Trent and his team were amazing! They did an excellent job cleaning the exterior windows of our two story house. They have never looked better. Trent went above and beyond with our large picture window in the living room that was particularly in bad shape from a prior cleaning product that was used on it. He made that window sparkle inside and out. They were professional and just really nice young men. We're happy to give them our business routinely going forward and have been spreading the word to family and friends.

Blue Heron has provided several services for us from, gutter cleaning, concrete and wind washing, not to mention Christmas lights. I just finished using Blue Heron for pressure washing my decks and patio, including removing some nasty bird poop from exterior walls, and washing the exterior windows. Was I ever impressed! The business is a couple of years old and Trent is really trying to make a go it. He's very professional and pricing was fair. And Trent was delightful to work with. I recommend giving him a try!

Had Christmas lights installed and gutters cleaned. Super friendly. Installer had a great attitude and actually seemed like he enjoyed his job. Lights look great. No complaints.

Be prepared for your quote to change; the initial quote needs to be more accurate. Not professional in that way! Trent cleaned my gutters last year. Blue Heron did a good job the first time, and we were considering using them again until this snafu. Only offer services at a discount when you are willing to do the work, Trent. He offered/promised to remove a thin piece of plastic acting like a poor gutter guard this year when he came back to clean them and then wanted to jack up the quote after he "remembered" he said that. Later this week, I also spoke with Mom (who works w/family), and she said they would honor the quote. Trent calls me back, basically saying, Nope, I would not honor it. This is not an issue with anyone else. Edit 2025: I was able to have the work done for the price your agreed to the first time, BEFORE you decided to raise the price and break your quote. And yes, the house design has not changed. Took him a few minutes, no biggie. We still feel you made an offer, changed your mind, and tried to make that "our" fault. We hope you learn this is a bad business practice.

We got holiday lights installed from Trent and as per agreement he was going to both install and take down the lights. However, it’s been 3 months and they have not showed up and taken them down. I’ve called them multiple times and left voicemails too, but no response. Lesson learnt to not pay in full until lights come down as well. Will not recommend them.

Called for Christmas lighting but was thrilled when they could clean our roof and gutters at the same time. Our roof had a lot of moss and definitely needed the work. A great twofer! Excellent service. Would highly recommend them as they worked hard and did a great job. We love to support small businesses who have high work standards.

Trent was great to work with. He went above and beyond making sure our roof was properly cleaned and free of tree branches and he removed the branches and debris from the property. Window cleaning was efficient and effective. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Will use again.

Trent gave a solid bid. Did a great job communicating before the project. Worked diligently and the roof looks great! Additionally, he cleaned overspray from windows, patio and deck. My biggest regret is that we can’t hire him in Sunriver or Arizona!
