The technician came by early and got to work right away. He installed a new thermostat and even though it was a different size than the one he replaced, he made sure to bridge the gap with a plate to make it look nice. He explained how to change the settings and left the box and manual for us to reference. We're very happy with his service, thanks!

Came to do maintenance service on my emme zone control system. Arrived on time. Performed the service. Answered all my questions. Even said he would contact emme regarding a firmware update.

This is a great company. They are honest, reliable and reasonable. We like them so much we transferred our service when we moved.

Super friendly and informative technician. He made suggestions on how to best utilize our unit and installed our wall mount for the remote. Our blower motor is a little noisy, but he said it was perfectly fine if we did not wish to replace it so no up sales. Office was quick to get us an appointment and also friendly.

This service call was to diagnose and resolve issues with the heating system in our church. They quickly responded and diagnosed the issues and fixed it which required 2 induction motors and a faulty gas regulator on the 2 units. They are both working great now

Brandon was quick and very professional. He saved me money by helping me find the best Mini-split for my garage and my needs. The install looks and works amazing. Brandan from Hajek heating was called in by another company to consult on a thermostat problem. Apparently he is the expert in the All Temp Heating system that was in the home when I purchased it. I came into town from another state especially to meet him and I found him polite, articulate, knowledgable, and straight forward. Very happy with the service, Josh showed up on time and did a great job repairing my gas fireplace. He also came all the way back to Estacada from Tualatin where his next repair job was when I called to tell him that I was smelling something, he checked for gas leaks, co2 leaks, and also obstructions in the exhaust line. The fireplace after having been unused for over 12 years was cooking off dust. I very much appreciate the extra effort Josh went to (at no extra cost) making sure I was satisfied. Brandon and josh went above and beyond excelent service. They showed up when they said they would and stayed untill all of our questions were answered. They were very respectful and patient. As senior citizans we appreciate that very much. Brandon helped us set up the smart thermostat and stayed until we understood. Always great! I had a problem with my furnace a couple of weeks ago which turned out to be the infuser. Brandan ordered up a new part and this morning Josh installed it and did a full service clean on my furnace. Because I am a subscribed customer, which I fully endorse, the only charge was for the part itself. The labor is never charged and the bi-annual service, since I have an air conditioner as well, is also free.

I've used other services around and was not happy with any of them. They didn't do what they said they would do, they didn't stand behind their work, and they always had an excuse for why they couldn't give me any kind of receipt. Even for purchases such as a new furnace.

I've never had this problem with Hajek and I regularly recommend them to my friends and coworkers. Josh has come in several times and always done a terrific job, great personality, and very willing to answer any questions at all.

It’s late January and it’s cold, and my furnace (which uses a rare type of fuel) broke down this weekend. Bandon Hajek was able to come out the same day I called to run a diagnostic, and he had the parts needed for the repair by the very next day. Thanks to his fast turnaround, my home will be warm again in no time. We truly appreciate the quick, dependable service.

I had an issue with my heating system and called Hajek for a service call. My issue resolved on it's own but I decided schedule an appointment for a system tune-up.
Josh (technician) arrived on-time and was very efficient in going over my system and answering all questions I had. I feel much better about the "health" of my system and will be using Hajek in the future. Their responsiveness and knowledge has earned my trust.

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero. I am frustrated and Mad. Bought system from this company in 2020 AC unit stopped working in 2023 parts covered labor was expensive. Now unit stopped working again in 2024. Because of the advantage I get a break of approx. 30.00 on diagnostic call (real savings). I am sure that this labor bill will be close to 2000 again. I have a system that is over 10 years old. This new system Daikin is not even lasting 5 years without constantly breaking down.
