacted this company and Chris was able to come out the next day. He was very efficient and helpful as well as friendly. He got my dinosaur of an AC to start up again and get our house cold again. Chris’s price was the best I found for a service call and would recommend this company to everyone. I will not be calling any other HVAC company in the future this is my go to company from now on. A little company that actually cares about their customers!!!

We were having furnace problems. Chris came on time and went above and beyond to fix our furnace as well as service it. I felt the price was very fair.

My air conditioning went out…. Hottest day so far, of course. I waited until Monday to call around because of my concern about increased weekend fees and just knew I would have to wait a few days because I was sure a lot of people were calling. I tried several businesses, leaving messages and called DiMartino’s and not only was able to speak to a LIVE person, (his wife) who was so polite and nice, but they promised to come by that SAME DAY. They also were kind enough to accommodate my crazy schedule and willing to come at 5:30 with no extra charge. He was professional and informative, giving me some guidance for future maintenance and fixed my unit in less than 30 minutes for just the very reasonable service charge. I love supporting small businesses and DiMartino’s will be my go to in the future. I could not have asked for better service. I would also like to add that I had this unit installed by a big well known company 8 years prior and I’ve had to call someone every single year since the installation because something has gone wrong. Lesson learned! Do not hesitate to call this great business. I’m sure you will be well satisfied. Thank you!

Chris did a wonderful job replacing my furnace. He was fair and did it fast as it was cold and we were out of heat. He cares about his clients and does very reliable work. I highly recommend 10/10 service.

My AC stopped working after a "repair" from another company and they got me scheduled on the same day. Chris and his wife were fantastic. He explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything was inspected and that I understood everything he was doing. He ended up needing to order a part but got it and installed 3 days ahead of schedule. I couldn't recommend them enough!! Most honest and friendly HVAC company I have ever worked with.
