Jamison is a nice young man and did his job. Still he found more problems which now is going to add more cost. Before I did this annaul maintenance my overall bills when you fixed things when they broke is really less expensive. Not sure if annuual maintenance makes sense but I will; reserve opinion.\ until I get his email quotes he promised.

We have had Hendrix Heating as our provider of heat and air conditioning service for over 15 years. Their technicians are always polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend them!

Service was exactly on time. The technician took care to provide the best service while reducing the cost as much as possible. Their after-service invoices are super detailed, so you know exactly what your paying for. You even get a nice little text introducing the technician with a picture before he arrives.

Such an amazing experience. The tech showed up on time and was very polite. This was just for maintenance but still asked if I had any concerns so he can look out for them. After he was completed he took the time to go over everything that was done and my concerns ended up being things that he addressed during the maintenance (nothing else needed). It was such a breath of fresh air as a homeowner to not have a place push for me to pay for something I didn't need. Will be with them for life!!!!

Valentin with Hendricks Heatimg did a careful and thorough job on our annual maintenance of our furnace and AC. He even checked out our smoke and CO detectors for us!

Having a ductless heat pump installed in our home was both something we wanted but were also nervous about installing. Would it all go well?
The team at Hendrix did an amazing job! Sean met with us and gave the overview of the installation and cost. His appreciation of and confidence in the Hendrix team helped alleviate most of our fears. Mitch was wonderful with the install of the unit. He sincerely listened to concerns and adjusted original placement per those concerns, Andy (subcontracted), efficiently and professionally went about the electrical needs and graciously answered all our questions. They did a beautiful job!

It is nice to have a company that you have trusted for over 20 yrs to call and help you work through any issues you are having. We had been warned at our last annual maintenance that we were possibly coming to the end of our equipment so we should start thinking about next steps. When the ac stopped cooling in 90 degree weather, we had same day service to get us up and running and an estimate scheduled within days. From the first phone call, to the service, to the estimate, and installation, everyone was kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We highly recommend Hendrix Heating & Air Conditioning.

Luke and the team at Hendrix did an amazing job replacing a gas furnace at our house. They were clear and concise about right sizing the furnace, the install team was excellent and they made it all work the week of Christmas. Really enjoyed working with these folks.

Hendrix was great at communicating, answering my questions, and adjusting to my preferences and needs. The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond to take care of me and I am truly grateful.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to answer every question and break things down to lamens terms. Unfortunately, there was a small misunderstanding in the beginning but we are very happy with Luke and the installation crew! Luke made sure i had every question answered and helped me set up my payments so i dont have to stress. We now have central air and that was the plan. We did find that other places were cheaper but thats what happens when you don't check out every option. The payment plan really puts us in a safe place so we are totally satisfied.

I appreciate Isaac and Hendrix heating for scheduling service on my furnace and AC unit in a timely fashion. Isaac was amazing. He went above and beyond making sure he explained everything to me and any changes he made to our system. Highly recommend Hendrix heating to anybody who’s looking For quality service.

The technician was personable and easy to talk with . As I remember it, he was here a little over an hour. I have no way of judging the work that was done, but I have always been satisfied and happy with Hendrix staff. I have been a customer
for many years and this is the first time I experienced "sticker shock". I understand that technicians are precious and hard to find. I'm grateful that I have been able to use and support a local small business and I will continue to do that. Zack B. & Aaron V. did a great job installing my new heat pump in a day. Both were thorough and professional.

Sean has a good balance of being professional and personal. Also, most important is his expertise. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field. He answered my many crazy questions promptly and thoroughly.

The company gave a clear estimate of charges (diagnostic hourly rate and travel fee) when the appt was scheduled. They checked in a day before to confirm arrival time. Isaac arrived right on schedule, was considerate of our floors (offered to wear booties) gave timely updates and asked for ok for the additional charge before extending his time beyond the first hour to service our unit. He explained what diagnostics he did (although I didn't understand most of it-haha) and he gave a recommendation of what to do if we have a similar issue in the future. Our heat pump seems to be quieter/working better now.

Hendrix Heating and Mitch Bielenberg responded the same day my gas was cut off due to several leakage problems (my own HVAC provider couldn't help me for another 5 days when we would have no heat, hot water, or cooktop use!). This was major work that took a whole day and several assistants. Mitch impressed us with great quality of work that is worth it. Just as important, Mitch listened to all our concerns and made sure to let us know where the project was at and kept us up to date on costs and timing. Mitch's commitment to the project, friendly attitude and hard work was very reassuring. Hendrix has made a new customer with me. Thanks!
