I’ve been using Comfort Flow for many years. My new furnace and air conditioning systems are the best. The maintenance crews are wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

Connor Newton was my Tech in servicing my A/C and Furnace (one unit). He arrived on time, and went right to work only after a few minutes of chatting about the equipment, etc. and was clearly skilled and confident in his abilities. It was a true pleasure entrusting him with the efficiency, safety and evaluation of my equipment.
I request Conner for my next Tech visit.

We called a few places to come give us an estimates on different projects we want to remodel. Clark from Comfort Flow was one of the easiest to work with. He was patient, took time answering questions and explaining the process clearly. Highly Recommend calling and working with Clark.

The technicians who do our maintenance work are always efficient & knowledgeable. Austin, who was here recently, was especially meticulous and seemed to go above and beyond his pay grade :-) For our next tuneup, I will request him.

When our AC unit went out more than once for 4 years in a row and our home warranty company failed to repair the problem we needed help. I searched for the number one top rated heating and air conditioning company in the Eugene area and found Comfort Flow. I called and explained our situation and they sent a representative the next day. Kyle was great to work with. He examined the unit in our attic and outside and explained the unit we had was original to our house and not the correct size to cool our size home. Our unit was 25 years old. I couldn't believe it. It needed replaced. He went over our options, gave us his recommendation and we trusted exactly what he suggested. He then went over the pricing and warranty and even set us up with zero APR financing. He was very professional and personable. We were so appreciative. We got our install scheduled in a timely manner and it took the guys 2 days to complete the job . I felt so bad for them as it was 130 degrees in our attic those 2 days. They took very good care of our house while hauling out the old unit and installing the new one. We are extremely impressed. Kyle even came back to the house to show us exactly how to use the new thermostat and install the app on our phones to control the the temperature from anywhere in the house. We love our new unit and want to thank the whole team for taking care of us!

Got us on the calendar quickly. Tech was on time, friendly, helpful, fast and fixed our system. Had multiple options for the repair. Felt no pressure to go with the most expensive—the tech just laid out our options.

The technicians completed the installation quickly (about 2 hours) and even impressed the other electricians I had working here at the same time. They also were very careful to not damage my newly painted den. They were well-groomed, polite, and expedient.

The cost of the unit and installation was significantly less than other heating/cooling systems, and it works quickly and extremely well. I do not impress easily, but my experience with Comfort Flow has been better than I expected, by far. Thank you so much Mikes(s), Jordan, Jorge, Cason, and Tyler.

I have been doing business with Comfort Flow for over a decade - They did maintenance on my unit, and then replaced them both a few years ago, and continue to do semiannual maintenance on them. Their employees are courteous, helpful, and thorough. I have never had an issue with any of their work. The two service technicians were incredibly nice and very respectful of the property. I recommend them highly.

We’ve been using Comfort Flow for 8yrs and in that time we’ve had nothing but excellent, consistent service. Each of their employees has been kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Garrett was our technician today and was excellent! Thank you Garrett!

We are so happy to have an updated working system to replace our worn out 48 year old heat pump. We are especially happy with all the Comfort Flow employees who made it happen.

Today I had my home serviced by your technician named Brooks. He was very highly skilled and professional. Brooks did a great job on the overall maintenance of my home HVAC unit. He will be my permanent technician for all future maintenance. I would highly recommend him and Comfort Flow to all my family, friends and co-workers to do their HVAC maintenance and or repairs-replacement services. Great customer service and scheduling from their office staff too.

The service was professional and thorough. The technician was polite, considerate and knowledgeable. He made sure that once the service was finished, everything was returned to the way it was. This service was part of the maintenance package that we purchased.

We have been Comfort Flow Heating customers since 2007 when we purchased a second home on the McKenzie River and had you come in and install a new furnace and heat pump. All was destroyed in the Holiday Farm Fire, but when we decided to rebuild, we insisted that they use Comfort Flow to put in our heating equipment in our new home. The person who came out to do the maintenance on the HVAC system was great: prompt, efficient, and courteous. He also dealt wonderfully with my dog who can be intrusive at times. Wonderful person to have doing the work on the units.

Great maintenance team, good sales personnel, good installers. Was not contacted upon completetion of the furnace/heat pump install. Would have appreciated the install team reaching out to let me know they completed the work and had no problems.

They were easy to schedule, came out in a timely manner. Colton was our technician. He was knowledgeable, skillful, and friendly. We signed up for the bi-annual service and now have ease-of-mind knowing Comfort Flow will be taking care of our system in the future.

I was heading out of town the next day and my furnace stopped working. I called several repair companies and they couldn’t come that day. I called Comfort Flow and they said they could respond late afternoon, I told them my situation and they said they would try. An hour later they called back and said they could be at my house in 20 minutes. They came and fixed my unit in a timely manner and their charges were more than fair. Thank you Comfort Flow.

I had Comfort Flow install a ductless heating system in my house a few years ago and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are on time and efficient any time I have them out for any reason. Most recently Caz came out the same day I called to look at an issue we were having. It. turned out after a friendly and excellent explanation that our system was operating correctly, we just didn’t understand what was happening. Now we do and oh, no charge for the visit! Got to love that!!

My 50-yr-old gas furnace stopped working and after determining it wasn't the thermocouple I contacted Comfort Flow. Jake came out and determined it was the gas valve. After ordering/receiving the part, Jake came out to install it. There were several unexpected glitches in the process (all having to do with the original installation) requiring a couple extra trips to pick up other replacement parts. Throughout, Jake was thorough - showing me the issues and reassuring me they were fixable. All is well now. Oh, and let me say the office staff at CFH were also very professional and thorough as well.

I couldn’t be more impressed with this team! Robert came out to do the estimate—he was easy to work with, got our quote over quickly, and clearly walked us through the rebate process. Travis and Randy made sure we knew what to expect from start to finish, and their crew arrived ready to get to work on day one.

Sean and Emerald were courteous, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful—staying on top of cleanup and working carefully around our cat and many children. We had a unit installed in every room, and they made sure to keep doors closed for safety and protect surrounding items with drop cloths. That level of care is truly above and beyond.

Jorden handled the electrical work, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better-run team. The finished product was completed days ahead of schedule, the trim-out is tidy and well thought out, and our home is already more comfortable than ever.

Huge shoutout to this entire crew—you’re all exceptional at both the technical side of your craft and at being respectful, efficient guests in a busy, lived-in home. Craftsmanship and communication: 10 out of 5 stars!
