We couldn't be happier with the job that Summit did. We had a very serious leak from the supply line in the bathroom downstairs which completely flooded the first floor and the crawl space. It was a new build when we purchased the home, and now it's back to exactly the condition it was in when we first moved in. Some things Summit did even better than the builder! What was most surprising for us was the speed at which everything got done. We've had many experiences with other contractors taking their time and going past deadlines. Everything was completed even sooner than expected. I can't recommend Summit highly enough!

Ryan had done a great job handling our recent water loss. Kevin, George and the rest of the team are also great with the follow up repairs and communication. Thanks so much Guys!

I am an HOA manager with 16 communities across Oregon and I have been fortunate enough to rely on Cole Hamilton for a number of repairs/projects. As a manager, it is essential to work with vendors that are responsive, professional, and churn out good quality work; I know my communities are in good hands when Cole is on a project. Thank you Cole!!

I’m a service supervisor for Greystar and we have a national contract with Belfor Restoration and let me just say, I will strictly use Summit reconstruction for all my restoration/reconstruction needs at all my properties! The service has always been top quality and they treat there customers with the upmost respect. Thank you to the summit team for all the excellent work and customer service provided to me. I look forward to continued business.

First Summit parked (without a sticker) on the white lines between two handicap spots, illegally blocking access to both (and the only) spots for my building.
Next time they were here, they decided they wanted to "reserve" parking spots that were already taken, so they erected a fence around my car. I was on my way to a doctors appointment, for pneumonia, and had to drag a very heavy 10-foot fence across several parking spots to get my car out. There wasn't even a note on my car or any advance notice that they wanted those spots. I found out Summit was behind it by contacting management. (I took photos of both events.) -
I am writing about the poor driving skills of one of your employees. He intentionally blocked me from merging in even though I had my signal on and had more than enough room to merge over prior to them deciding to speed up and close the gap. Then when I went to move lanes and went past your driver he quickly got behind me and proceeded to tailgate me.
It appears as though there have been other posts on Yelp and on Google regarding your teams driving. Perhaps you should consider discussing this matter with your team members as they are representing your company in a negative way. -
I am an Artist, and kind of “ picky “ about details. So,I do pay a lot of attention to any construction project done here in my Condo.
There was a particularly complex project that needed to be done by a Company with experience and pride in the work done.
And that is exactly what I got.
This Company doesn’t skip anything....there is no detail small enough that doesn’t receive the most expertise attention and care.
Can’t say enough compliments about everything this Company does.
Professionals, all the way, friendly , meticulous and neat, and on time.
Oh, and they even greeted my little dog every morning.
Will use them again , and recommend very highly. -
All I can say is Summit is an amazing company.
Summit is always there for me. No matter the time and no matter the situation, they ensure that not only is the job done in a timely manner, but they also ensure that they do it with the best quality and with customer mind.
Summit on numerous occasions has been there. Summit can be there for any type of loss that you may encounter or any problem you run into. They bring experience and compassion to the table and wouldnt rely on anyone else in an emergency . -
Met with Patrick on-site. Next day service for a full bid in the middle of Covid? Yes indeed - Summit can respond and meet the needs of your business that quickly during these tough times. Patrick was absolutely a joy to work with and professional on all levels. I will be using Summit in the future for all of my daily, weekly, monthly and whatever projects come up. Thank you Patrick for the outstanding experience and for getting the job done.

Ryan's team did a great job repairing my bedroom ceiling after a branch came through my roof. Summit took care of dealing with the insurance company and my lender with zero disruptions.
I would use them again without question.
Thanks Ryan! -
We worked with Justin recently and he was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and communicates well. We look forward to working with Justin and Summit again in the future.

yesterday a new window was being installed and your workers had to use the sander for a good amount of time apparently while barely taping off the window so now i have already spent over 2 hours trying to get all sanding dust out of and off of everything in my dining room and kitchen. my dining room at themoment is my work space where I make jewelry that i sell online which now about 12 of the bracelets and earrings are so covered insanding dust and due to the material they are made from they cant be cleaned so i have lost a substantial amount of money from what i would have made on selling the items plus the time that goes into making them. I just can't believe they could be so careless that they couldnt properly tape up some plastic so all the 30+ mins of sanding dusts is now all over my home, causing a huge mess and costing me a lot of money. i have many pictures if Summit cares to see damage. oh and almost forgot they had the piece of plastic that was supposed to be taped up instead was tied around my curtain rod that's inside my house. so incredibly unprofessional to say the least.

As a tenant in one of their projects I have felt for the past 5 plus months I have been held hostage in my home to their whims and piece meal way of completing the project. I would strongly encourage any management company who has any consideration for their tenants to look for another company to use. Here I sit 5 plus months later and Summit still has not completed this simple project and I am still picking up the hazardous materials they left behind. Every promise from Summit management to address issue has ended up feeling like lip service.

Summit has completed mitigation and rebuild projects for our community. We have always found them to be easy to work with from the office personnel to the team that they have on-site working with us daily through the projects. They communicate thoroughly, professionally, and complete the projects timely, as promised.

I recently had a flooding issue and reached out to this company for help. Ryan, the guy who came out, was quick to respond and did an excellent job in handling the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for your great work, Ryan and the team!

Ryan from summit has been working at my property on multiple different units. He has been doing amazing. With all the different hiccups that keep coming up, he is quick to respond. We’re very appreciative to have him here.

Honestly I’ve reached my final straw after giving so much grace and so many chances with summit.
I cannot stress enough or even begin to explain how severely, horrifically awful the 10 months I have had dealing with this company have been, so I’m going to simplify it with bullet points rather than a story.
1) Took 3 try’s of scheduling to actually get someone to show up to take a look at our home; 2 no call-no shows with no response for hours or days after, and then a last minute reschedule.
2) Getting any sort of communication or updates is like pulling teeth. Plan to follow up 5, 6, 7+ times over the course of weeks or months if you ever want updates or a half-done project to be completed on your property.
3) you will be lied to about the status of your project and its completion timeline, repeatedly.
4) apparently they treat mold but they just spray bleach on it which is not a treatment for mold.
5) their staff sprayed a large quantity of clothes in my closet with bleach and ruined them. It’s been three weeks of chasing down reimbursement for our damaged property. We finally got a response today and were told to come pick up a check at their office. Google says office is open 24/7 so I guessed that must really mean 9-5? I get there at 4:30 and it’s closed. If you’re a business that does not operate normal business hours, communicate it to your customers?? Especially when they’re 3 weeks without clothing that they need and are planning to come by the office.
6) I was told the giant holes in my ceiling from drywall repair would be put back together in a week. It has been 3 and we have yet to schedule the completion. This is in part due to my HOA not approving the budget yet, however I had to email in 4 times to be told that we are waiting for budget approval. Another communication issue.
7) some of the guys who work here come in my house smelling like weed and picking meth scabs off their face while conversing with my partner and I…. I have little eyes at home watching.
A couple of the guys who work here seem nice enough and I think they’re doing what they can, but seem under resourced and if I had to guess based on online behavior and the culture/behavior of the company, this is a top down issue. Major need for policy/standard/expectation overhaul and some employee turnover if this has any potential for becoming a company that I’d recommend, but for now, I’d encourage anyone and everyone to keep far, far away. -
I just wanted to let you know how beautiful my project turned out. Your team, Carlin, Mica and Johnny were the best. In spite of some hiccups, tile delayed and some crazy things in my condo, they persevered and came through! They were all professional, friendly and communicative as is always the case with Summit personnel. Amazing how every day they would always clean up , especially Johnny, I swear my house was always left cleaner than when he arrived 😊 David Kelley did a great job on the recommendation of the tile, fixtures and fireplace. David, I will have to send you a pic! And thank you David H. for empowering your team to be agile!
