We were so pleased with J & F Tree service! They took down 3 big trees, in one day and came back the next day and did the stump grinding. The crew worked efficiently and effectively, cleaning as they went along. Also their price was unbeatable! We will definitely be using J & F Tree service for the next tree(s) we we need removed and would recommend to anyone else who needs a tree removal referral!

I made an appointment to get an estimate for the removal of a tree in our yard. They never showed up. I called several times to find out what happened and to possibly reschedule. My calls were never returned. They may be great at what they do but if the customer service isn't there I will look elsewhere.

We have used Ward Tree Care before and just used them again to prune several trees in our yard. Chris and his team are polite and professional and always do a great job.

I would recommend Ward Tree Care! I had 2 large trees removed and the team was extremely careful and conscientious. They take their time to listen to what you would like done and offer very helpful suggestions/ideas. I never felt like they tried to upsell or add cost. In fact, we decided NOT to remove a tree as it would take away too much privacy.

I talked with the owner Chris one day and described what I needed done. Next day he sent Nick out who gave me the job cost, and since it was a small job, they were able to fit it into their schedule in just a few days. Guys did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service. Our tree was taken down by 3 very professional men. Who came in and had our tree down and cleaned up with in an hour. I was amazed as the tree was not exactly small, but they made it look so easy. I loved how it was no stress and quick. I would defiantly contact them again in the future.

The recent ice storm left us with a tree that had several broken limbs and other widow makers waiting to fall. Another tree company came to do the work and then proceeded to keep pushing us back further and further, meanwhile more branches were falling near our bedrooms.

We had a very difficult pruning project- a large maple in our backyard that needed the canopy opened up. Chris came out and is very knowledgeable about which branches could be taken out and the ones that needed to be left so as not to kill the tree. We also had some other easier pruning and tree removal. His guys came out and did a fantastic job! They were very meticulous about pruning the maple to meet our needs.They were punctual, professional, quick and the cleanup was unbelievable!! I highly recommend this company for anything to do with trees!

I had three different tree trimming companies give me a quote on a huge Oak and 4 big fir trees that were badly in need of shaping and trimming, Chris gave the lowest bid but the week before he had just competed a significant job of trimming and complete tree removable for my neighbor so I had that observation and recommendation as well. He had an expert crew who cleaned up at the end of each day and always handled themselves in a safe, courteous and professional manner.
