I have shopped around and compared quotes before I decided to hire Aire Serv for my AC purchase and installation. Francisco was super detail in showing me the plan and pricing. The technician Jeremiah was also very professional and did a very good job. I was always nervous about making big purchases like this but I was happy to have found Aire Serv.

Not sure if my A/C is functioning properly at this point. Cool air is not coming out after this service. I can’t view the invoice until I write a review so I’m giving 3 stars for now. The technician who came out in June was very nice and professional.

Called the office to get someone to take a look because my A/C was given a clean bill of health in June and now there is a $120 charge to check this out.

I had the honor of having Parker as my service technician on my furnace today. He came with a smile on his face, very kind, very professional, honest/trustworthy and very knowledgeable. After spending time in my attic (furnace location) he came downstairs with a detailed report as to how things looked. He was very detail oriented. Mind you, I had paid a professional home inspector to check my home when it was brand new and again before the year warranty ended...he did not catch it.... BUT Parker did. He found that the duct work was disconnected in the master bathroom. He explained where it was located, how it would affect the heating/cooling system and knew approximately how much it would be to fix. He also, said as he was working on the system he would look around to ensure the rest was in great working condition. I appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to fix the issues he found. Parker is a great addition to your team. Please give him the highest honor that you give to great employees.

Furthermore, I called in to recognize Parker and I spoke to Sierra (hoping to spell name correctly) she was very kind and helpful as well.

We have been customers for many years. We were told a $800 repair was needed and when American home shield came to fix it, there was nothing to repair and the coolant was low even though we paid for it to be maintained. When I reached out about this I was called by an extremely rude technician who argued with me then hung up on me. I highly recommend you find an honest professional because these people are neither.

From the very beginning who took the call was great. Can't remember her name though. Great personality, friendly. She set me up with Jamie Cochrane that came out to inspect. Jamie was very helpful, knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems and gave me recommendations. Jamie sent John out to quote me on replacement unit. Another great personable, knowledgeable honest person. The day of the installation Jeremiah Ramirez and I think his name was Dave., can't remember, came out to install. Those guys were amazing. They did a thorough job, explaining every step of the way. These guys were dialed in. These guys hands down was the best crew I have ever worked with. Your team as a whole top down was top notch. Keep it up.

They next thing was the courtesy text with pictures and profile of who was coming was incredible. I work in sales selling service. I brought this software up in our sales meeting.

Chris did a great job with our HVAC. They came out less than 24 hours after we called when their competitor shrugged us off. Chris was professional, took his time, and explained his work. Very appreciative of them keeping us cool before summer hits!

We found these guys because of Groupon, and they impressed me with how professional they were, with great customer service. We have an aging air conditioning system, and they were able to tune it up, and explain to me what the reading they got meant. Thankfully, they had the parts our system needed in their van, and we were able to have the work done immediately, no waiting for someone to come back out. We will be calling them back for our system in the future and recommend them highly.

Worst company ever. Got a system installed. Their technicians could not properly install the the system. Owner had to fly from Texas after a month. Then they won't service the unit because they screwed up so bad. Worst customer service, owner, company. Use any other company for a better experience.

Tech was extremely professional and patient as we worked through some complications regarding the way my outdoor mini-split heat pumps were installed that would make them a challenge to clean and service. We eventually landed on the best way to address it and moved forward. The tech was careful, thorough and explained all the actions he was taking and how best to maintain my system moving forward.

I had a refrigerant leak in my split unit system in my condo. I had one company come out for approximately a year to try and “find” the leak. I was without air conditioning at times throughout the summer and without heat at times this winter. After the other “company” came out and finally found the leak, it would be minimum of $1,500 to fix it. Being the system was 10 years old and about ready to die anyway, I didn’t feel it was intelligent to fix a 10 year old system for that amount of money to band aid the issue. I decided I would replace the unit and have a completely new system and be worry free. I called and had 3 companies come out and give estimates on the replacement. Eddie came out and was promptly on time. It was so painless of a process with him giving me the estimate. The estimate he gave was $1,600 cheaper then the other two companies I had come out. The guarantees that come with Aire Serv and the professionalism of all the employees I came in contract with throughout the process was amazing. I asked Eddie when it could be replaced and he said he could do it that day if needed, everything was in stock. The other 2 companies I had come out who were at least $1,600 more were at least 1 week out to come out and perform the work as none of the systems were in stock or whatever the case may be. The install crew, Zach and Parker I believe the other installers name was came out on time and had the installation done within 8 hours. I have heat now and works like a champ. I am telling everyone I know about Aire Serv and how well everything went. Don’t waste time getting bids elsewhere, it’s a waste of time. Get a hold of Eddie and tell him I sent you and you’ll probably get a steal of a deal as well! I’m the one in the Timberland condos in Beaverton, I’m sure he will know. Hoping to save people time and hassle and money which is only reason for my review. Aire Serv still believes in customer service, which is rare with businesses anymore. I was not paid or anything for this review, just trying to be helpful to everyone. Thank you Aire Serv!

Jamie & Robert were fantastic! Found Aire Serv via Angie's List last year for a furnace / AC tune-up. So this year, when the heat hit and our system stopped working, I had a number to call and I'm so glad I did!! They prioritized our call because of my senior mother, Jamie came out, looked at everything and presented options for us taking the time to explain everything. He made himself available so we could get the install scheduled as quickly as possible. Robert was prompt and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and Robert took extra time to explain the new thermostat.
When the heat is on, literally, and you are faced with a major household purchase that you know needs to happen quickly, I'm so grateful to have utilized Aire Serv! Highly recommend!

I woke up to no heat. Called 3 places which either didn't answer or couldn't help until later in the week. Aire Serv, came that day, early in the time line. He was Very nice, got my heater fixed very quickly! I would recommend them highly!

We were thankful to get an appt even though a two days wait. Hot weather and warmer than normal house equals no fun at all. Ryan called when Jason was going to arrive. And he showed up and fixed our heat pump. The capacitor was the problem and new part put in and inside coils were cleaned as well. Worth the money which was good. We've had Aire Serv here last year and figured out what was going on. Office people are helpful as well. Their help is much appreciated!!

Jose was the first one to help us and give us a diagnosis on our heat pump. He was super professional and friendly and got us started on our repair.
Then Blake and Jorge came out on a Friday afternoon thinking that the repair would be under an hour. Four hours later and many phone calls from them to tech support, our heat pump was working again. Thank you Blake and Jorge! They went way above and beyond on a hot Friday afternoon that turned into evening due to factors outside their control and yet they remained professional and courteous the entire time they were here. We will definitely recommend Aireserv to everyone and especially Blake and Jorge! Thank you!

Our central air went out during the heat wave, of course. Called them in the afternoon and they were out the very next morning. Discovered our air ducts were extremely dirty (new home) and scheduled an air duct cleaning. Both service techs were professional, thorough, friendly and did a fantastic job. I am extremely happy with Aire Serv and will be using again in the future.

After realizing my 27 year old furnace needed replacing, a quick call to Aire Serv got me on the track to a new one. The whole staff at Aire Serv was delightful to work with. The receptionist Erin was pleasant and accommodating. Francisco, the salesman, knew exactly what furnace would work in my house and explained the whole process. The Dream Team of Hector and Matthew were efficient and knowledgeable. I enjoyed having them at my home today! Thanks guys! The courtesy and consideration of all the techs was superb. Jose became a trusted friend to me and my dogs who were around the whole time. Nate was super too. All of the guys were first rate. They were efficient, timely and very professional. They treated me like a valued customer and wanted to make sure everything met my expectations. I had a furnace, heat pump and replacement of my duct work all in one day. I had no idea the trouble I had and thank God I called them before winter. I will have piece of mind and comfortable home. I would highly recommend this company.

I want to complement the Aire Serve crew: Elisio, Jeremiah, Justin and Peter who came to repair my old furnace and ultimately install my new furnace. All four of these employees were very professional and explained carefully what the problems were with my old furnace. They provided options as to what could be done and I decided to go with a new furnace. Pricing details were fully presented and a time frame provided for the installation. All work was completed promptly and I am pleased with my choice. I have been a customer for over ten years and I will continue to use their services. A job well done.

Great customer service both with scheduling and when coming to diagnose. Kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable technician. Chris even delivered negative news with needing our A/C unit to be replaced but know we can trust in Aire Serv to complete the task in an efficient & timely manner.

Really happy with a service we received. When I called they were able to come out within a few days. Did a thorough tune-up of my system and made some recommendations on how to keep my system running for a few more years. I received estimates quickly and had a follow-up phone call within a few days on how I would like to proceed. They accommodated my schedule. The owner did an additional service that was not part of the estimate which was a nice surprise. It's saved us from having to do it later.
