We had Advantage install new furnace and AC unit last week. They did everything they said they were going to do in the time frame they promised.
The salesman was great to work with, asked a lot of questions about the house and future plans for our house to be sure we purchase the right equipment that we need.
The installers came on the day specified, were professional and courteous. The office texted or emailed us every step of the way, confirming times and let us know the names of the installers and let us know that they were on the way.
Terrific service from start to finish, I highly recommend them.

The service tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what I didn't know and walked me through everything to make sure I got it. Keep the tech, as service calls go he was outstanding+. 10/10

Tom serviced our unit. He was on time, efficient, courteous and professional. He explained our problems well and cleaned up the debris in spic and span order. He was a delight and our unit is in good working order again. Thanks Tom and Advantage Heating!

We appear to have been ghosted by this company. We called them on 1/14 because our home wasn't heating properly. They promptly came the following day (1/15) and gave a diagnosis and quickly collected their fee. We were emailed an invoice for a quote on the repair, but the invoice had no details - parts cost, labor cost, estimated time to get the part, etc. We called on 1/16 to ask questions about the diagnosis and when they'd be back out and have not received a call back. We've called 1/16, 1/19, and 1/20 and keep getting told by their phone answering service (apparently, they outsource) that we'll get a callback and nothing. They don't seem to care that we don't have properly running heat in 30 degree weather. Very disappointing...would NOT recommend them.

I was completely satisfied and impressed with Advantage. They kept me informed, were always on time and did what they promised. Their employees were beyond courteous, competent and friendly. I will refer anyone to them. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Advantage Heating. Jacob was my technician, and he was professional and courteous. Very good at explaining, in detail, what was going on with my system and what was needed to get it working efficiently. I didn't feel pressured or uneasy about anything. Highly recommend!

The lovely technician was very thorough and full of information for all my questions. She had to rearrange some things to be able to get to my units and she was quite thoughtful about putting everything back just as it was. The office help was great about rescheduling my tune-up to fit my schedule.

Great service. Quick, courteous, and professional. We received a new HVAC install, and the techs even restored old old unit to keep us warm until the new install was done, amazing! A highly experienced team which we would highly recommend.

Quality service still exists! Every step of the process exceeded my expectations. Angel was friendly and knowledgeable, he worked with me to find a system that met my needs as well as fit my budget. No pressure and no gimmicks. The install crew was polite and professional. They answered any question I had and were completely done with the install in ONE day! Couldn't be happier with the results.

We had a technician come over for a checkup of our two hybrid systems. Jacob was thorough, efficient and a straight shooter. We’ll need further diagnostics on one system. The other is fine. We signed up for an annual maintenance contract because of Jacob’s clear explanations about the equipment.

Josh came out and started his diagnosis of our furnace that wasn't working. He found the problem, and took care of it, and we had heat again within the hour.
He also checked out the heat pump that wan't working and gave us an estimate on the repair. Josh was friendly, courteous and professional. We are very happy with Advantage heating & Air!

If I could give this company 10-stars, I would! Angel was not only very professional, but connected with us personally as well. It was great talking with him and getting to know him! He addressed all our concerns and having been an installer himself, he knew all aspects of the process. The technicians were top notch and did a wonderful job, very respectful and polite, and we felt comfortable having them in our home. They worked very quickly, like a well oiled team! We had an issue towards the end but Angel addressed it and personally came out to correct it! And the company swallowed the cost for all that, so they stand behind their product! We would recommend them to anyone!

I scheduled a heat pump “tune-up” with Advantage Heating and Air. I also needed some advice for upgrading or replacing my current system. The technician, Gabe Tibbetts was very personable and professional. I have a hearing disability and he was patient and kind. He gave me some recommendations and even set up an appointment for me for a technician to come out to give me a quote. I would highly recommend Advantage Heating. Thank you Mr Tibbetts.

Yazmin was absolutely fabulous. She called before she arrived. She inspected and changed the filter. She looked at and tested the thermostat. Next she inspected the guts of the furnace. She identified a part that would need to be replaced in the near future. I asked her to replace it today and she was able to do that. She was kind, quick and professional. My furnace is old, but it has been working better since I started having advantage come out to service it twice a year

First and foremost we were greeted by a man named Angel. He was very nice and went through our entire system and showed us what was available. If I had a question he was messaging or emailing me right back. Yes that means weekends too. The installation was fast and they even cleaned up. We love our new system and it's been so much more comfy in our home. Thanks a million for the great service. I will recommend this business to anyone that needs a new system. Great bunch of people.
