The installation itself was ok but I was severely overcharged for extra hardware (~$300 vs $35 for the thermal expansion tank, $50 for each Copper Pressure 90-Degree Cup x Cup Elbow Fitting vs $1.23 etc) which inflated the initial estimate by almost $1000, I.e. about 50%. I really needed hot water and agreed but would never use the referred plumbing company or a similar service referral from Home Depot ever again

Service Patriots is a phenomenal company. They went above and beyond to make sure I had heat for Thanksgiving, and installed a new unit the day after.
I've already recommended them to friends.

Quick easy and efficient process. Plus got the 0 percent interest program so can pay back monthly at doable dollars that won’t break our budget. Great communication throughout!

Materials and labor fantastic. Communication not great. The address was botched, and I had to correct the caller many times. Also materials were not all ready at the same time. I had to make several trips to home depot only to find out that that not all materials were ready.

Very professional, put down dropcloths, cleaned up behibd theirselves, asked about odd installation before proceeding. Price wax reasonable. Have recommended them yo two neighbors who are in need of insulation as well.

This place is completely unprofessional. I called to get a bid, and the secretary told me someone would call me later that day. 30 hours passes, nothing. I call back, and the secretary says that the guy that I need to speak to is on lunch, and that he will call me after lunch. 7 hours later, at 6:45 pm I receive a call that I just missed saying to call him back. I call back within 5 minutes and leave a voicemail. No answer..... The next day I call back again and leave another voicemail, no answer, no call back. Its been 4 days since he called..... No call back. So all in all, I've been trying to reach someone from this company for a bid for over a week. Are you kidding me?? Im done.....

I have an awkward old concrete house from the 50's with no crawlspace...they worked around the idiosyncrasies of my needs and made it work when retrofitting for entirety new ductless minisplit. It looks clean, they showed up in a timely manner each morning, and fielded all my annoying questions without any hint of annoyance. This company has scheduled 2 appointments to come look at a faulty water heater. They have no called no showed both appointments. I called when they missed the appointment only to be directed to a voice mail. The only reason I got the second appointment was I reached out them. They have not a single time reached out to notify me that they would not be arriving or to reschedule the appointment.

That being said if you are looking for a company that is unprofessional and will not do the work they agreed to do then this is the place for you and Christian will get you taken care of!

From start to end, I worked with Ian on the sales side. We did a lot of work with Performance on our new home and every team member who was onsite was friendly, professional, and all were willing to answer any questions I had. I will be using Performance and recommending them for a long time!
