Artem is a very professional and committed contractor. In 2020, Artem did an extensive remodeling that converted my house from 2050 to 3550 sq. He was friendly and professional throughout the project. I greatly admire his work ethics. In addition, his price was reasonable. He is the go-to guy for any remodeling, repair, or restoration work. You can depend on him to get your project done satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Artem did 2 projects for me:
1. Tore out old living room fireplace and replaced it with french double doors. This involved new framing on a load bearing wall, new roof shingles and a new gutter. All the work that he had subcontracted, such as the roof, was also performed at a professional level.
2. Remodeled bathroom - installing new tub, floor and wall tile, vanity and new fixtures. He was professional, cleaned up every day before leaving and kept me informed of any issues as they occurred.
Artem showed up when he said he would and there were no surprises on the projects.

My living room looks beautiful with the new doors to my backyard, letting in lots of light. My bathroom is amazing, as the tile work, carpentry and plumbing are top notch.

we spent 6 months looking for the right contractor to complete our full house rebuild/remodel after a tree took out most of it last january.

it was important to find the right partner, someone who was sharp, organized, responsive, whose done the work with their own hands, had business acumen, and easy to be around.

we went thru several attempts and steps in the process with other GCs before finding Elevate.

Artem & co. completed the full rebuild in a timely, professional manner. the quality of their work was noticeable and given some of the nightmare stories i saw on reddit, it was a huge relief. Artem guided us thru each step and enabled us to design parts of the house which made things fun despite the circumstances.

was the process perfectly smooth without any hiccups? no. but every project is going to have surprises and roadblocks. the difference between a good and bad partner is, we were able to work through those challenges and stay positive during all of it. Artem handled insurances unique requirements well and got the job done for us.

After a tree hit our house, Elevate Contruction crew did an excellent job restoring our home. They removed and repaired damaged roof trusses, rafters, plywood, and replaced roof, some siding, and gutters. They repaired drywall, painted interior and exterior walls. Remodeled inside with new vinyl floors, doors, molding, electrical light switches and fixtures. They also built a high-quality shed. The team always had great ideas and listened to our suggestions and needs. The details and quality are great, and the team worked long hours to get project done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
