Just had Advantage come do service on our heating system. It was probably the best overall customer service we have had in years! Yazmin was our technician and she was knowledgeable, detail oriented, and thorough. She even provided pictures of some areas near her inspection, in the crawl space, we should keep an eye on. We appreciate her looking out for us in this way.

Gabriel T. communication was great before he even got to the house, texting arrival time, polite greeting at the house, patient as we described the problem, demonstrated excellent problem solving skills with a positive outcome in short order. 10 out of 10!

This company is amazing, everyone we have talked to and the techs that have helped us have been outstanding!!🏆 Damion also addressed an issue with a bathroom vent that had water in it from a recent flood from our sink plumbing in the bathroom while we were gone. Advantage was great from day one. Their sales person was amazing and quickly sent the estimate and options. Once I signed the estimate the units were installed within 6 days—it could have been sooner but that’s what worked best for me. The installation techs were great and were careful not to leave a mess. 100% satisfied with my experience.

Josh quickly made the needed repairs and got my furnace up and running! Also reprogrammed the thermostat and gave me some info re: cost of replacing inducement motor if I chose to have it changed out. Very nice guy; good representative of Advantage Heating & Cooling!

From our first contact with Derrick who put together an affordable package for us through our installation Advantage has exceeded our expectations. In this day and age it is unusual to be delighted but we were delighted with our installation experience. We had a few unique needs and they were able to meet and exceed our expectations. Both Nicholas and Juan worked to insure our installation went smoothly and Northside Electrical provided expertise to meet our unique electrical needs. So far, the install of our Daikin mini split is doing a great job heating our home and although we are just a few days in it appears it will be a cost saving upgrade.

We had our upgraded HVAC installed yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience, from the initial bid to the installation itself. They installed a new condensation line and took great pride in making sure it was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. They cleaned up everything and made sure we knew exactly how to use it. What a great experience!

Derrick was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how everything was going to be from start to finish. He answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. Shawn, Ryan and Bobby were here quickly and did an amazing job with the installation and explained what they were doing very clearly. They were respectful with the property and our time. Had a complete heating and a/c system with ductwork built and designed from scratch from advantage. System was designed to accommodate older home, 1920's. Every room is a different temperature. Some rooms boil while others freeze making necessary auxiliary a/c and heating units. Total cost was 40k. Have had them scheduled and out to "fix" the situation only to blemish new drywall and remove privacy from bedrooms with see-through vents or not show at time scheduled times and say they missed us. Will not use for anything again and hope others avoid.

Our furnace finally decided to go out on us right before the cold winter! I got quoted by Angel, and he was very knowledgeable about their products and the whole process. He was very easy to talk to and didn't pressure me in any way. After getting multiple quotes by other companies as well, I decided to go with Advantage! The new furnace was installed by Tim and Juan. Both men were courteous and professional. They explained to me exactly what they planned to do and did exactly that! No complaints on my end! Great job, fellas!

The tech (I forgot his name...) was very polite and professional. He checked out my system to verify if recommended repairs from another company were really needed or not. I took advantage of a free offer from them, and was questioning their results, which is why and I contacted Advantage. I've been with your company since I've lived here and always felt you've done right by me. Some of the things will need to be done but not necessarily right at the moment. Tomorrow I am meeting with Angel to talk about updating to new equipment, and PGE's assistance program. This will help me decide which way to proceed.

After meeting with Angel I decided to go ahead and replace my heat pump and furnace. The techs, Tim and, again I don't remember his name (I'm the worst with names), arrived right on time. We spoke about what all was going to happen and they got right to work. I had a few questions as the work was in process and they were both happy to take the time with me. The new equipment went in, the old was hauled away, and everything was fully explained before they left. The first thing I noticed was how much quieter the new furnace is. In a manufactured home, that's a bonus because it's inside the house. And the heat pump itself is also much quieter than my old one. I'm so excited and happy I made this decision. Thank you Advantage for your wonderful service through this whole process. I am a forever customer!!

I had a furnace breakdown and needed to replace my heating and AC immediately. The guys at Advantage took great care of me - from the prompt inspection of my existing system, to making a decision on a new system, to the installation, everything went very smoothly and professionally! I felt like I could trust each and every person that I came into contact with, from the very first phone call. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs maintenance, repair, or replacement of their HVAC system.

Advantage installed a three-zone Daikin multi-split system in our home and did a great job.Daikan already includes a 12 year parts warranty, but Advantage included a 12 year labor warranty on top of that and a free year of maintenance. Their price was also one of the best we found.

Our sales rep, Angel Sauceda, was very helpful in walking us through system options and placement, which made the process easy. Installation was fast, on time, passed inspection, and scheduling was simple. The install crews were professional, clean, friendly, and gave us great practical advice on how to operate the system.

We are very pleased with our new furnace. The installers showed up on time and installed it in one day. They were professional, and paid great attention to detail throughout the install. Our sales contact, Angel was excelent and helped us get the system we needed for what we considered a fair price. This company has been amazing to work with! When we had an issue with our gas line they came out really fast, were super great at communication/follow through and honest about the work that needed to be done. They went above and beyond for our project and were incredibly affordable.

We had Melton's replace our AC Unit & Gas Furnace today. They provided exceptional customer service and installation. The employees were awesome, I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service!!! The crew spent the entire day replacing our 24 yr old furnace and heat pump. The guys were experts!! They had an incredible work ethic and were very friendly. They cleaned up everything before leaving and their price was reasonable!! Hire this company!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Melton's recently installed a ductless heating/cooling system in our home. They were on-time, did the work quickly and cleaned up before they left. We are VERY HAPPY with the new system and work done by Melton's. We would recommend them to anyone. They know their stuff, are locally owned and offer competitive pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Jimmy and Jason went the extra mile for installing our brand new furnace & heat pump. Although it was 99 degrees that day but they persevered and finished the job. We highly recommend this company.
