Tree reviews in Salem, Oregon

Joe & his crew are awesome!

Best damn tree service in the area look no further Joe and his team are amazing! Squirrel!

Did an awesome job of taking down my tree and grinding the stump. Would recommend their service.

Joseph came out removed a cherry tree for me. He was on time fast and sufficient. Clean up was awesome couldn't tell he was even here. Will hire again. Thanks Joseph.

Terrific local company. Joseph and his team are responsive, do excellent work and are a wonderful resource for tree care advice. They have done everything from pruning dead wood from a 70 ft Port Orford Cedar to shaping a camellia tree and most recently careful pruning of my treasured Japanese maples. Lastly - they do a thorough job of cleaning up branch and leaf debris afterwards so you don’t have to. Highly recommend!

Joseph and his team have done numerous jobs for me over the past several years. This morning he took out a large split tree branch that was resting on another branch. I always appreciate his expertise and honesty about what needs to be done for the health of my large flowering plum tree. It looks great too!
He also trims up a large Leland Cypress hedge for me on a regular basis.
He and his team do an excellent job and that’s why I keeping having them come back. Give him a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Joe and his team did a great job.I would hire them again.

I called Emerald Valley about trimming back a very large tree in our backyard that was encroaching on the neighbor's property. I was impressed with the company's timeliness, customer service and excellent work. Joe answered his phone after hours, got me on the schedule within one week, showed up promptly - set up his equipment and completed the job in no time. Afterwards, he and his team cleaned up, as if they were never there. Joe and Emerald Valley are now my go-to for all things trees!!

We had our arborvitae trimmed up and they looked great! They cleaned up the trimmings well also.

This company did an exceptional job. They worked very hard doing extremely difficult work during a heatwave. They showed up on time or early every day and didn't require any supervision from me. They were very professional and efficient. The lead supervisor, Elvis, was a dream to work with- he kept me informed at every stage of the project and asked for any suggestions and/or concerns that I might have.

I have recommended them to many neighbors and friends and look forward to the next time working with them.

Trees Plus offers experienced and reliable professional workers at a very fair price. It also common to have the owner working on site with the crew.

They were punctual and did a great job of cleaning up after done with their project.

I would highly recommend their services.

I couldn't be more happy with the service I received!!! John is an artist with pruning. They arrived promptly and did a fabulous job. They cleaned up everything and left the chips exactly where I wanted them. John and his two crew members were cheerful polite and repeatedly asked me if they were getting everything done that I wanted done. They were extremely careful moving their big rig around in tight quarters by my barn. I highly recommend these guys!!!

This was my first time to hire Trees Plus Northwest. I had DJ and his crew at my house this morning to prune a number of trees. They did a FANTASTIC job. DJ and the team were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and left my property spotless when they were done. From now on this is the company I will have return for my annual tree trimming, I'll even request DJ and his crew if they will let me. I highly recommend this company and this crew to anyone who would like to have their trees trimmed.

Amazing service and professionalism! From Maria and Fernando getting the process going, to all of the crew that took down my massive maple tree, everyone provided the very best service. Well managed all along the way, this group provided the best quote, got the job taken care of in less than a day, and left the worksite very clean. Thanks to all of you.

Trees Plus did a great job.for us. We had many fallen trees and limbs after a big storm. They came out to give us an estimate for the cleanup work the day after we called and were able to complete the job just a few days later. They took care of everything we asked, and cleaned up everything really well. They are also priced reasonably. I have referred them to others and will continue to do so.

I had a great experience with Trees Plus Northwest. They promptly scheduled the appointment and expertly trimmed my mature oak tree from all angles. The team was not only thorough but also exceptionally friendly throughout the process. Highly recommended!

I contacted trees plus about removing a couple trees on our property that had started to dry rot, they got back to me extremely quick and gave a very reasonable quote.

John and his crew we able to make it out extremely quick and were awesome, extremely friendly, got the job done quickly and went above and beyond by hauling away some yard debris I had stacked up from another tree i had been trimming.

10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommend!! Great team. So patient and kind and helpful!

We called for an urgent job and were given an appointment for a week later. On the day, no one showed up. When we called to check, we were told we weren’t on the calendar. When we asked to rebook, they offered another appointment a week later. Given the mistake was on their end, we expected them to prioritize us. Poor handling all around.

Outstanding service!!!
From the phone call with Maria to schedule our estimate, to Fernando coming out to give us our bid, to scheduling and having the crew come out led by Jose and Guadalupe. Our three trees were 130' plus feet tall, in a very confined space between 4 homes. The crew did an Amazing job! They made safety their first goal all the way around! They brought the trees down masterfully and in short order! The crew was very professional and respectful! They cleaned up the areas and made sure we were happy with the outcome! When we save enough money, we will have the crew back out to take care of a few more of our other insanely large trees! If you need tree work done, do not hesitate to give Trees Plus a call, you'll be happy you did!
They are a Blessing!

I have had Trees Plus Northwest do work at our home numerous times, and HIGHLY recommend them to family, friends, neighbors, and anyone who wants a job well done by highly skilled individuals, and at a reasonable cost. They arrive on time, do exactly what is asked of them and even more, and their clean up is outstanding. Everyone at Trees Plus Northwest is friendly, knowledgeable, and always puts the customer FIRST. This business and its employees deserve a 6 star rating!
