Wanted a heat pump system to replace my old furnace and A/C. Fredy come pretty quick to assess my house duct work and condition before proposing a quote for me.
He when the extra mile to ensure that we are not over sizing the system based on the existing duct work and also to ensure we are not under sizing it as well.
Finally the the proposal was to have a dual fuel system to ensure I have be able to have the heating during the extra cold time since the max heat pump size that I can do was 3 ton unless I wanted to upgrade the duct work which will be a huge task.
Very competitive quote when compared with others and Fredy was very transparent himself.
We got the system install pretty quick and after everything is done the whole place was left very clean too. Good workmanship through out the installation but sheet metal work could be better.
I recommend to all looking to replace or install new HVAC unit.

Freddy is incredible! Our AC went out yesterday when it was 97 degrees out. He literally was at our house in 20 minutes. He came this morning with the parts needed to fix our unit, and we are up and running! Our system is old, so he could have easily said we needed a new unit. But instead he advised we fix it for now, and then take time over the next months to figure out a plan for a new system when we aren't rushed. We will for sure have him help us with a new furnace and AC purchase and install!

Our AC had been gasping along for a couple of years and finally died. Fredy with North Air was absolutely wonderful. He came out very quickly to give an estimate, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was not quite the lowest bid, but close. He didn't try to upsell us, but gave us several options and laid out the pros and cons of each. He and his worker guys came to do the job exactly when they said they would, finished when they said they would and were very meticulous in cleaning up. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company. And it has been delightful to not be melting into a puddle of goo on the hot days that we've have thus far this year.

Fredy from North Air Heating and Refrigeration was amazing! Extremely professional and friendly. He provided multiple options to replace my HVAC and talked me through the differences. He was able to get everything ordered and replaced quickly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for your HVAC needs.

Fredy came over after the last ice storm. A previous HVAC tech had diagnosed the issue and Fredy followed up and verified. He then was able to order and install the part quickly. He made sure I was aware of the issue and was very reasonable as far as price to install. I’d highly recommend him for HVAC work.

Fredy is awesome. His responsiveness, care with work, willingness to fix up some of the flaws left by the builders of our house just to make sure nothing would get under our house shows how much Fredy wants your home to stay protected. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else for getting an AC installed. This is the only company I would recommend for anyone looking for AC or Heat.

We could not be happier with the service, timeliness, and communication that Fredy and North Air provided. In the middle of this crazy winter storm Fredy found and installed a new furnace for us. Literally a sheet of ice outside and he was here within 24 hours to save the day AND came in under budget. Highly highly recommend!

Cannot recommend enough. Our a/c stopped blowing cool air, we called around to 10+ business with no success in finding a quick appointment (not surprisingly). Fredy said he thought he might be able to squeeze us in next day and sure enough he did!! Loved how friendly he was and his great customer service, he had our unit back up and running in no time. Fredy, owner of North Air Heating and Refrigeration, is probably the nicest, most straightforward contractor that I have ever met! He told us exactly what we needed for our electric furnace, repair, while cautioning us that there may be more involved once he opened it up. As it turns out, it was a simple switch replacement and the cost for everything was way under what I was anticipating! I would highly recommend North Air Heating and Refrigeration to anyone that has had negative experiences with contractors.

I don't usually write reviews but I need to make an exception. I contacted Fredy based on some other reviews and I am 100% pleased that I did. Integrity is my #1 core value and my BS meter is very sensitive. I felt Fredy's honesty and integrity right from the start. He was responsive, on time, courteous and professional. Above all, there was no pressure. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was able to repair our unit when we didn't think it was possible. We will want to replace it in the next year, and Fredy is the only guy I'm going to call. Great experience.

Fredy installed a new heat pump for us. He was responsive, knowledgeable, caring and professional. There was some minor follow up needed and his customer service was simply amazing. I don't tend to do reviews, but I made an exception in this case as he is top notch.

I am remodeling my house and removed a wall that separated my kitchen and the living room. The return for the air conditioner was by that wall and now it is in the center of the room. I asked for Fredy to relocate the duct and register closer to an outside wall.

He came over 24 hours after my initial phone call to give me an estimate and completed the work three days after that! He walked me through the process step by step and asked my opinion on the new location.

Fredy was done in 3-4 hours and left the place very clean. He is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend North AC to anyone!

Of course our A/C quit during 100 degree weather! I was shocked when Freddy was able to come the same day I called. We assumed it would be a new unit, but he said he might be able to do a simple fix. He was. He was very patient in explaining what he was doing and what was needed. I liked that he was honest and forthright about the repair and our concerns. We still need to replace our system, but the repair bought us some time. We plan to buy the new system from Freddy when we are ready because we trust him.
