I received a very affordable price for a highly rated product, especially for my pine needle problem. Installer was on time and explained the process thoroughly; he removed all project related trash.Warranty was received at completion. Filters are barely visible! All in all, a very positive experience.

John from Leaf Filter came out for a free estimate but I definitely feel like I owed him for his time. He was very knowledgeable, interpersonal, and believed in his product. He showed me a demo of the product which was great to see. Top of it all, I never felt pressured into buying, he was patient and understanding. Definitely recommended the company and John.

Most was great, very personable and made the experience really easy to move through and understand. Helped me understand what is going on with my gutters and the importance of upkeep.
Was considerate of my current situation with work.
Also talked about the crows that basically own my street. They even keep predatory birds out of my yard. lol

Our experience with Leaf Filter was exemplary from first call to finished project. We had a meeting with Steve Wiltshire, their representative about our gutters that had clogged downspouts. Steve was personal, listened carefully and did a complete evaluation in the rain, along with taking videos. We were put at ease and trusted his assessment and knowledge. With a thorough understanding of what we agreed on a team was sent, Roberto and Maria. They were friendly, careful, skillful and efficient. We highly recommend this company.

I was going to wait until it snowed to give a full review, but I can already say I do not recommend. They are professional door to door salesman, with a carrying case of supplies to sell you like it's the 50's. Don't fall for them running the single piece under your sink. It works great if there are no outside conditions to slow it down. In real life, it can clog from a single well placed leaf. I originally called them as my gutters clogged for the first time 6 years. I've had this system for a little over a month and it clogged in the exact same spot. They'll try to sell you that you don't have to go up there ever again, but that is 100% untrue. You have to go up weekly during fall to see if the system has been clogged by its enemy; literally everything outside. It is way cheaper just to have someone clean your gutters once every other year. I am full of regret after this purchase for all the reasons below.

- He lied during the demonstration and conveniently "forgot" to tell me they were going to put up splash guards everywhere. These just catch and hold debris, causing yet another choke point at heights I cannot safely access. He also said this was a new design, specifically made for the PNW, and that is was tilted enough for leaves and debris to just fall off. Looks like they just settled a class action lawsuit and adjusted it barely to close that out, because everything still sits on it.

- Called and they don't answer. They tell you to reach out via the website, but they also don't get back to you from there either. It has been over a month with no reply. Once the money was in their hands, they are gone like any common thief.

- Was told it would take 3-4 hours to install, but it took them over 10 hours. I had to leave after 6 hours, because I made plans based off what they told me. The installers had me essentially forge that I was happy with everything so they could work without me there. My landscaping was damaged, as whatever they were doing caused a groove to be burrowed into my installed walkway the entire length of the home. It's still there today. The installers came back unannounced the next day but I wasn't home and no one ever called to tell me why. Did they forget to do something? Were they coming to address an issue, or clean up the mess they left? I guess I will never know.

- Neither the installers' outfits or their vehicle had company identification on them and they barely spoke English. Nice guys, but the company propaganda videos show them coming in head to toe Leaf Guard attire, which was 100% false.

- They left debris and screws in the yard, which I had to clean up.

- This system clogs even faster than your open gutter. I do not recommend and do not let them come out, because they will pressure you hard to make a deal right there. A company that cannot give you any type of pricing before coming out is not to be trusted.

I know it's hard to listen to these reviews sometimes, and I'm guilty of it just as much. It's $200-250 dollars to get your gutters cleaned. Leaf Guard could pay for itself in 10+ years if it worked, but it doesn't. Keep the $3,500+ and just pay someone to clean your gutters and roof every other year. It's cheaper and even more effective.

John was amazing! He showed up on time, is super friendly and professional. He fixed our problem within minutes. I highly recommend him and Leaf Filter for all your gutter needs.

After being going out and purchasing tools and getting my LLC they put me off for months to start working. Saying they wanted to make sure they would be busy enough. Great! Except for after we started they put us off over and over!! Saying we needed to wait until 9 pm the night before to find out if we would be working or not the next day!!! Sent us on a job that the homeowner did not want to do the install!!! They have yet to pay for any of the installs we did do!! Looks like I have to contact BOLI or place Lien on company to get payment.
Absolutely NOT what they told us!! Cost us so much money and now I have wasted so much time by them telling me one thing and doing another!!!
PS They are highway robbery for their gutter guards too!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS LIARS AND OVER CHARGE FOR THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

I had a great experience with the gutter and filter home-improvement service. One person came out to inspect my property and was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. They took the time to explain how the system would protect my home from debris and also made sure everything was properly addressed. I feel much more confident knowing my house is protected, especially here in the Pacific Northwest. Highly recommend their work and attention to detail.

Absolutely terrible experience! Was convinced to let these people come and do an estimate through Lowe's home improvement, and I accepted the bid, only to have the job not be completed, no downspouts put on the gutters, with the water pouring directly at my foundation! SO I had to do something to mitigate the problem, and have now spent over a month trying to get them to reimburse me for the equipment I had to purchase. Can't get a manager to reply or call me back or send somebody to mitigate the problem either.
first they said they'd have a trainer come on the 11th and their customer service said they'd have a crew there on the 20th but it's now November 24th and they're still has not been anyone on my property.

John Langston did my inspection. He was polite, straight to the point, took great pics, and didn't once push me to make a sale. I am definitely interested in saving to afford their leaf filter system which is very well priced competitively. Functionally, definitely looks to be the absolute best on the market as well. I cannot say enough great things about Leaf Filter. The Company, Customer Service and Product. From the first phone call, to the end of the last day, they worked with us every step of the way, keeping us posted, calling back when they said they would and having such a fantastic final product that has eliminated the need to clean out our gutters and stress over all of the gutters that were impossible to reach. We live in a small clear area in the woods.

I did not expect much calling a gutter company during Christmas week. To our amazement they had a crew out the day after Christmas, us having a metal roof and the weather not cooperating, for safety reasons the crew was in touch with thier lead person, Barry asked his crew to take pictures of the gutters and the roof.
Barry called and we worked out a time for him and an installer to come out and evaluate our gutters and metal roof on our 3-story house.

There was a break in the weather, and with the help of thier manager Chris, Chris and Barry got a hold of me and worked out a deal that would make the installation perfectly fit our home and they made it happen within a very short (clear weather window). We had time to purchase the same facia board and paint it the weekend before the installation, so it was an exact match. The facia boards were ready to go when they ran into water damaged areas. The installers even painted primer on the fresh cut ends of the boards as if they were working on thier own homes.

I am so pleased with the whole Leaf Filter experience. I would give them a 100 stars if I could.

Steve Wiltshire came out and evaluated our existing gutters, which needed some work. He put together a tune up package that was exactly what we were hoping for, and for a reasonable price. The technicians Juan, Margaro and Devon came out a few days later and did a great job. In addition, they gave me a lot of feedback on my gutters, plus recommendations on issues I might encounter some years down the line. I’m very happy with their work.

Juan Chavez (JMC Exteriors LLC) and his crew did a great job installing our gutters. They were quick and efficient and did a good job cleaning up at the end of the day. Juan was very courteous and took time to answer any of our questions. As work progressed, we realized the downspouts that would run over the roof were not a good color match. Juan ran back to the warehouse and selected a darker color that worked much better. We appreciated his attention to detail.

We were also very happy with our salesperson, Anna Paulsen. She gave a great presentation and answered all our questions. She gave us a great price on our gutter installation. When the issue with the color mismatch came up, I was able to reach her by phone and she assured me that swapping out the materials would not be a problem. It's always nice to know you can get in touch with the salesperson if there is an issue during installation. We very much appreciate LeafFilter's customer service.

John Langston came by and was absolutely amazing - professional and efficient without any pressure just went through my options and helped me do what's best for my situation. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the service he provided and I'm not the easiest to please. He is a credit to his company and the industry- I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend him!

I had a covered catio built recently and wanted a gutter installed before the next rain moved in the following week. I received an in-person inspection and quote on Friday and scheduled the installation the following Monday. The installation team arrive 10 minutes early (!) ready to work. They got set up and worked together efficiently - and I might add, quietly - to get the installation done quickly. My post-installation inspection showed no sign of their activity: no left-over material, no trampled grass or any visible tell-tale sign of their presence. I was impressed, to say the least. I easily hooked up the downspout to a drain system and the entire gutter/drain system was finished before it rained again. Yay! The gutter itself is sturdy and made of thick aluminum, not like the flimsy material from my local big box DIY store. The cost was very reasonable, I'm happy with the quality of the work, and I definitely recommend LeafFilter.

Zack cleaned a new "Criag's List" sectional we recently purchased.
He did a terrific job. There were some coffee stains that were not going to come out, but he tried. He was on time, and worked diligently the entire time he was here. He was also very attentive to our 5 year old grandson who wanted to understand how the system worked.
