Jco hvac replace an old AC on our business made the whole thing work with old ducts another company said would have to be replaced. They also reminds us to replace the filters great crew.

Having come recommended by friends and family I reached out to Jco for a repair on a rental. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, respectful, and professional. I enjoyed doing buisness with them and certainly recommend!

We used Jco to install a heating/AC system. We received bids from 3 different companies. We were very happy with the efficiency in which they installed our unit, and the helpfulness of everyone at their office.

We met with several HVAC specialists when upgrading from our older gas furnace to a heat pump. Jco was the clear choice. Their presentation was less corportate and clearly knowledgable. They did not push for a sale. Our options were thoroughly explained and it was evident how a new heat pump would meet our cooling and heating needs. After living with the new system for 7 months it has worked flawlessly. When a question arose regarding our new thermostat they sent their service specialist out right away to assess the situation. Regan is knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Our home is spread out and we are pleased that the temperature throughout is even and well regulated. We are completely satisfied with our Daikin VRV system and recommend Jco for your HVAC needs.

Regen from Jco came out today to diagnose an issue we were having with our zoned HVAC (zones not zoning). In the hour he was here, he fixed the issue with the zoning, fixed another issue with airflow we were having in the master bedroom, and steered me away from a costly and potentially problematic approach I asked about (adding a 3rd zone to the master) when he could have easily taken advantage.

Friendly, professional, kind enough to take the time to explain things, technically competent, and honest. It’s not always easy to find that combination. Glad we did, and we’ll be using Jco for future service, preventative maintenance, and any other HVAC work we need.

I was certain I'd previously written a review, but in sending a link to this company to a friend, it's gone.

In 2020 we hired JCo to replace a 20yo HVAC system with a modern heat pump. The old installation was in attic space, and we wanted to keep it there both to avoid cluttering the house, and also because the ducting met there. Several companies refused due to the small space and ladder access, but JCo gave us a fair price on a decent system, and seemed like straight shooters.

The day of installation we got a call: they had mis-measured and the heat pump wouldn't fit through the attic door. We held our breath, anticipating the worst. Their solution: they upgraded us to a higher efficiency (and slightly smaller) heat pump at their own expense, since the mis-measurement was their mistake.

The work was done on time, and two years later we remain very happy with the installation.

If I could give zero stars I would. They took advantage of my elderly aunt and convinced her to spend over $3,000 for a new compressor. Well, less than 3 years later the compressor failed and they told us it was only under a 1 year warranty. They didn’t even disclose this or the benefit of purchasing a new unit with a much longer warranty. This company is not to be trusted in my opinion! Shame on them for taking advantage of an elderly person!

Needed to upgrade my electric ceiling heat in an older home, and worried about my options to keep the architectural lines of my house. Very happy with the discussion of options during the bid, and the knowledge for how it would function in my house. The bid was affordable, the timeline to installation great, the instillation went well, and I am so happy I upgraded. It is working so well. Thank you JCo.
