Terrible place the ceiling is covered in black mold. The “manager” chick with nappy pink dreads was a nightmare and Constantly smelled like booze. Worst warehouse I have ever work at by far

I called to inquire about an order. Jake thought he had hung up the phone but it didn't disconnect. He proceeded to talk trash about me and my family to his co-worker. Such a self-righteous, pompous jackwagon who represents this company very poorly. I immediately reported the incident to the home office, but he still works there so even if they don't condone such behavior, it gives the appearance that they don't care. I haven't spent a dollar with the company since.

Since the Ferguson tackover they have quickly gone downhill. The only reason for the 2 stars is the counter and warehouse people, the worker bees. As for the upper management and office staff, they leave a lot to be desired. I have been trying since August for someone to call me back about some money they owe me for warranty and returns. I have received no correspondence. It's a shame too bc I used to like going here and dealing with them. This cooperate buy out has really hurt their brand. Ferguson is trash and now is taking Airefco down with them...
