I called Brandon on a Sunday and he answered immediately showed up the next day for my service. In the middle of summer. I don't think I would ever call anybody else. As long as I live in Salem.

Phalen from Hajek Heating and Cooling came out to do a maintenance request on our home and he did great. Super knowledgeable. He explained some things that we weren’t aware of. Also respected our home with family there at the time. Did everything he needed to do, and made it simple. He checked every box off. Definitely hope we get him in the future if there’s any other needs.😁👍🏻👍🏻

Initially we thought this company was local, honest, trustworthy and worked with integrity…. They came out after we called plumbers who found the source of our water leak which was our hvac unit slowly leaking water…. He came out said the issue was easy, just a bad kill switch (basically a part that shuts down the AC when water levels rise too much in the flood pan) and the reason for the flooding was due to mineral build up in our drain… or somewhere, so he cleaned whatever and used towels to soak up the water….i called him immediately after he left letting him know that it was already full of water again, he said it would be like that for a while since there is backed up water, and that he would call me back the following day to see how things were going. Next day passes, we have water restoration crews out here dealing with all that mess, but now not only is our AC unit flooding still, it’s not keeping up with the heat…. Since I never heard back, I texted the technician who was out here asking if when they ran his diagnostics if he found any other issues because we were also seeing there being an issue with the heat and the AC not keeping up…. Not a single word back… we paid $371 bucks for this guy to come out throw towels in the water and pipe clean some sediment out….. just…. Not how we imagined this service would have gone…. Looking for a new HVAK company now to reevaluate the work…. What a waste of money to this company.

Had my furnace replaced. Great job from the beginning to the end. Initial visit was pretty laid back no pushing to buy nor to choose the company. Brandan was easy to work with. And the installer was professional and respectful. I'm looking to replace my hot water heater with them also. Just had my water heater replaced 4/25. Brandan did a great job.

Branden was great; he checked out the fireplace, showed me where and how to light the pilot, and took care of the fireplace. He found a bad valve, ordered the part, and replaced it. All in all, I found it to be a good experience and would highly recommend his company

This business has several times requested a 'Review' of the 'Service' they provided to me. I have been reluctant to do so... as my Mother told me 'If you can't say something nice, don't speak'.... but.... I today did a bit of research.

It may have been a bit of miscommunication between myself, the person who I spoke to when I called this business, and the person who came to my house (Brandon Hayjek) - I wanted to get bids for replacement of a 20-year old Heat Pump/Furnace combination if warranted. As a 'reason', I did mention that my 'Cooling' had diminished recently.

Mr. HayJek arrived, and immediately began opening my Heat Pump - I assumed that he was doing so to examine its condition. He removed a part, went to his vehicle, and installed it - took about ten minutes tops - "Ah, he said... should be working now!!"

I was NEVER asking for a 'Service Call' or for the repair of my heat pump. He just assumed that - I suppose from his Phone Person - which is NOT AT ALL what I'd requested.

I was charged $352.80 for the 'Repair' that took about 10 minutes, and I've found (via Internet' that the 'capacitor' for a Carrier Heat Pump is retail - between $15 - 25. The 'job' took about 10 minutes.

Would I EVER call 'Hajek Heating and Cooling' again. No. But he did ask several times for a 'Review'. Be Careful.

Brandan did a great job replacing an old gas water heater that had ruptured on a weekend with a tankless one. We appreciate several things: the quality of the work, his immediate availability to respond to our emergency and how he handled it, the fair price, and making sure we knew our options. He gave us the pro/con information we needed to make a decision about the tankless option. Personally, he was very pleasant to do business with. I won't hesitate to call Hajek Heating and Cooling again when we need a plumber.

Brandan cleaned my ducts. It was easy to schedule with him since he's responsive, and he showed up right on time. He charged me the same as the estimate he provided based on the square footage of my home, and did not try to up sell me.

I'm a first time homeowner and he took the time to educate me on filter maintenance. He even showed me a before and after picture of the inside of my duct using a fiberoptic camera. It was satisfying to know I won't be breathing all that dust when I'm running the heater this winter.

He did the work in a timely and thorough manner, and kept everything tidy and clean. 🌟
