We had some Water Damage and was overwhelmed with how to deal with it. We started with a different company and quickly decided we needed to do something else. Stumbled across Summit from friends' recommendation off of a Facebook Post I had. SO grateful! Mitigation went smoothly with Jacob and My Project Manager Kevin is the BEST! All of the workers that came out were fantastic. Ostyn, Andrew, Marylou (amazing packer!) Dallas, Kelsey (put up with my million questions) and Ryan... all were such great workers. Neveah went above and beyond to make sure pack in went smoothly. I appreciate them All! Phone calls in the very beginning with Tyler were the best and she made me feel so welcomed.

I have been working first hand with Summit for the last two years. I have grown to known and love the team that works for Summit. I have dealt with Kelley, Tyler, and Emily for two years and they are amazing. I have also gotten to know multiple members of the crew, and being of a first name basis with these individuals is awesome. If Summit shows up to your house, you can rest well at night knowing that it will be done professionally and perfectly. Also when I had a water loss, these are the people that I called. Amazing crew, and could not ask for a better partnership.

I recently moved here from another state, and shortly after I purchased my home, the piping of my hot water heater gave way, in such a way, it flooded my closet, part of my bathroom and a chunk of my bedroom. I was gobsmacked and overwhelmed(I infact bawled). I recieved a referral to Summit and made the call after I contacted my insurance.....
In short, I quickly had a spectacular team of thoughtful, attentive, and focused individuals putting in the work to mitigate, restore, and or rebuild those areas affected. These wonderful individuals took time with ME to calm me and give me comfort, when I was overwrought, and turned my tears into a genuine smile.
Jacob, Kelsey, Justin one and two, Dallas and anyone else I failed to mention were the best team I could have asked for. I literally was a part of nearly every aspect, because they wanted to make absolute sure they were not only "fixing" the issues, but making my vision a reality.
Do yourself a honest favor; if you need repairs or changes made to your home, stop wasting time comparing companies and choose Summit as your team. They won't let you down.

We were referred to Summit by Cherry City Interiors after water damage hit our home right before the 2025 holidays. It was our first time dealing with mitigation/remediation, restoration, and homeowners insurance, and Summit made everything smooth and stress‑free from start to finish.

Jacob was first on site, and his professionalism and clear explanations immediately gave us confidence. His team--Andrew, Mark, Bryan, Zakary, Austin, and Terry--were equally great to work with, always communicating and showing real care for our home (and empathy during the drying process--when they say the fans are loud, they are LOUD!).

On the restoration side, James guided us through every detail, keeping things organized and patiently answering our many questions and requests. He kept us updated on the schedule and who to expect each day. He was a joy to work with, along with his team: Justin, Kelsey, Ryan, Jeremy, and Dallas. We also want to thank Kelly, Marylou, Jayden, and Larry for the TLC they showed for the pack‑out and pack‑back.

Last but not least, we are grateful for Summit for also handling all communication with our insurance company. This was a huge relief and one less thing for us to worry about.

Everyone we worked with at Summit was kind, respectful, and professional. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations; our kitchen and first floor of our house look even better than before. We highly recommend Summit to anyone needing mitigation or restoration services.

Summit was brought on to remediate kitchen water damage, which lead to a full gut and renovation. Leadup conversations around scope of work were collaborative. Repair and remodel work went smoothly. They were on top of scheduling and notified us when anything needed to move. They accommodated and worked around the cabinet and countertop schedules. Everything came together on time and on budget. Ryan and Skyler were great to work with. And Jose turned out to be a standout craftsman with a welcome eye for detail and versatility. Would definitely recommend Summit from my experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From start to finish everything was superb. The restoration team was amazing!! The guys were responsive , friendly and respectful. Then I was blessed with getting to work with the best project manager. Jacob was helpful, patient , listened to my questions and gave me great advice. A water leak turned into a bigger remodel project. Jacob guided me through every step. His team members Jeremy & Justin went above and beyond while working in my home. Their work was done with care and consideration. I want to thank Jacob and his team for turning an unfortunate situation into a very positive experience.
