I wouldn't recommend this branch at all. Terrible customer service, they don't return calls, they dont show up when expected. We had them come do our house 2 years ago, we were happy with the company at that time. We had them do another part of our home about 2 months ago and are still trying to get the job they did fixed. It was terrible, nails sticking out in our new addition, silver nails on spouting that should be same color as spouting. They want to charge us to come back to fix..
.Just unbelievable. My recommendation is to use a different company...I have no faith in them for warranty work...11K later:( Terribly disappointing!!!

Mikey gave us a great price on new 6K Style gutters and did a top notch inspection. Highly recommend him.

Amazing, so happy with the rep. that came out John Langston to help us and get us a great deal. Instilation will be in 3 days and cant wait to not have to clean out gutters out again.

I called leafilter one day and the next day Steve Wiltshire was at my house getting me all set up for leaf filters... he did an amazing caring thorough job. Steve should be commended for his excellent work! Also installer Roberto pinon and downspout,moss specialist Tony henehan did outstanding work!!!

Tim was really professional and i guess you can say he was cool. We didnt have a good experience with the people installing the gutters but tim makes me want to continue to work with your company.

Great service. From beginning to end the experience I had was great. The install went well and is working with no issues. At one point I thought I had a leak on the system and they sent a representative very quickly to take a look and identify any issues.

The level of communication between me as the customer and Leaf Filter was great. The crew showed up on time, moved carefully around landscaping, were polite and were able to answer my questions. They worked quickly, showed me photos of my gutters with the leaf filter installed.

Do not expect them to fix problems or honor their warranty. Our experience is that the filters are not correctly installed and they will place blame anywhere but on their gutter system. Plus the company operates out of state so there isn't much hope to get a remedy in my state. The salesperson who "lived her life in the Portland-Vanc area" turned out to be working in Texas after install so could not help us. We had repairs done 3 times and the third time the guy told us the system was installed incorrectly and needed to be redone. Leaffilters "solution" was to tell us they need to remove ALL our gutters and put them back up....we have no idea how this corrects the problem and feel concerned about them doing any more work. All the company will do when we call on the warranty is refer us back to the local service manager so it is a circle that has no solution. BBB could not help us resolve this either. My 73-year old husband is now removing the filters so we can once again have our gutters drain correctly but basically we lost a LOT of money on this. Buyers beware.

From the salesman who came out to the installers who installed our experience was wonderful. Leaf guard is a superior product. The installers were fast neat and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. I would Recommend them highly.

Leaf filter install via JMC exteriors LLC. The crew arrived promptly, finished the job quickly, left everything clean, and also brought my attention to some other damages on my roof that need attention.

We like the new gutter covers. The sales rep was wonderful. Ask for Rodrigo, as he was great! The installer was friendly, informative, and did a wonderful job. I love the transferable lifetime warranty! We are getting older..and this is a safety issue for us as well as good for home maintenance! You won't hear from us again..unless for some weird reason, we would need to clean our gutters. If that happens, the sales rep. said just call you, as that should never happen! ! I love that trust in your product!

My appointment with Steve Wiltshire was over the top! Steve confidently introduced himself and ask what my top reason was for scheduling the appointment. He walked around my home and allowed me to explain my concerns and challenges with my gutters. After the inspection he simply showed me 3 videos that reflected my concerns and how he could solve our problems.
