We have Comfort Flow’s maintenance service every six months, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technicians are always professional, thorough, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The service has been excellent from start to finish — I highly recommend Comfort Flow!

Jordan and Shelby were on time, did a thorough job and helped with a few minor things that I had questions about. They were friendly, conscientious, and did a great job. Because my new house is only 800 square feet, I was charged less than I expected. I won’t hesitate to recommend Comfort Flow Heating to anyone who needs HVAC services.

WE have been with Comfort Flow for years. We recently had our ducts cleaned and the AC and Furnace annual maintenance done. The guys who were here did a fantastic job and were very nice to work with. I would highly recommend Comfort Flow to anyone who wants a great job done. =) I also signed up for their Comfort Club where you can save money for maintenance and parts if needed.

I bought a new Trane HVAC system in June 2025. Everything was fine with cooling. When I used the heat in November, I noticed an irritating sound. I called Comfort Flow regarding my concern, and the office scheduled a tech to come out the next morning. He (Dawson) was very thorough in running the system through a test, determining which parts needed to be replaced. He said he would order them and contact me when they arrived. Less than 2 weeks later he installed the parts and the irritating noise is gone!
Since my system is still under warranty, there was no charge for the parts or service.
I highly recommend Comfort Flow.

They did the original HVAC install back in 2014. It has been a good system. Several times I’ve had to call for emergency service due to unrelated household voltage issues. Not only have they always been reachable, they are always quick to respond, resolve the issue and for a reasonable cost. They don't try to upsell anything and their technicians have always been super professional and friendly and enthusiastic about resolving the issue.

The receptionist and the technician that came out to service our furnace were A-1. My only issue with the Company is that they have no options for seniors who live on a fixed income and has to wait for their SS. Because of this issue, we had to wait through the 20+ degree temps for a week, relying on just some electric oil radiators to keep us warm. Anyway, the technician said that the furnace is fine, but the module for the furnace in the breaker box need to be replaced. We were asked to wait until an electrician was called to set up an appointment. I hope it's soon.

We have used Comfort Flow for at least 30 years. We just had a ductless system installed last week and it is everything we hoped for. The installers were incredible, timely, friendly, clean, and did an amazing job!

They blocked the sidewalk and neighbors driveway access with their vans - they agreed to move after unloading but never did. They left trash on neighbor’s property. They trampled the neighbor’s grass with work boots and heavy equipment for multiple days in a row. They then ran over or knocked over the neighbor’s temporary fence which was put up after they continuously trespassed on neighbors property, which was likely revenge from being asked to move off the sidewalk. Even after explaining to them that there are elderly people with walkers, a blind person with a walking cane, and tons of people with strollers who need the sidewalk …. They still didn’t care. Even after calling the company directly to request that the sidewalk be cleared, they didn’t move even though they were working in a long driveway woth plenty of space for them to pull up. How entitled and unprofessional can one crew be?

Comfort Flow has been excellent on our projects. We really appreciate how they throughly understand our remodeling client's needs and help solve them. In fact, we worked with them on 11 different projects last year! Thanks again for all of the good work!

We purchased a service contract for our system to be checked twice a year. We do not have to worry, we get called that it is time, and schedule an appointment. They arrive, get to work and done. All systems are checked, new filters and let us know if anything is wrong. The workers are absolutely professional, nice and knowledgeable. We trust Comfort Flow Heating and recommend them highly for any of your heating or air condition services.
