I have used many heating and ac company's on alot of rental properties. Jco has stood out the most when it comes to standing by their work and their word is their bond. They are very reasonable on pricing and fast responses. Their electrical team has been amazing to. They are thorough and always go above and beyond. Amazing company to work with, communication was on point from the estimate to installation! They did complete HVAC system change out on the wettest day of the month and the crew was all smiles!

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner came by to give us a bid on a job. Later when I called to schedule, the receptionist informed us that he decided he did not want to do work for us. They acted like it was personal but they offered no reasons why the owner would never do our job. So weird...I had called them because my daughter used them and liked them. Needless to say it was very unprofessional behavior. We now use another provider with great results. This guy has a professional loose screw in my opinion. I've worked with many service providers for our various properties for over 30 years in Eugene, this was a first.

Todd arrived on time, explained the troubleshooting process, checked all the wires and reinstalled the doorbell. He rang the doorbell to show us it worked. He is very polite and works fast.

We had a great experience with our annual maintenance service on our furnace and heat pump. Drew did a great job and had a very professional and helpful attitude. It was a pleasure to have him do the service call. We're very satisfied customers.

JCO installed a mini split for a rental. They were able to handle the Springfield SUB rebate , showed up on time , did a great job with the installation, and were pleasant to deal with. I'll consider them for future installations.

I am so impressed with Jco Heating & Air. I had several companies out to bid a new ductless system for my house. Jco was the only company that took the time to explain why I should size the unit properly. Other companies wanted to install a smaller unit. Now, knowing this, I notice when I go to my friends houses, their units struggle to keep up. Mine has no issues whatsoever and will likely last longer because it doesn't have to work as hard to keep up. Thank goodness I had Jco out to bid this job.

I had a small project, a couple of light switches to move from a wall I removed to another wall. Melissa got back to me promptly and scheduled an appointment a couple of days later. Todd, the electrician, showed up right on time and did a great job completing the job. He was professional, friendly, and left the job site clean. Highly recommend!

We had great interactions with Todd and Joshua who came to our house to install and hookup our Mini split system. They were very kind and pleasant to work with! 5 stars for those guys and a great product!

Todd came and put a plug in for us in the fireplace, so we could have a gas insert installed. He is amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and explains everything. Had Jco out yesterday. Todd the electrician was a Rockstar. Had a transfer switch installed and, he was an absolute professional. Fast friendly and easy to deal with. I have found my new electrician. Professional, timely, and great prices. They did a fantastic job upgrading our electrical panels. So much so that we upgraded our gas furnace with them too. I highly recommend these guys!
Update: contracted with them for a ductless system for our new house one year after the original review. Still great doing business with them. Same consistent and professional work. A pleasure returning to them.

JCO has been great to us! We installed a hot tub and they were friendly and efficient about setting up the necessary wiring, plus they were handily the lowest quote. We were impressed enough that we had them back a few months later to repair a wall-mounted space heater and it took Todd less than 30 minutes to get us up and running.

I had a really disappointing experience with JCO in Springfield, Oregon. I scheduled an electrician who worked at my house for about 3 hours and 45 minutes, then had to leave for an emergency—not on my end, but theirs. He came back later and was only here for another 15 minutes. Despite that, I was charged for five full hours of labor plus materials, instead of the accurate four hours.

When I reached out to the owner to explain the issue, he brushed me off with a rehearsed explanation about how it costs them money to come back out. I understand overhead, but I don’t think it’s fair to pass the cost of their emergency onto my invoice. That time shouldn’t be on my dime.

I tried to reason with them, but they didn’t care. If you’re looking for transparent and fair billing, I’d think twice before hiring JCO.

Jco provided exemplary service in all phases of replacing my heating and cooling systems. Estimate-Zero pressure, fast response, and Craig took time to share his vast knowledge on best options and how to work in my price range. Installation- Everyone was fast, efficient, clean and friendly. They took the time to teach how to use the new system and didn't mind re-explaining. The ionizing filters have been life changing-making it immediately easier to breathe. The unit itself-Beyond expectation!! Quiet, efficient, great value for money. If you are asthmatic, have long covid, allergies or other respiratory problems this is a game changer and Jco is the team to bring it to you!

Todd was FANTASTIC! He made my freezing garage not only tolerable but a space I look forward to being.

Only checks parts on Mondays & Fridays so if your part comes in Tuesday-Thursday you just sit without heat until they get around to checking parts! Over two weeks without heat now! Will never go thru them again! Today is Monday, called around 2:30pm was told they had another shipment that would be in at 3pm, they would check the shipment and call us back. Never received a call back! Terrible follow through!

We've had their HVAC techs out before and they've always been friendly and knowledgeable. The office is easy to work with for scheduling, ordering, and paying invoices.

This January, we hired Jco to replace our natural gas furnace and AC/heat pump units. They arrived when they were supposed to, they called ahead to confirm times, and were friendly. They worked efficiently and respected our home.

When the install was complete, they helped me set up the new thermostat and explained its features and the app that comes with it.

Everyone we've dealt with at Jco has been super friendly. Every staff member we've interacted with has been helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer service is kind of unparalleled in this day and age. It's great to support a local business and build such a great relationship with them.
