Not a bad place to deliver 53 foot it is tight but if you use your space and put your tandems all the way forward it will help a ton. Crew will even move a truck for you. Far worse places to deliver in Tigard tualatin area like the eagle bargain outlet… good luck trying to leave that place too… but this insulation place is not too bad…

Truckers - Hug the curb to enter you need all the space you have to make the left turn inside. You have to blindside back to dock, many small pull ups but doable once straight to dock slide tandems. Staff was nice and helpful, they guide you in.

We had a 47 year old kitchen that needed to be remodeled. We have nothing but praise for Clover Renovations for their attention to detail and professionalism.

Kelvin/Chris and his team were the upmost professional, by far the most organized business I have ever worked with. The punctuality and timeline are high level, and they never missed a beat. Our Kitchen remodel insisted of tear out of old cabinets/flooring/trim/pony wall. All new cabinets, beautiful flooring, and a show stopping result on the kitchen cabinets and Quartz countertops with cabinet underlighting is the best in class.

The quality of work Clover renovations does is mind blowing. My wife and I will hire them again in the future for bathroom remodeling. Worth every penny to whomever is in the market. Kitchen remodel took 34 days to complete which you will not find anywhere.

My wife and I spent more than a year gathering bids for a small kitchen in dire need of an update. We threw in the towel once, and were about to again, because we were getting so frustrated with the outrageous bids from close to 20 renovation companies not named Clover.

Kelvin, the owner, was our last appointment for a walkthrough during our last and final push to gather additional bids before calling the project quits, again. He was extremely helpful during out initial meeting, and was quick to understand our goal of updating a small kitchen, while maximizing space and storage. By the end of the day, we had an email from Kelvin with a 3D rendering of our kitchen project. Not long after we got the bid we’d been waiting for, finally. Clover provided comprehensive and detailed bidding, which helped us understand the cost of the project that much more.

It’s literally a few weeks later as I write this, and we’re sitting here with a gorgeous kitchen, with high quality (soft close!) cabinets, tile backsplash, a farmhouse sink and high end faucet, and quartz countertops. It’s surreal in the best way possible. The Clover team has been so on point with all communication from beginning to end. We can’t thank Kelvin, Chris, Joe, Paul and team for making this update a reality for us. These guys are the real thing. Extra shoutout to Chris for his slick handy-work building a little shelf on top of our stove as well as modifying a heat vent to allow the freezer door to open and close. This team is full of creative and affordable solutions!

Now I just need to figure out what to cook for dinner in our new kitchen.

I can't tell you how easy it is to work with Kelvin and his team! From the beginning they have been engaged, helpful with selections and suggestions and willing to answer all my questions. The process has been so much easier and faster than I expected with electric, tile, plumbing and countertop teams scheduled to come in when needed. And it is amazing what Kelvin and Chris can get done in a day when they are working by themselves! They have accommodated in unexpected ways and are ahead of schedule! Attention to detail is so important and I feel like everything is getting done properly and in order. It's looking great already and I'm looking forward to the finished product!

There are not enough words to describe how happy we are having worked with Clover Renovations. The winter storm in January caused two pipes to burst and destroyed our kitchen and part of our basement. We have never been through any thing like this before but Kelvin guided us through everything. His focus on customer service was extraordinary even when we had some ideas that were a bit too lofty based on watching multiple home renovation shows. Kelvin and his crew are talented, efficient, and kind—-we are thrilled to have them be our contractor for life. The other contractors we talked to thought it would be a 3 month project while Clover completed the project in 3 weeks!

I got 2 other estimates before I signed with Clover tho' I was suspicious that all their reviews were 5 stars. Did they pay people to say nice things? NOT necessary! I LOVED the work they did and the way they did it. Joe started things off by answering all my questions and then Kelvin and Chris did extraordinary work. On top of that they were kind, left things totally clean and were easy to communicate with. And sweet to my dog who barked at them every time they walked in the door. The plumber they used also did great work and the guy who installed the tile was awesome. I appreciated being able to pick out my own tile and fixtures rather than only having a small selection, which is what the others companies did. I'm already saving my pennies for the next project and Clover will be the ONLY people I call!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Clover Renovations remodeling our bathroom. We were delighted with Kelvin and his team, who were always here on time on the day they were scheduled, and completed their work in the time planned for. Each day at the end of the day, they completely cleaned up after themselves, including mopping their way out the door. We have been dreaming of a major remodel for years. We have lived in our home for 36 years. It was built in 1969. We had a well known , high profile company come and give us an estimate. The company rep was late, rude, and clearly not interested in our project. He gave us an insane price. We were so shocked we gave up on our idea.
Then we met Kelvin from Clover Renovations and everything changed. We got his information from a coworker. He came to give us an estimate last August 2023. We were immediately comfortable and engaged. We discussed our large project and waited for the estimate. It was within our budget and very reasonable. We agreed on a December 2023 start date
We completely emptied our upstairs and we moved downstairs. The remodel included kitchen, dining, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Essentially our entire primary living space.
The time projection was 10-12 weeks. There was a week of ice and snow that slowed the progress and we added some changes along the way, including installation of a new window.
By 12 weeks they were 90% complete
Chris, Paul and Ryan were at our house nearly every weekday around 8:00. They were so pleasant, respectful and hard working. They were easy to talk to and put up with my need to know the details of their work. They answered questions and explained things during the project. There were very few hiccups. When there was, we were always amazed at Kelvin’s easy going attitude. He always had a solution for the problem. He always explained things and any necessary options

Our home is absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way we imagined. Pictures will not do it justice. If you want a reference you can get our contact info from Kelvin I cannot post enough pictures to adequately show the project. There would be hundreds.
