Tree reviews in Salem, Oregon

I did not use this company for service. However, my neighbors did to remove a tree that was cornered in both of our back yards. These men were amazing. I work nights so I was worried about the noise during the day, the mess I would have to clean up after them and them working in my back yard and leaving the gates open for my dogs to get out. Well none of these things were problems. They had the tree completely down in Two days. They cleaned up after them selves. They made sure my gates were closed EVERYTIME they entered or exited my yard. They did not make an excessive amount of noise either. Overall I was extremely impressed with this company’s attention to detail and their courteousness. I was not the person that was paying for the service so they did not owe me that kind of service but gave it anyway by treating my home and myself with respect. Highly recommend and if I ever need a tree down I know who I’ll be calling! Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

Very happy with their service. They gave me a quick and very reasonable estimate (over $200 less then 2 other companies) and were able to fit me in within a few days even though I live outside Salem. The girls that answer the phones were really nice and listened to what I needed. The guys that came did a very good job. They made sure I was happy with what was done and actually went back on the roof and trimmed a large branch that I was worried about without seeming like I was putting them out which I found really nice. When they were done they made sure the mess was completely cleaned up too. Would definitely recommend R&R Tree Service.

They do great work for much cheaper than most other companies in the area. Three man crew dropped 12 trees around our house in 2 days. Very professional and friendly, answered all my questions, and excellent work.

Second time using this company.
Excellent service and employees.
Professional and safety conscious.
Completed the job on time and cleaned up the site like they hadn't just spent 8 hours, trimming the 110 foot tall cottonwood tree.
Definitely would recommend R&R tree service to everyone.

Thank you for doing such a great job! The three very old Sycamore trees in the front yard look beautiful again, after years of neglect!! Highly Recommend!!

We had Matthew's crew remove a 100ft tall pine tree from our back yard. They did a great job and were as careful as possible, which is saying a lot because they had to dodge a chicken coop, rabbit hutch, and a fence. Matthew went the extra mile to make sure we had a good experience.

We have used R&R a few times and it's time to write a review to express what a great service, they always do a quality job. Very reasonable prices, on time and friendly, polite staff. We highly recommend this company for tree or shrub work.

Wow, I'm glad we hired R and R Tree Service! The office staff are very friendly and the crews are responsive and on time. The day of, we showed them around our yard expressing our needs and concerns and they listened attentively and did exactly what we asked and actually finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Their price was the best of the 5 estimates we got as well.

I could not be more pleased. Three workers showed up promptly to trim back my white paper birch tree. They were respectful, fast, efficient and their clean up was meticulous. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend using their services. Thank you Joe and crew!!!

What a crew! Prompt scheduling, quote on point, knowledgeable arborists, job finished flawlessly in a day. Had a huge dead tree in a precarious location of the back yard, hanging over 2 neighbors homes and fences, the crew took care of business! Thank you R&R.

Today their crew removed 2 huge trees in less than half a day. They were so thoughtful, friendly & efficient. They throughly cleaned up the entire area plus some.
I absolutely would recommend them for any tree job needed.

R&R Tree Service is top notch. Great crews to work with. Always asking if they are doing what you want done. Cleaned up after. I had two large trees removed and another very large fir trimmed up and then cleaned out. I would recommend to my friends. Their price was the best of 5 estimates also. Great job and easy company to work with. Thank you to Robert and everyone at R&R.

We had R&R come today to prune 3 huge maples that were really messed up from the last ice storm. As usual the crew did a spectacular job!! The tree's never looked this good and healthy. Extremely hard working and thorough guys. They are our go-to tree service, hands down!!

We are very impressed AGAIN w/ R&R Tree Svc. crew:  friendly, confident timely, focused, well prepared, & familiar w/ the agreed job quote. They carefully cut down a tree next to a propane tank & delicate walkway. Crew removed hazardous branches. Crew had a genuine, positive customer service attitude & excellent communication skills, listening, & attention to safety. They cleaned up all of their work areas. We are very lucky R&R lives up to its mission of affordability & quality service. They were lowest of 3 bids, just like 1.5 yrs earlier, & offered full satisfaction. Much gratitude to foreman Nick & crew:  Ronald & Jermi & estimator Robert.

R&R always delivers! We have used them for many years and never disappointed. All crews listen to our concerns from start to finish leaving the area cleaned up. Thank you !

We have two large redwood trees that suffered major damage during the ice storm a few years ago. R&R came out and cleaned up the dead and damaged limbs making it a much safer tree to be around. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterward; the price was reasonable too.

Today while I was waiting for my son to get out of school there were a couple boys wrestling around. This guy grabbed one of the kids by the neck, pushed him against a car and said some nasty things to the boy then went back to work like nothing happened. If you're going to employee people like this maybe don't have them working next to the school. I did report the incident to the school.
Thanks for saying I didn't know the facts. Probably just your guys trying to cover for each other. I was sitting there the whole time and saw the whole thing. If the bigger boy was bullying the smaller one then the little one would have probably been grateful to your employee. After the incident they were comforting each other as they walked away. YOUR EMPLOYEE WHO IS A GROWN MAN HAS NO RIGHT TO PUT HIS HANDS ON CHILDREN

These guys have always given me the best of referrals pick up free firewood recently they gave me a load of free bark chips they're super awesome and really easy to deal with thank you guys at R&R Tree Service

Great company. Amazing climber and crew. Awesome equipment. They do A++++ work.

R. B. Tree Service did a very professional job at my home. I highly recommend their service.

These guys were fantastic! They found out my neighbor was retired and gave us the senior discount. Then when the guys arrived I told them I had a pile of limbs in my backyard, to which they promptly ground up at no additional cost. They listened to my feedback, even asked me mid-way to confirm they were doing it the way I envisioned. I would highly suggest this company for your tree services.
