Great company to do business with. We bought our new furnace and heat pump in 2002 and am very happy with their service. When our A/C stopped working on a very hot day I called at 8am and they had a service tech here by noon. The part was replaced within minutes and our A/C restored for a very reasonable rate. Thank you Robert for excellent customer service!

Great team they got me setup with a new gas heater and ac. On time friendly people and they helped my mom on her heat pump after another company left her hanging for over 3 months. They had her going in 2 days. Thanks for helping me and my family out. Amazing customer service 110%.

the technician that came to look at the furnace lied to me and the property management. Told me that is was unsafe to run and needed to be replaced, and turned it off when he left. Told the property management company that it was fixed, when they asked for verification. 7 days later still with no heat because it was never fixed (again he turned the furnace off when he left) and was still turned off. Unethical business practice and just plain mean. Who does that? I would never suggest calling this company for any type of service at all.

Excellent install of a replacement AC unit. Ray came out and worked up the quote. Dan and Tim did the install and Jeff did the start up. All four did an excellent job. They were thorough and did a timely job. The clean up was also excellent. They all showed up at the time I was given. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Mark Gagle, the owner, came out and did the final inspection. I was very impressed at his commitment to total customer satisfaction.

Honest and helpful. They will be upfront on existing equipment and as Lauren told me, they are a customer service based company not sales people. I needed service on my mini-split system and I chose Gagel's because they are a local business. I am very pleased with Gagel's responsiveness and attention to my service needs, even during a very busy pre-holiday season. The tech was very skillful in diagnosis and correcting the issues, and made every effort to do the work in a timely manor. As a result, I am enjoying the comfort of a well heated home as I write this review. Thank you Gagle's!

Gagle's has never done me wrong. They were there when I needed a heat pump and they were there when I needed all new ducting from a fire. They are prompt and provide the service that I expect. Their technicians have always been available to help me with whatever I needed. They installed a nest thermostat for me even though its not one of the products in their lineup. I never have to mess with a phone tree because they always pick up even after hours and I like that about them.

I’m very disappointed. I called Gagle after our regular company was a no-show for a scheduled maintenance appointment. They scheduled an appt for maintenance on out heat pump and to give us an estimate on replacing the system (for 3 weeks later). They showed up on time, was courteous, and very knowledgeable. They emailed our estimate options the next day. We made our selection and scheduled an install date which was a month out. I called them the day before to confirm the install was still on and it is a go. I get a call 1/2 hour before the scheduled time. They did not have one part but it had been shipped and someone will call back to reschedule the install. I called them 13 days later to check on the status. They said they would check and get right back to me. No call back in two days. Not very good customer service and follow up.

So I can not say enough about this company. During the worst ice storm I have experienced; my furnace was fried due to a power surge.
I called Gagle and they came right out. They were professional and extremely friendly. The furnace was fried and 26 years old so I chose to have it replaced instead of fixed. Their price was almost $2000.00 less to install than their competitors. They also filled out the rebate paperwork and saved me another $1500.00. A great company and saved me a ton of money!

I rarely take the time to share comments regarding services from any businesses that I've dealt with, but Gagle's has so impressed me that I welcome this opportunity.

Gagles came out last fall to address an Air Conditioning Issue we had. They were very prompt and got our 23 year old system back up and running at very little expense even though it needed replacement. It finally gave out this month and being treated so well they were my first call. They gave a list of options to repair or replace and we choose to replace Heater and A/C units. Prices were very competitive and they were very prompt on scheduling the replacement. Their workers were very professional and completed their work in one day taking away the old system , explained the features of the new system, and did a complete clean up. I can't think of how it could have gone better. I recommend their services to anyone who's as fussy as me. Great Job.

My furnace is old, yet Gagles has kept the furnace and the heat pump running in tiptop shape.

Amazing service, I bought a new house last year and dang thing didn't come with AC. Not alone did they help with installation but one of the owners walked through what rooms get best air and what doors to keep open. Was best customer service I've ever received. Wish I could give more than a 5

Overall, we've been happy with Gagle's Heating and their service. They previously installed my father's AC at his old home and a heat pump at his new residence. So, we were more than happy to choose them for our own AC installation.

Most recently, we had to call them out for an issue we were having regarding our AC Unit turning on when our Furnace (Gas) was operating. It turned out that our Thermostat, despite being set only to Heat, was still jumping a signal over to the AC Unit and causing it to run. They figured it out quickly and let us know we needed to upgrade our Thermostat.

The only reason this isn't 5-Stars is that I feel like this should have been addressed at installation. I would have thought checking the Thermostat is not only turning the unit on, but correctly Not turning it on, would be part of the checklist. I'm not thrilled at having to pay an additional service call to be told that I've had the wrong Thermostat this entire time, which means I've been blowing cold air and paying more on my electricity anytime I've tried to run my gas furnace since installation. Yeah, it's a bit my fault for not asking, but I didn't know to ask and would hope it would be something they would think to mention.

So, I guess my note here is, I still like Gagles and I would still recommend them, but be sure to ask about your Thermostat so you're not stuck with a bill down the road.

The service techs are so nice, gives an honest opinion and options if available.
Today my heater wasn't working so I called they, made an appointment, they were able to arrive 2 hours earlier (which was so nice since it was now 58°), discovered it was the thermostat was the issue, installed the new one and was done in 1 hour.
Brian and Robert were so nice, taught me how to set the thermostat and changed the filter. Now it's a warm 69°☺️😊

Our furnace died, it was very old as was the AC. Decided to replace both. We quickly realized that the first step needed to be researching brands. A number of brands, in fact, come off the same assembly lines. However, there are still brands that are better quality and those that are substandard. We researched Consumer Reports among other resources. We decided to go with a Bryant system which is considered one of the better manufacturers, but there are others. The next step was to find a local company who is licensed to install Bryant. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we got a quote from Gagle's. It is extremely rare for me to say this, but I can't think of a single thing I disliked about working with Gagle's. The salesperson gave us a selection of choices, all of which were appropriate for our needs. The installers were friendly and very professional. There was a technical problem they had to overcome due to the nature of our roof layout for the exhaust. But a supervisor popped by and the problem was figured out. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this company and plan to use them for the routine maintenance. At the end of the process the owner of the company, Mark, personally inspects the work to make sure he and we are satisfied. Our hot water heater is nearing the end of its life, and Mark talked me out of doing something that would cost more than we need to spend.

Gagle's has consistently impressed me with quality work and honest pricing. They have helped repair my aging A/C system and now my old furnace, and didn't push selling me new units. They're my go to for HVAC work.

I had a wonderful experience with Gagle. They installed a very effective heat pump air conditioning system. They also provided great follow up service with quick response when necessary to resolve some initial operating problems. I would recommend then highly.

If I could give them a -0- I would. Worst customer service I have ever received. The owner is rude and disrespectful. I have had them out several times for the same problem and they failed to fix it and then when I asked them to come out again for the same problem I asked about waiving the fee. It is the same problem. The owner accused me of lying and trying to milk the system. I don't have a problem paying for services. I have been in the construction business but if you don't fix it after being there several different times be courteous and don't call your customer names try and fix the problem

I had a service call today from Gagles. My AC has been dripping excessively and I was prepared to hear that it needed replacing. The technicians that came out cleaned it and got it working, and really took the time to explain the issue, and show me how to do regular maintenance. REALLY appreciated not being talked down to. Bill was reasonable for what I got. I highly recommend this place.
