I called back to get my baseboards fixed. A guy came out to touch up the paint. He missed some areas that I would have liked to be touched up, and he took the paint with him so I can’t fix it myself now.

Edited... After further inspection, the guy took the paint off my walls. Now I have to deal with them coming to fix it.

The guys was professional, asked if I had any questions several times, timely, and didn’t leave a mess. I’ve used them twice.

Had my carpet and stairs (lots of them!) beautifully cleaned by Sam from the Tigard/Tualatin Chem-Dry. I've tried others before. This was the best yet. Most reasonable. Friendliest. No hard sales pitch. Just excellence in service and quality. Dried as fast as they said it would. And I'm thrilled with the results.

Very easy to schedule and the techs arrived early and were very efficient. They wore shoe covers at all times and very apparent in how they were cleaning and what they pulled out of the carpets. Great experience, I will definitely use them again!

If you're expecting a traditional window washing experience, this will be a disappointment. While Trent is a personable young worker, his chosen method of outside window washing using "new technology" simply reinforces the fact that not everything new is better.

His method does not include the traditional soapy brush, rinse and squeegee system that is time tested. Rather, he employs a machine/brush combination that supposedly turns traditional tap water into purified water that leaves no residue on the window. No soap or cleaning solution here. Doubtless it is easier for him to clean windows, but the result is there are still some streaks when he is finished. Yep, he might attribute those to the purified water picking up residue from the window frame or something else but that means the windows will not be spotless. Also, if there is sap or other contaminants on the window they will remain. After all, there is no soap, rubbing or "elbow grease" involved so if you want those blemishes handled he will up-charge you.

Trent will come back if we see areas that need to be done again. But isn't the whole idea of hiring a professional so that the work will be done correctly the first time? I do admire his willingness to satisfy his customer. And I guess one can't please everybody. So there you have it - my review.

As it turns out, the over-all job gets a B grade - adequate but certainly not superior (which is what a 5 star recommendation implies).

The owner/operator did a fantastic job. Not only did he efficiently and proficiently power washed my home on the river with steps to the dock, he did it in a timely basis . His prices and attitude make this one of the best values I've found in this post-covid craziness. I plan to use him annually. He was also able to clean all 52 windows for an additional fee that was excellent and for that I am grateful.

I would highly recommend Blue Heron Services. We had our roof and house cleaned. There were a few problems but after calling Trent, he came right back to solve the issue. Trent did an excellent detailed job. We couldn’t be more pleased with his efforts and he was extremely easy to work with on this project.

Hired Trent to do pressure washing and roof moss treatment after coming across a yard sign at a roundabout. We agreed on a time but Trent was unable to show but he let me know beforehand and followed up later in the week to schedule estimation.

He estimated the job fairly I suppose and he offered to get it done right then and offered a discount for it. Very happy with the service, he took extra time to pressure wash missed spots and applied bleach on the driveway to prevent moss growth. Would definitely hire again and regularly!

They did a good job. 2nd year in a row. Removed the algae on the roof and all the spider webs/ bird poop from the house. Looks so much better.

Trent was super friendly and hardworking. He did a wonderful job pressure washing our very long driveway and fencing. Would use him again in the future.

I and the wife were very Pleased with the way the work was conducted and how thoughtful the work was performed even to the end. We have already recommended Blue Heron services to another person. We will keep you in mind in the future.
