Have been using Hendrix for over 10 years. They just relaced our old furnace, doing a wonderful job. Price was competitive, service and staff were superb. Extremely helpful and patient in explaining how everything works. We 100% recommend them.

James and Jared were pleasant, informative, knowledgeable of their work. They worked fast and cleanup was great. I'm really happy with my new system.

Sean's knowledge of heat systems and household requirements based on sqft and layout are what influenced my decision to go with Hendrix. Other companies wanted to over sell by installing a heat pump too big for my needs. Your choice starts with the assessment and quote, and satisfaction is all about quality of work and equipment. Sean, Jared and James nailed it!

Office support staff is critical to the success of the install as well. Again, Caitlin, and the other folks I worked with were responsive and really worked for Sean to expedite financing and local/federal rebates. Great teamwork!

Mini-split was overdue for a service. Tech did thorough and conscientious job. Also gave us heads-up about potential problems and discovered the parts warranty on our Fujitsu extends much further out than we thought. I’m happy with Hendrix!

We recently had Jason Wilson from Hendrix Heating and Air Conditioning completed a routine annual inspection and cleaning of our LG ductless heat pumps. We had previously used technicians from another company to do our annual servicing.
We were duly impressed with Jason’s work. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and impressively thorough in his work. He answered all our questions completely and explained every step of his inspections and cleaning way beyond that of the prior years’s service attendants.
In summary, we give Jason and Hendrix our highest marks for high quality service, and would recommend them for others who need this work.

The people at Hendrix are very easy to work with. Very friendly and helpful. The techs, Mitch and Henry are really nice and respectful. They didn't mind me asking questions and took time to help me understand the issues with my furnace. Would highly recommend!!

Isaac the service tech provided excellent customer service! He was knowledgeable and worked efficient. After repairs were completed, he verified the system was working properly and made some adjustments. He even took the time to inspect my heat pump and replaced a burnt capacitor. I highly recommend Hendrix Heating and Air Conditioning!

Valentin from Hendrix Heating came out to do our annual maintenance. He was prompt and courteous. He did a detailed inspection and checked everything. I appreciated his great attitude and he seemed very dedicated to doing a good job.

We’ve been Hendrix Heating customers for well over a decade, ever since they “came with the house” when we bought it. A few years in, we needed a new heat pump and didn’t hesitate to choose Hendrix for the replacement as well. Most recently, we had an issue with the heat pump and they had a technician out the same day, who diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. The technician, Alex F, has helped us before and is always prompt, polite, and genuinely helpful. When we eventually sell this home, we’ll be telling the new owners that Hendrix Heating “comes with the house” because their service has been that consistently reliable.

Hendrix supplied us with a heatpump system that replaced an aging forced-air electric heater. They were able to use the existing ductwork system. The experience with the Hendrix team is and has been professional, competent, and courteous start to finish. They clearly understand the homeowner. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have to say that from the moment Luke showed up for the first appointment - I've been impressed with Hendrix HVAC. Luke was professional and polite AND he gave me the quote that same appointment! I had several others that had given me quotes but because of the professionalism showed from Hendrix... I was sold.

Great service, great communication on arrival of technician. Henry was very professional, and timely. Explained everything he was going to do, and it got done in a timely manner.

Even though we had waited past a year. To do any maintenance on it. It still looked brand new, and still ran great. I also wanted to mention. That on installation day in 2024.

It took two days to install both systems. In the two rooms that they were going in. But, it was worth the wait. The guys who did that. They were very professional, and worked in a timely manner.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Comfort Flow. From my 1st phone contact with Jeff C to the day after install. The installers were efficient, courteous and mindful of my indoor cats.
Trey C made sure everything was working properly, then Jeff came the day after to make sure all was working well and educated me on how best to set up my ductless that was efficient for my home.

I have been very impressed with every step of this process. I got a new heating system. It is a 2-step Trane. The estimate was handled with the utmost professionalism and researched recommendations by Grant. He was so thoughtful and kind, as well as informative and respectful. It was a joy doing business with Hendrix Heating because they think of all the details to make a seamless process. I waited only a few days from estimate to installation to inspection. Within a week I had my customer satisfaction, go over warranty , sign documents meeting to complete the project. I appreciated the dependability and work completion - all with above and beyond hand written thank you’s , and goody bag! I’d say this company dots their “i’s” and crosses their “t’s”! Don’t hesitate to give them your business.

Alex was punctual, straight forward and very knowledgeable. He was informative of Hendrix membership but not pushy whatsoever. He was thorough and up front about the need for repairs and was quick to get us an updated quote and timeline for when the parts would arrive. Luke Frazier from Hendrix Heating & Air in Albany was fantastic to work with. He helped us with a new HVAC system and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly.
