The owner was contacted and came by the same day to address my concerns even cleaned the filter and made sure system was working properly with no charge. Ended up being user error and owner was extremely helpful and non judgemental taking the time to help me learn how to operate the system correctly.

I wish I could give Chris 10 stars!! He is so knowledgeable and helpful! He came out within a few hours of calling him for help when our furnace was having issues, and fixed the problem immediately. We will be using him for all our furnace and AC needs and recommend him to anyone!!

DiMartino's is our new go-to for our HVAC service provider. We were with Advantage for the last 5 years but decided to switch as we couldn't get a phone call from them to schedule our prepaid VIP service no matter how many times we tried.

We found DiMartino's through Google and saw they had a 5.0 star rating with 59 ratings. We decided to take a shot. Within an hour of sending our request, they called and got us scheduled. Their VIP service was about $150 cheaper than Advantage with the same benefits (discounts on parts as a VIP, 2 free tune ups a year, etc.).

They came out early to our appointment, were honest about things they saw, and scheduled our Spring maintenance right there on the spot. Personable and professional at the same time.

We've only just started using them but I was already blown away by the customer service and communication.

Chris, arrived on time, he inspected and found no problem with our system. He tested and did not find any issues. He shared with us the opportunity to become a priority client for a yearly maintenance program which bring them out twice a year. He was kind and professional and explained everything clearly. Heater went out during a cold stretch (20s at night) a Chris was very prompt and efficient with the work to repair our heating system. My son is about 3 years old, so getting the heat working fast was imortant and they understood that. Highly recommend for repairs or any maintenance.

I called this morning and Chris was able to come out. He was very knowledgeable about my unit. He check everything possible and found this issue and did some quick cleaning maintenance. He gave me recommendations of how to keep it up. I feel pricing was very reasonable. I personally thought it was gonna cost and arm and a leg. It's a family owned company. Chris was very friendly and explained everything he did. I 100% recommend his company for heating needs. I haven't used him for other but I am gonna call when its time to use my AC

Fast service but price of parts was about 600% cost. Paid $232 for a $30 part on Amazon. The diagnosis was $80 and the labor for replacement that took 10 minutes was $140. I appreciate the quick fix but the price was rough. I learned how to unplug and plug in a capacitor. I remember a time where the cost of business was met through work not charging $450/hr saying its just the cost of running a business. I don't expect it to be cheap but calling it a markup and experience cost is reaching. There is a diagnostic fee and labor for your experience. The parts markup is just dishonest and reaching into people's pockets.

Brandan was very quick and responsive to our needs. He was able to provide next day service so that we didn't have to endure too many cold days and nights! Hajek heating and cooling is extremely professional, timely , accurate and personable. While working in my home they are respectful of my home inside and out. Would recommend them to anyone. It is hard to find a company that has these wonderful traits they bring to to whole experience of the purchase of new heating and Air Conditioning

When I experienced a recent leak involving the drainage system of the cooling unit for my wine cellar, they were very fast and efficient in coming out and removing the blockage in my draining system at no charge. Highly recommend.

Hajek has straight forward prices, fit my AC repair in with 48 hours, explained the problem and fixed the issue quickly. Brandon was upfront about all costs and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for an estimate on a new unit and a new compressor, received them within a day and they were within the range he quoted me. I highly recommend Hajek Heating & Cooling.

I’m so happy I found Hajek Heating and Cooling to help with my HVAC system. The first time I had them out it was to do an air duct cleaning. I was expecting to pay for this service but after inspection they told me that they scoped the vents and it did not need to be cleaned. I would have not known the difference and they could have just charged me but they were honest.

After that I knew I found someone I can trust and in the HVAC world that is worth gold. I have had them come out many times since. They have an easy maintenance plan and are always easy to schedule.

Another great point is the phone service, every time I call someone answers or calls me right back. They communicate times and ETAs very consistently, another thing that is gold in a service related business that makes all the difference.
