Constraction reviews in Tigard, Oregon

Amazing work! Fast and friendly service. They really went the extra mile.

Reliable, friendly, and do high quality work. Every time I have hired them for a project, they have replaced materials with upgraded versions.

Shawn Luker and Jess were amazing to work with. I had a bathroom issue that Shawn did a through job on and Jess is the master at sheetrock work. My ceiling looked like new. Thank you both.

For over a decade, Clear Water Construction Services has consistently performed excellent work with reliable service at my triplex in Portland. Strongly recommend.

CWCS is amazing. They are an integral part of our property maintenance program. From turns to exterior repairs, etc CWCS has always proven to be fast, affordable and responsive.

I maintain/manage over 500 homes across Clark County and I couldnt do it without great vendors like Clear Water

Clearwater built a couple of small stretches of cedar fence for me. This was a residential job, and I was happy to find someone who would do a small job. They were always there when they said they would be. Kelly did the estimate and answered a ton of my questions and gave me other advice about my property. Shawn built the fence, and asked me along the way what I wanted in terms of the details. He wanted me to be happy with the finished product.

As the manager of several commercial properties, I have relied heavily on Clear Water Construction for Emergency services, routine maintenance and construction. They have always provided us with excellent service. They are fair, honest and always reliable.

CJ as manager was open, informative and made sure we both understood the work being done and the timelines. Dee was an efficient worker, sensitive to recycling and reusing materials and fast!! Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and the communication.

Clear Water Construction was hired by our new property management company when we moved offices. They were responsible for adding an additional office (framing, sheet rock, electrical and glass work), replacing all carpet with new carpet and wood flooring and paint throughout. I must go out of my way to say what an amazing job they did! Not only does our new office looks absolutely incredible, but working with Dale and his team was a joy. They were very friendly, honest, quick to respond to emails and completed the job on time. I highly recommend them for any general contracting work you might need.

Had my tv mounted on the wall. Chip was on time very professional and my dog was happy with the attention

Kelly Taylor did an excellent job managing our home update including deck, bathrooms, and overall interior refresh. I would recommend Kelly for your next project!!

Had a fantastic experience with everyone at Clearwater from the very beginning of our project, all the way through completion. It was an insurance job and they helped me through the entire process. The subs were professional. Their pricing was more than reasonable, and they went above and beyond. I will definitely be using them on future projects

Darrell was professional & had good communication. He even took the time to put on boot covers. Had my garbage disposal working in 45 mins, and it works better than before! 5/5 stars

Marco did a fabulous job fixing our sliding glass doors, and went out of his way, going to multiple stores to get the parts to make sure the job was done on the same day. I would definitely use them for future projects. 👍

We needed new shelving in the garage. We use the garage mostly for storage, so we needed a fair amount of the wall space covered.

CJ worked with me to iron out all the details of this rather unique project, down to suggesting the proper lumber. The crew (Corky & Darren) were polite, efficient, and meticulous workers. They completed the job in a timely manner, left a clean workspace, and their attention to detail was admirable. They were also easy-going and pleasant to work with.

Working with Clear Water was a pleasure from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them. CJ and his team are an exceptional bunch. I’m looking forward to getting more projects completed with them.

Daren was INCREDIBLE when he came to fix my broken window. Not only was he communicative about what he was working on/the time frame/helpful tips on care, but he also fixed our front door. He was quick, efficient and friendly. Don’t send anyone but Daren because we love him!

When doing regular maintenance, we experienced a water leak causing a minor floor to our business. Corky did a wonderful and fast just not only repairing the leak, but cleaning up the water damage as well. This was a 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend Corky!

Clarence from Clearwater was in our home today doing repairs on our Townhouse. He was very respectful the entire time he was here, which was most of the day. He gave clear timelines and kept us in the loop on what he was doing and how it was going. His finished work looks great, and he did a job cleaning up after himself not leaving a trace of his work. He even went above and beyond multiple times with my extremely curious 4 year old who wouldn't leave him alone haha. Thank you Clarence!

CJ and his crew did an amazing job on a complete remodel of one of our condos and we couldn't be happier !!! Clear Water Construction from start to finish was professional, helpful, and knew their stuff ! A job we could afford and completed on schedule !!! Fantastic workmanship, communication excellent and CJ kept me updated along the way !!! A++++++
Thanks to CJ will be using again and again !!! At the end of the job CJ sent a full file of photos showing the final work. That was greatly appreciated!

Technician, Darrell Clark, was AMAZING 🤩!!! Fantastic communication, customer service and repair skills!!! And if all that wasn’t good enough, he went above and beyond when he gave a pair of gloves
and black back to my Caregiver for the work she was doing in my yard 🙌🏻!!! Darrell deserves a 5 star 🌟

Darren and CJ at Clear Water Construction were great. My doors had warped and had big gaps where all kinds of bugs could crawl through, not to mention wind and rain. Now the doors close well, with no gaps at all. I highly recommend them.
