This is our second restoration project from summit. Although no one ever wants to have to deal with a flood, their team made this process flawless and so easy.

They were right on schedule and the contractors that they work with are wonderful! Ryan was our project manager this time and his communication was top notch! We would absolutely reccomended them to everyone!

I called many places for an estimate for our water damage . Summit was quick with an appointment and came on time . From the start they were prompt, great communication , professional and thorough with their estimate and work . Jose Palestino in restoration was phenomenal . He matched our lath and plaster walls and ceiling perfectly , back to original look. He was professional , courteous , and very thorough keeping everything clean and tidy after his workday .Please escalate this review to the top decision makers to consider a promotion for Jose Palestino. He is in our opinion, a very valuable employee and his qualities are hard to find .

These guys are wonderful. We had a smoke incident from the flue not being open in the fireplace. It wasn't extreme but enough that we contacted Summit. Kelly came out and went above and beyond to bring our house back to perfect. I highly recommend Summit and Kelly, they really get the job done.

We had a serious leak in July, and although we have just begun the process, I want to acknowledge the team we have worked with so far. Jordan, Collin, Austin, Tim, Chris, Kyle, and Tyler, the scheduler. All of your folks have been beyond helpful in a very difficult time for us. And the work has been outstanding. I would recommend them without hesitation. From the first call, we felt served and cared about personally.

Summit was AMAZING!! They worked very hard to get our home back after a water pipe broke. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They worked in a timely manner. We would 100% recommend them and will use them if the need arises! Thank you to Kevin and everyone else for a job well done!!!💜

I had some water damage in the bathroom. They were quick and easy to work with. Everybody was super polite (from the estimators to the workers) and every time they were coming they called with an ETA. Special shout out to Andrew Newman- Very thorough and a pleasure to work with.

On June first we had an attic fire due to our attic fan seizing. Our fire department covered our belongings do they weren't destroyed by water damage. Summit Restoration came in and prevented the rest of our home from smoke damage by running fans. They then came in and restored the fire damage back to a lovely bedroom and bathroom. The painting. Carpet and lovely tile work all was done so nicely. Our home is lovely because of their hardwork. When the team came and removed our belongings they did it with care. From the very beginning of this journey with them they showed care and concern. Thank you Emily and Daniel for yours and your teams hard work.

Summit does great work. We had Andrew, Logan, Tyler, and Jacob fix a water issue and they were great to work with and did a great job. Phenomenal customer service and professionalism.

Excellent service by Kelly G! Our dog got sprayed by a skunk and ran thru the house for less than a minute, but in that time, the smell absorbed into everything in the house. After a few hours of airing it out without much difference we called Summit. They came out the same day and put Ozone machines in the house. They can back the next day to check it and added more machines. After 48 hours, the smell was gone. They were very accommodating to our schedule, and fair and affordable with their pricing. Highly recommend their services if you ever find yourself with skunk or smoke damage.

.In May 2021 our church was vandalized (flooded) and lit on fire by an arsonist. The damage was extensive (about $900,000). Summit showed up the first day and started right in doing what needed to be done. Every Summit employee that we met during the process seemed to truly have our best interest in mind. Most of the building was stripped to the studs and rebuilt including roof, exterior and interior paint, windows, doors most of the electrical, new plumbing, heating systems, insulation, drywall, trim, cabinets, hardware, fixtures etc. From Pack-out, mitigation, demolition and rebuilding Summit was there every step of the way. Liz, Emily and project manager Daniel Moore all stand out as being especially helpful. Daniel worked well with the insurance company adjusters and never asked us to compromise on the quality of the construction rebuild. Daniel is a problem solver and always had a positive “can do” attitude. We are very happy with the finished building and highly recommend Summit and Daniel in particular. Liberty Mutual Insurance was fair with payments on the building claim and we are still working with them on replacing our contents.

I was having car troubles last night and was parked at the Pac Pride in Stayton. It was cold outside and I had 3 young boys with me. Randy from Summit whipped in his service truck, loaned me the tools and supplies I needed to get us back on the road. He even gave one of my sons a blanket to stay warm. What a great guy. Summit is lucky to have him!

Jacob was the project manager and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He communicated consistently every step of the way, even helping me pick out new flooring. I can't say enough about his character, kindness, knowledge, and attention to detail.

We were very pleased to have the opportunity to work with Summit Restoration on our recent project. Jacob did a thorough inspection of our crawl space and gave us a detailed explanation of the scope of work and time it would take to complete and provided us with a detailed estimate. Ostyn and Dustin, who performed the work were a pleasure to work with.
They showed up on time and got right to work preparing the entry area before begining the work in the crawlspace. They were very respectful of the property and worked quietly and efficiently to complete the job on time. After completing the work they cleaned up and put everything back the way they found it.

I run a small to medium sized property management business, I had multiple units with water leaks, ceiling leaks & basement floods over this last rainfall (12/18/25-12/20/25) I called summit on the 19th in the morning & spoke with Emily, not only was she knowledgeable & experienced, but also seemed genuine & I felt as if she wanted to help me solve these issues. Thanks Emily! Justin, their service tech that showed up was also an all-star, he seemed easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, punctual & genuinely wanting to help. I would highly recommend.

Summit has been absoultely wonderful! Everyone Ryan, Justin, Jeremy, and especially Jacob have been great! They are knowledgable, kind, accurate, accomodating and honest. We changed from Svc Mstr who earned "negative stars" to Summit and we are glad we did! Summit does work for the customer and we will use them again if ever needed. Give them a try (and I'd ask for Jacob!)

We had a significant water leak and Jacob from Summit arrived within an hour! Soon after Terri, Ostyn, Kyle and Bryan arrived. They worked until 4am to clean up the water and minimize damage. They worked for multiple days. They were kind, hardworking and efficient!
And actually the same can be said for all the Summit teams that worked at our home!
The crew of Nevach, Marylou, Shannon, Shelli and 2 others arrived and packed everything in our home into (and out of) 2 blue boxes. They worked quickly and wrapped each item with care (nothing was broken!)
Once the mitigation was complete Kevin led the team (Ryan, Justin, Kelsey, Dallas, Jeremy) to complete the repairs and remodel. Kevin worked hard to ensure we were pleased with the plan. When unexpected situations arose (which is inevitable with a large remodel) Kevin provided creative solutions to create a positive outcome - he was available to meet with us regularly, and responded to texts and calls in a timely fashion.
We just want to say Thank You to each and every one of you for your hard work on our home and your kindness. We are so appreciative!

We needed some extensive restoration work at our house because of a water leak. We called Summit's Stayton Office and worked with Mike Dolan and his crew. Mike's crew included Dallas, Justin, Ryan, Jacob, Terry and some others. Mike did a great job organizing and coordinating the restoration, and all of the crew were skilled professionals. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up. A special shout out to Dallas for his work. Great team and we would hire them again.

Nobody wants a roof leak and the damage that comes along with it, but our team from Summit was exceptional. They helped mitigate the water damage and then were in charge of repair. We had excellent communication along the way, and the finished results were clean and well done. You'd never know that our ceiling was redone!

Can't recommend them enough. Very clear communication, fast and quality work. The remediation team were friendly and worked surprisingly quick. Ryan our repair project lead listened to us, talked through our options and Summit's recommendations, and was outstanding to work with. Could not have been a smoother process.

I recently completed a project (water damage reconstruction) with Summit Cleaning & Restoration and was extremely pleased with the entire process.

From start to finish, the team was professional and courteous completing the work well within the projected schedule. The communication of the project manager, Jake was outstanding as he proactively provided updates, ensuring I knew exactly where the project stood at every step of the way. I especially appreciated their flexibility in accommodating minor changes and addressing my questions promptly.
