This summer we worked with Elevate Construction to dd an addition to our home. We are so happy to have met and decided to work with Artem! The project was just shy of 800 sq. ft. and took almost exactly 4-months from groundbreaking to finishing trim (after permits!). Artem has great teams around him to execute the work while he manages the teams (and project, budget, communication, and problem solving) with broad expertise. We have really enjoyed working together this year and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a contractor give Artem a ring for your project, big or small!

I wanted to make some alterations to the kitchen in the home I bought but keep the same look and match the colors. Artem installed a new kitchen island with a drawer microwave that matched the existing glossy white cabinets perfectly and also added new cabinet doors that matched the stain of the existing woodwork perfectly. You wouldn't know it wasn't all done at the same time, which isn't easy to do from what I've seen before. He also built a couple of door frames and added new doors that I wanted that came out really nice. He was super easy to work with and everything was done when promised. Highly recommended!

I needed a tub/shower conversion to walk in shower done on a very short time line for appraisal/refinance. Artem met the time line, worked hard, even the weekend to meet my needed timeline for my interest rate lock. His workmanship was perfect. Easy to work with. Lining up other projects for him as well.

Elevate Construction and Architecture did a great job. Our project involved an addition to accommodate a new master with bathroom, bedroom closet and laundry closet to our home.
Artem drew out the plans to find the best layout, based on the space we had to work with and what we wanted. Permits and inspections were the longest set backs. But Artem checked on them regularly to try to get it as quickly as possible. Once we got those rolling he worked hard to complete the job. Artem does it all - you don't have to worry about many different people coming in and out of your property. Artem is professional and does quality work. Overall very happy with the finished product!

When our ceiling started leaking, it was a nightmare. We had no idea what to do. I lucked out and found Elevate Construction and Architecture.
I'd heard you couldn't trust contractors, but Artem proved right away that he was there to help us solve all of our problems in the best way possible. His advice was invaluable, and he gave it freely. Artem has built houses from the ground up and could give good advice on every part of the very long process to fix all the problems with our home.
Not only were our pipes leaking, but there was structural damage because the siding was put on wrong when the house was built. Artem proposed solutions and suggested high quality products. We ended up repiping the house, remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms, and residing and repainting the exterior. Artem also fixed the damage to the structure.
The greatest part is the results. Our house has never looked this good, even when it was new. Our bathrooms are beautiful and so is our kitchen. Artem rewrapped and resided the house so no water will ever get near our structure again.
In the end, Artem became like family. He was here for six months doing all of that work. He's great guy and we will have him back to do more for us when we are ready. I can't recommend him enough. His work is incredible!

We've had work on three projects from Elevate so, obviously, we're very happy with the results: skylight recesses, a full lower-level remodel (bedroom, full bath, and family room), and our master bath. Any big project will have it's issues, and Artem was great - he addressed all issues quickly and even offered to come back weeks after completion when we had questions. Beautiful work!

Artem is always professional and very talented! You’d never know where his Sheetrock installation began and the old Sheetrock ended. He added a tile backsplash in my kitchen that is flawless. I love my new kitchen countertop, too. He works with a great stone fabricator. My new floors are perfect. I love all his work. I’m very happy with his communication, speed and the quality of his workmanship.

We worked with Artem with Elevate Construction for a significant kitchen repair following water damage. He was professional, an excellent communicator, and did wonderful work. We are very happy we worked with him and would call upon his team again if/when we have projects in the future.

We were in a really tough spot with our project after the previous company left us with a mess and multiple unresolved issues. It was stressful and overwhelming. Our business was stalled because of this.

Elevate Construction completely turned things around. Within a 45 days. they had all the permits taken care of, fixed every problem, our salon was back in business.

They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor who delivers on their promises, I highly recommend Elevate Construction. We’re so grateful we found them!

If you are looking for carpet here just walk out now and go find a local carpet dealer to work with forget the "free' whatever they offer it isn't worth the time. I went on line and made an appointment for measure - it took a week to get someone out to me. Despite the fact that the gentleman said he could have come out faster and was not busy ( the computer system only allows appointments one week in advance). I asked this gentleman to measure an additional area and he said "i don't have time for that today! I have 11 houses to measure." I said well you are here do you want to come back? He agreed to measure the extra space. I had to wait about 48 hours to order the carpet. I ran in to Sherwood to see and feel the carpet. I spoke to them about placing the order but I got well you started online you have to order it through them. Ok. I called in asked to place the order and was told that my installation would not be 'free' because the carpet I chose was under a certain dollar amount (first time anyone mentioned it) I selected a higher priced carpet and ordered the carpet. About 6 days later I got a call from the contractor to set up the appointment for installation. Installation was set for Friday after 9am. Around 10am I got call from the installer saying there was an issue with the carpet and would not divulge any other information and told me to call Home Depot. Turns out the carpet I selected is burbur and the doors are 45 degrees and they can not cut burbur at 45 without it running. Why had no one mentioned this to me sooner? The HD Sherwood (sherrie) said Well you ordered it online, well yea aren't you the same company? Why would it be different? So I went back in to order a 72 hour carpet... because I have been waiting almost 2 weeks to move into my new home because of the carpet. I order this on a Friday, was told the carpet will be coming from CA. I called Monday to see where in the process the carpet is... well it wont be here 'till Thursday (72 hours is A LIE!) I asked will the installer be available on Friday to install the carpet? The answer was I dont know... So I will now be waiting a total of 20 days if the installer can come in on Friday. Seriously?
My advise if you are still reading this.... GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE
PS this was my second crappy experience with HD my previous was 5 years ago (Bend HD) and I thought I would give them another chance BIG MISTAKE .
