Melton's provided quick response to our call on a Saturday afternoon. Doug arrived within an hour of call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the ignitor need to fix our furnace even though we had an older furnace and the part was no longer available. Whew. He could have left, but found the cause of the failure, a clogged air filter. if he hadn't found this and cleaned the filter, the igniter would have failed again.

My heater went out right before christmas. After calling mulitple companies, who were book out over 1 week, i stumble across these guys. Mike listened to my explanation and gave me feed back over the phone on my first call, said he'd call me back in a couple min to set up a time for a tech to come out and fix my heater. In less than 5min mike called to tell me a tech would be at my house within the hr!!!!. I could not believe it! Within 1hr Tim arrived at my home, inspected and fixed my heater in less than 1hr. Tim was also very patient with all our questions and even got me a quote in case i decided to update my unit in the near future to save us money. It has been working great for 2 weeks now. Parts and labor were very affordable. Thank you guys for ur time and hard work

These guys are amazing:) They forgot to include awesome and honest in their company name too. I called Mike because I was having a horrible experience with another company. I already had the part number when I called. I explained to him what happened, and that I really needed this thing in asap due to the cold weather. He said ok, I'll call you right back. He called me right back like he said he would and told me he could have the part delivered and installed the very next morning. They did just that and saved me over two hundred dollars as well. They are professional, do great work, and they are affordable. I would recommend Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning to all.
