We recently put our house up for sale and, unfortunately, discovered that our furnace had been red-tagged—right in the middle of everything! With time being critical, we were scrambling to find a reliable and qualified HVAC provider. After making several calls and getting multiple bids, we were fortunate to find Ryan at Sky Heating and Cooling.

Ryan gave us a thorough evaluation of our furnace and also inspected and bid out our 15-year-old water heater. He explained everything clearly and provided honest recommendations, which gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward.

The furnace and water heater were installed on different days by different technicians—but one thing was consistent: our experience from start to finish was seamless and easy. Both technicians arrived on time, were professional, wore company uniforms, and arrived in branded company vehicles. They also made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving everything neat and tidy.

To top it all off, Ryan followed up with us personally to ensure the work was completed to our expectations. That level of care and attention really stood out.

Every person we dealt with was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Our old furnace caught fire on Christmas Eve morning, and thankfully we caught it before the house was seriously damaged. While the fire department was still doing their report, I called a company we had used for years across multiple homes—only to learn they had been acquired by Sky Heating, which initially made me a little nervous.
Those concerns disappeared quickly. The woman who took my call was fantastic, and despite the holiday timing, they scheduled a diagnosis for Saturday morning. I assumed we’d be without heat for quite a while, but I was completely wrong.
The repair cost on such an old unit didn’t make sense, and Jason from sales came out shortly after to walk us through new furnace options—on a Saturday, during the holidays. A couple of days later, Jake and John arrived for the full install and were absolutely outstanding: professional, efficient, and respectful of our home.
From start to finish, Sky Heating and Cooling did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend them.

Torsen Humphrey did the six-month check on our heating/cooling system. Torsen is very friendly and willing to give us any information or help we need. He's been here before to do these checks and he's always personable and smart about his work. Couldn't ask for better.

Kenny did a thorough job diagnosing the problem on our 20+ furnace. He did not try to oversell us, and in the end, we decided to replace the furnace over a costly repair, and keep our a/c unit which works well. We are confident we made the correct decision!

Had our 33 year old AC stop working, and they had someone out within 12 hours of scheduling. We ended up replacing our system and went with one of the Sky packages. Installation was quick and they were very considerate of our newborn when testing the new system. Good service, install quality, and communication. They use branded Daikin hardware which used R32 not R410…

My furnace stopped working yesterday after a power outage. Mario was out today and worked really hard to get it back up and running. He kept me informed of what he was doing and reviewed everything he did. Wonderful technician

These guys were quick, respectful, and open about their pricing and services that offered savings. From the first guy, Brandon who came to give us an estimate, to the last guys Kaleb and Jake we felt this company was easy to speak to and didn't feel any kind of disrespect. The first guy was actually about to take his shoes off to give me the estimate but I explained it was in the basement and he didn't need to do that (but the act itself was what left me impressed). The last guys actually covered their shoes as they were going to be all over the house, so again I was impressed. The technician himself, Tannyr and his helper Tom, were also respectful and thorough. Thanks a lot Sky Heating, I hope I don't have to call you all back but if I do I'm glad it's with a company like yours.

Furnace problems, and water heater is old. Called Sky for a quote and met Charlie. I was very impressed with this young man who is obviously extremely knowledgeable regarding thy potential problems and solutions offered by Sky in the heating and cooling arena. Charlie and I reviewed available alternatives and he offered a reasonably priced solution.
Give these folks a call, definitely worth your time.

I have used Sky for years for biannual maintenance of my HVAC system. The staff are always very professional and courteous. While working on my furnace, Kaylah went above and beyond expectations to diagnose and correct several issues before they became serious problems. She was very transparent about the work needing to be done. I highly recommend Sky!

McKenzie was amazing. She went above and beyond helping me with an issue after I moved out of the state.

Great communication and service overall. Our tech, Kenny gave us a thorough summary of our diagnostic visit and reviewed our next steps. He was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

⛔️ Quoted over a thousand dollars for standard duct cleaning for 1,300 sq ft home!!! Nearly a thousand to re-arrange existing furnace to make room for AC!!! One discount required me to forfeit 3-day grace period to withdraw from contract w/o penalty (allowed by law)... by scheduling next day installation!!! DAMAGES to my home & personal property; UNAUTHORIZED, FLAGRANT MISHANDLING OF IRREPLACECEABLE personal property; UNAUTHORIZED, DELIBERATE replacement of fully functioning recently installed thermostat with an inferior model. Install manager never apologized nor addressed ANY of my concerns. In his last response he offered to take out everything & give refund instead of adding courtesy service calls to the warranty per my request as equitable compensation for violation of our contract!!! NO! ...to MORE STRESS & wasting more time letting them rip everything out subject to more DAMAGE!!! And who would end up with my USED AC without knowing it?!? Sky Heating's advertised "values" are pure rhetoric! They're incompetent, lack integrity & downright unethical. BEWARE!!! Posted 10.25.25

David arrived at 8am and continued working non stop until 1130am. He installed a brand new water heater, pan and all the appropriate lines and brackets to ensure a safe and reliable appliance.
Very friendly and knowledgeable with every question I had today for him.
I truly appreciate his timely service and installation.
This is my first time using Sky Heating and if there should be a second time in the hopefully distant future... I will be using Sky again for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Tom did an excellent job on our yearly maintenance check. Thoroughly explained everything he inspected, had photos which helped show the areas he described, and also pointed out what we should watch for in case of an extended power outage. Knowledgeable and courteous. Great job!

Invited SKY out to do an estimate on a bunch of miscellaneous plumbing work. Tim was extremely professional, kind, and friendly, and took the time to assess each item as well as think through the best way to do things. He took the time to explain the logic, as well as some historical knowledge helpful to contextualize the house’s plumbing. Estimate was done on site - and seemed fair based on the different options and things we talked about. We have used SKY before for major plumbing & will likely use them again! Thanks Tim & to our previous estimator & plumbing lead on a different project, David for providing awesome customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and my review is long overdue. In the fall of 2025 I had a mini split and water heater installed by them. There were a couple issues with my mini split and they were always very quick to help me with problems. Everyone is incredibly friendly. I’ve more recently had a problem with water temperature in my shower and it was resolved quickly and as always, with everyone coming to my house, being incredibly friendly and kind.. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Our HVAC system was not operating properly, so we contacted Sky Heating to troubleshoot. Their technician, Mario, arrived right on time and did a thorough assessment. He showed us the problems and determined it was more cost effective to replace the 20-year old system than do repairs. Jason, their system specialist, came by that same day and presented different options. After comparing with other companies, we found Sky's pricing and equipment superior. Jason was able to schedule installation of the new system the next business day. The installers, Jake and Jim, showed up on time and completed the project that same day. They were very knowledgeable, skilled and did a fantastic job. These guys are awesome! We also had a potential plumbing issue, which David from their plumbing division quickly resolved. We are extremely pleased with Sky Heating and their entire staff. We strongly recommend them.
