This company went above and beyond with us. They communicated with us all along the way. The installers were very punctual, polite and efficient. I would additionally like to thank Performance for working with us under a difficult situation. For listening, understanding and caring. This world is full of good people. We need to band together. With your help, we are turning our home back to the dream come true.

As a new homeowner I was unable to be present at my walk through. With summer upon us I needed to have a better understanding of how my units worked. Daniel arrived and not only explained everything I needed to know, and then some, he went above and beyond.. I wish more people in service were as nice and informed as Daniel, and just an all around great guy.

We bought a townhouse that has split HVAC units installed by Performance. We've had problems with our upstairs unit every summer. Our first summer owning the unit the air conditioning slowly got warmer as the summer went on until it was only blowing warm air. Performance came out and couldn't detect a leak so it was determined the unit came from the factory with low freon and they filled it up and it worked great until the next summer when we tried to use it and Once again it was blowing warm air. Again a technician came out and was confident he found the leak and it worked well for the remainder of the summer. With the first warm day of the season a week ago we turned on the AC and Once again it is blowing out warm air only this time I can't even get Performance to return my phone call to schedule someone to service it. I've called three times and the receptionist has transferred me to the service department and each time I leave a voicemail and have yet to have anyone call me back over the course of a week. Bottom line I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product and even more appalled by their customer service.

At first, these guys were really great. Ryan came out and gave me a very reasonable quote to insulate the attic and 2 basement rooms, as well as install an exhaust fan. He answered the questions I had without issue. However, when I indicated I was ready to start the project, I couldnt get a response! I know its not a huge project ($2k), but still seems very odd that after multiple calls and emails saying "I'll pay to get the work done!", you'd at least get a call back. All in all, their prices seem reasonable but their sales staff is flaky!

Performance is the gold standard. Woke up this chilly January morning without heat. Eek. Fortunately, Daniel was able to swing by to take a look. In minutes, he was able to identify the cause of the issue and get my furnace back online. I would absolutely recommend calling Performance for your HVAC needs. Huge thanks!

Daniel diligently and efficiently installed a mini split heat pump/AC in my condo living room/dining area and did a tidy, thorough job. The service was pleasant and professional, and I’m confident in the value I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Performance again in the future.

I had four companies bid to insulate the finished attic in my 105-year-old house. Of the four, Jennifer from Performance was the most knowledgeable, understood exactly what I wanted done, and created a detailed and accurate proposal. Performance was also the most competitively priced. I feared the they might skimp on air sealing (probably the most important part!) but they hit every nook and cranny. The did quality work and took good care of my house. Very happy.

Performance installed the HIVAC and hybrid water heater on our new construction residence. Three months after moving in to the home the heater quit working. They promptly sent out a repair person who discovered that a fitting on an exhaust pipe to the roof was not glued and a great quantum of water had leaked into the unit. A wire nut on the hot lead of the power had filled with water and burned up. There was also rust and water stains on the computer board. They fixed the wiring but would not do anything about the rust or the board. Two months later, the water heater started leaking I discovered that a PVC fitting had no glue and I was able to pull the fitting off with my hand. I correct this problem myself. I would highly recommend avoiding this company. They do poor installation and don’t stand behind their work. The individuals sent out to do repairs were excellent.

Company when above and beyond for us. We recently moved to a new construction and Performance was our HVAC subcontractor. After we moved in, Daniel from Performance came out and showed us the bells and whistles of the system. We wanted to make a modification to the exhaust of the unit, which he was kind enough to do with promptness and went above and beyond in the workmanship of the job. He was personable, honest, and professional. Highly recommend him.

This company is amazing, they were on time, professional and polite. I had an Air Scrubber installed due to all the smoke, this product is amazing! On top of clearing up the smoke in the home, this product cleans the air by eliminating bacteria, viruses and odors.

I also had insulation installed in several of my walls. My home is quieter! I have two teenagers at home who are distance learning, needless to say it's hard to work from home with Zoom meetings in the back ground. The insulation that was installed has eliminated a lot of the noise!!

I'm a big fan of Performance Insulation! They promptly bid, fielded tons of questions from me, and installed insulation in the walls of our old 1920's house in Portland. Steve was a very responsive customer service rep/estimator and the crew was professional and didn't leave a huge mess. Not only that but they didn't break our old wood siding!!

We had three minor incidents come up with that were dealt with well.
1) They wrapped their hole saw in our doorbell wiring--they had wire nuts on hand to repair it.
2) They didn't spot a gap where the insulation shot out into the kitchen; a worker cleaned it up and then asked me if he cleaned it up enough.
3) The vibration of their machine broke a lightbulb which they promptly replaced.

Our thermostat broke during three consecutive over 90 degree days, of course... From quick scheduling with Brian to Daniel's speedy work, we are once again sitting comfortably in a cool house. Thank you, Performance! Daniel was informative and personable, all while getting the job done quickly. This was my first interaction, and I have already scheduled another maintenance check.

I had a new heat pump and air conditioner system put in my home.johnny Durango did a wonderful job in my home. He was very nice and answer all my questions that I had to ask. Took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat. He was very professional. I would have him come back and work on my house any time. Very pleased for all he did. Thank you so much.

At first we were hesitant to use this company to have insulation blown into our walls due to some of the negative reviews. But, when we saw the reason for the negative reviews were due to communication issues and not the work done, we decided to give them a go. We couldn’t be more happy with that decision.

The whole experience was the best you could expect. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and the most helpful out of the 4 companies we received bids from. She asked many questions about our home that others didn’t and offered solutions to help with the problem areas.

The crew that did the install were fantastic. They were friendly and hardworking, plus very respectful of our home and landscaping. And, they cleaned the work area so you could hardly tell they were there.

We will definitely be recommending them to others!

Brian handled my urgent & frustrated call for air conditioning repair professionally & with respect. Johnny D arrived 3 hours early yet offered to return later if it worked better for me. He was a solid professional from start to finish, respectful & like Brian treated me as an intelligent person with a basic understanding. Johnny is familiar with the odd HVAC setup in this development, kept a positive attitude, jumped in & repaired the unit. Thank you to both Brian & Johnny.

Our thermostat was not turning on the AC unit. Johnny Durango from Performance Insulation came over and did a great job fixing it! He showed up on time, with a mask, and wore shoe coverings upon entering the home. Johnny was polite and eager to assess our AC issue. He was able to immediately take a look at our furnace/vents and identified the issue right away. He rewired everything so the electrical was properly set and ready to go. He cleaned out the furnace and made sure everything (area around the unit, carpet, etc. )was cleaned up before he left. Hearing that AC kick on was music to our ears. Thanks again Johnny!

What a great experience we had from a residential service provider.
Performance Insulation recently added insulation to our attic space. Samuel arrived on time, was professional and courteous to look at the job. He provided a quote while onsite. Other companies took up to over 10 days just to provide a simple quote.... that was disappointing.
Performance installers Jorge and Jose arrived a few days later as scheduled and on time (even a bit early)! They were professional, clean and respectful of our home as they did their jobs. They cleaned up and completed the job within the estimated time. It is refreshing to see great customer service still exists. It was definitely a great experience and I would recommend and use Performance Insulation again. They were great from start to finish. Thanks Samuel, Jorge and Jose.

Performance Insulation and Energy Services went above and beyond. Such a great value for the package. From the onsite estimating with Nelsin, to sucking out the old insulation of our entire 4k sqft attic, prep work, adding R42 back, assistance with Energy Trust rebate, our experience was 5 Stars. This is our 2nd home we've worked with Performance on and we highly recommend them. Fast and efficient!
