Project manager, Bobbie Toomey and skilled crew(Dallas, Justin, Jacob, and Jordan) were all very knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and personable throughout the job. recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ahuge flood at my home, and I couldn't have been more grateful to have Summit come to my rescue. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly empathetic.

Dallas, my main point of contact, was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. The team arrived promptly and got to work immediately, assessing the damage and taking the necessary steps to mitigate further issues.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and thoroughness. They didn't just clean up the obvious mess; they went above and beyond to ensure every affected area was properly dried, sanitized, and restored. They handled my belongings with care and treated my home as if it were their own.

On Friday September 13th I found out that we had a massive leak in two bedrooms. I called around and received some estimates. The minute Wade showed up from Summit he was professional, educational, and thorough. He took his time and even went under the house. The other companies were in and out within a few minutes and didn’t even look under the house. I immediately made my decision and chose Summit. Their estimate was fair and I could tell they were the right one’s for the job. They came in and set up all the dryers and dehumidifiers, were very thoughtful of the home, and came back every day to check on things. They did a organized job of the demo and were respectful of the home. Then Jacob’s team came in, he was the same way, thoughtful, educational, and even helped with moving things out of the room. His team put the rooms back together even better than they were in the first place. Everyone was wonderful; Wade, Bryce, Erwin, Jordan, Justus, Jacob, Dallas, and Justin are a credit to their company. The project took a while to accomplish so I had many chances to get to know all of them and can say you couldn’t ask for a better company in your time of need!

Call Summit first. It is refreshing to work with a company that is set apart from the rest, in care, skill, integrity, and person-ability. When you’ve had the misfortune of having to call a restoration company before, it’s truly relieving to talk to someone you actually trust.

We had a pipe burst in our house in January 2024 and Summit was on the scene to help within an hour or two of us calling them. Jacob from Summit did a great job guiding us through the process, repairing and restoring our home to our full satisfaction. Jacob recently followed up with us now that it's been almost a year since the work was complete and we really appreciate him and the work Summit has done.

As a contractor I have referred multiple people to SummitClean and Restoration for water loss mitigation, and will continue to do so.
In May of 23 I had my own loss that SummitClean and Restoration of Redmond helped me with. They arrived on a Sunday afternoon to start the demo and drying process. Using their equipment and knowledge SummitClean took care of the complete drying process as well as negotiated for my coverage with the insurance adjusters. Thank you.
Almost 2 years later, with a refrigerator that quick working, and ice melting into a hardwood floor, I again called SummitClean and Restoration. Matt and Wade used their experience and training to help find a solution to dry my hardwood floor in place and avoid tearing up my entire kitchen. We had a hot water break in our kitchen wall. The damage was extensive and even went into our living room. From day one the crews that showed up were competent and professional. They respected our home and left it clean even while taking it apart. Jacob was our project manager and he handled everything. He delt with the insurance company, kept us informed as to who would be coming, when they would be here and what they would be doing. The finished job was absolutely beautiful and we would recommend Summit without reservation.

Our company was recently contracted through Summit for security fencing. I worked with Kevin Scerini on this project as well as Tara in AP. They both made the entire process seamless! Communication, time line, Customer service, etc, all on point. Highly recommend.

Our home sustained interior water damage when the exterior was power washed by a painting contractor. After consulting with several a "well known" companies to assess, mitigate and repair the damage. Summit Cleaning was the only company we were confidant could complete the entire process, from start to finish. Beginning with the first phone call they, exceeded our expectations. Their customer service is excellent, every phone call was followed up promptly and professionally. The mitigation, moving crew and restoration crews arrived on schedule. As a retired contractor I can say their workmanship was top notch. Most importantly, they worked directly with our insurance claim adjuster, taking a lot of stress out of the process. We had a fire in our house. It was a total gut to the studs. Summit handled the entire project of cleaning, asbestos removal and restoration. Collin was so easy to work with and really helped us navigate the insurance process to make sure that everything was taken care of. The final product is better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend Summit if you have a need.

We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve, within an hour Summit was at our home to start the drying and clean up process. Our project manager
Jacob H. was amazing and made the whole process of putting our home back together so easy. He was very attentive and always communicated with us step by step. Our home was put back together better than it was before. No one wants a burst pipe or water leak but if it does happen I highly recommend Summit restoration.

My Salem house had a major flood that caused extensive damage to most of the house (3,520 Sq ft) on both levels. Wade and Jacob did an incredible job working with me AND the insurance company to mitigate and repair/restore the house to its original condition. Mitigation was done quickly allowing the restoration team to get in there and start the rebuild. Jacob did an incredible job with the rebuild. Even though some materials were no longer available, Jacob worked with me to get the best and closest matches to those materials. In the end, the house looked and felt brand new. I couldn't be more satisfied with every aspect of this difficult situation. They handled everything professionally and with compassion as if it were their own home. I hope I never need them again, but if I do -- they would be my go to team!

We had an outstanding experience with Summit Cleaning and Restoration. Jacob was our main point of contact and an absolute joy to work with. He was patient, thoughtful, and highly professional—offering clear guidance, answering all of my questions with care, and giving us calm confidence during a stressful time. His integrity shone through every step of the process, and his parting gift was a thoughtful surprise that meant a lot.

Justin handled most of the hands-on work and was also impressive. He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our home and space.

What stood out most was the consistent quality and attention to detail. There were countless moments where shortcuts could have been taken, but they never did. These guys did right by us in every way, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

A wonderful experience all around. Kevin kept in constant contact about next steps and what we could expect. Jeremy did an excellent job on the slight changes we made for some cabinetry, it turned out perfect! And after everything was completed, Marylou cleaned everything up spotlessly, even beyond my expectations! Hopefully we don’t have anymore water leaks but if something were to happen, we would definitely be using Summit again
