Called Woodward after my Rheem water heater leaked after only five years! They sent out professional plumbers Mark and Doug. They did excellent work and even addressed the water softener that had been amateurly plumbed. Would recommend this company for quality reliable work

Everyone at Woodwards were responsive during all communications and were quick to follow-up interactions and send confirmations. Ray was very knowledgeable and thorough with the onsite proposal visit to replace an aging ductless mini-split system. Shortly after the visit a detailed scope of work was provided. The job was scheduled for 10 days after the proposal was accepted. The installers (Micheal and his coworker) were professional and were easy to work with in the Installation of the new system. While the initial installation went quickly, it took a few hours for the electricians to arrive to complete the final connections and finish the installation. Once the job was completed, all the debris and other materials were cleaned up and removed. I would definitely recommend Woodward to others.

We were dreading the task of selecting a company to replace our HVAC system. Our first call to Woodward we knew we were on the right track. Ray came out and spent time developing a variety of options, going through them and answering our questions. We were very confident in the system we decided on. We have used several heating companies in the Salem area over the years and Woodward Heating has done the best job at installing our HVAC system. We appreciate the excellent job and attention to detail from Travis and Misha and how friendly, professional, and proficient they were. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with Woodward Heating.

Install crew left a mess and were loudly cursing at each other while we were working remotely from home. Finished product looked suspect so had to call in a different company to inspect the work and identify a list of issues not to code. The estimator blamed the installers and while the company did come back and adjust most of the issues, the additional cost and time to get the work done right wasn't worth it. Need better communication between teams, quality control checks and employee training.

I called two days ago about a hot water heater (Wednesday) and scheduled for Friday, 8:00 here there were ready to go removed old water heater replaced with new one. By about 11: or so finished. Cleaned the area, tested the unit out worked great the guys worked great. Very pleased with there work. 100%. To the guys and there company. Thank you Merry Christmas God bless all.

We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner and received four quotes from reputable companies in the Keizer/Salem area. Pricing was very competitive across the board, but we chose Woodard Heating, Air & Plumbing because their sales representative/technician was the most professional and thorough during the initial inspection.

He clearly explained the process, answered all our questions, and provided the best product and company information compared to the others. The installation work was top notch and completed with great attention to detail.

Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Surprised at how quickly the project was completed; very friendly and professional estimator and installers. It's been a month now and we're very satisfied with our new heat pump. One criticism is that we did have to do some clean up because they didn't put plastic down right away. But other than that, we're super happy and would definitely recommend Woodward to others.

Jeff was super thorough and professional in his service for our furnace maintenance. He explained everything that he was doing and ran several tests to make sure the maintenance was complete with no problems before leaving and made sure all my questions were answered.

Let me preface that my husband is not a positive type person. I asked him how the technician, Wylde, did and he answered “exceptional”. Out of 30+ years of marriage he has never said anyone was exceptional so this is the biggest compliment ever!
Wylde was knowledgeable and fixed our furnace issue immediately.

After years of frustration with previous trying to heat my historical Victorian home, with no help from previously used companies, I found Woodward Heating! From beginning to end, original phone conversation to installation and follow up, I was more than 100% satisfied. the initial consult was FREE, and he spend more than 1 ½ hours gong over my house, pros and cons of what I had, a ductless heat pump that could not warm but small area, and not very well, and a furnace that had not worked well (thus tried heat pump). The previous furnace had been installed in properly, unknown to me. In any case, I liked their knowledge and input about my possible solutions so I said yes to a York Funrnace, it was installed in less than a day, they removed my old furnace, they cleaned up and were off by 3:00. All installers were friendly, on task, and when they turned on the furnace I had heat like I hadn’t had in this house for over 20 years. And the price was right, and offered 0% financing for 18 months! The house was warm in a matter of hours, each room. With high ceilings and lots of Victorian windows, and little wall insulation that was a real surprise. No longer do I have to put expensive electric heaters in bedrooms and baths. They installed three new ducts where needed. All in all FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this company. Next I will get a new tankless water heater from them.
