After a fire in the garage took out our HVAC system, we were stuck in a house with no heating or cooling for 8 months while insurance ironed everything out. Once everything was settled, Synergy Heating and Air came out to fix the entire central air system. The guys that came out were super nice, respected areas near the vents, gave notice when we'd need to cover sensitive items, and even vacuumed up after their work. Took about 2.5 weeks from start to finish. We are so thankful they were able to help us be comfortable in our home again, and we appreciate the quality and care they put into their work. Would definitely recommend going through Synergy for HVAC repairs.

Jansen and the team are fantastic. I called them to look into why my wall mounted unit was not working as intended. I was surprised how fast they not only showed up and resolved issues but how competitive their rate was!

This is a tough one.. The email request for a review said to leave an honest review. Part of me wants to give 1 star due to not getting it right the first time. It took 3 times to get my new furnace running right. The techs had trouble with the installation from the beginning. Unfortunately, it was wet and rainy out and there was a lot of mess tracked in the house and down our carpeted stairs - regardless of the fact that they wore booties over their shoes - the rain simply seeped through from their shoes and dirt and water was tracked everywhere. The furnace didn't run right from the start. It seemed to be ok at first, but didn't want to light properly overnight, so they had to come back and work on it some more. Same issue with the mess. Again, it worked briefly but was still not lighting and would attempt to light and cycle over and over. Another appointment was made for a Monday morning - Monday came and went, and nobody showed up or called to explain. I sent a message on Tuesday morning at that point explaining my displeasure that this has not been taken care of. An hour later the guys showed up and as they say 3rd time's a charm. It's running fine now. So while I appreciate the fact that their diligence finally paid off, this could have gone better. It turned out that there was too much back-pressure in the exhaust exiting out of the house, and I think this should have been figured out on day 1.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Synergy heating and air! I didn’t know who to use for my new furnace and I looked around for awhile… I found them out of Oregon and they went up and beyond and traveled to me! I’m from Yakima and they were fast and efficient. It was a very smooth process I couldn’t have asked for my whole experience to go any better. When you have issues with your heating system a prompt response makes all the difference. Synergy Heating responded very quickly to our request. Jensen was professional and took the time to explain what the problem was and what he can do fix it. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! I have used them to replace two different furnaces and ACs over the past year and both jobs were done very well, on schedule and without issues and at the price that was quoted. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend Synergy!

Jason provided exceptional service when he came out on a Sunday, the first sunny day, to fix our air conditioning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done. His expertise and efficiency were impressive, and we were grateful for his prompt and professional help. Highly recommended!

Our furnance died in the middle of the ice storm. Synergy responded quickly to our need and were able to get a new furnance installed in a couple of days.

Fast forward a few months and the AC wouldn't work. Jansen came out and discovered the new thermostat was faulty. He made it right. He replaced it and everything is working great.

I just moved back into my home is West Linn. My heater died the day before Thanksgiving. I called Jansen on the Friday. He came the same day, diagnosed the issue and told me how to keep my furnace running a few more days until he could replace it the next Tuesday. Amazingly honest and didn't treat me like I was stupid. He explained the problem in layman's terms and gave me a great price. His team was amazing. Friendly, on time, hard workers, and kind. THEN I heard horror stories about other companies (NOT this company) overcharging and hard sells for hugely expensive replacement systems. He could have overcharged and I wouldn't have known the difference until later.

We really appreciated that the estimate representative did not try to sell us something we did not need. The technicians came and did a great job cleaning up our furnace/AC and helping reconfigure some of the sloppy craftsmanship done at time of another company install. They also offer a great value on a maintenance package. We will be using this business again!

This is the most professional and thorough business. The techs show genuine customer care and have the absolute best professionalism..Austin, Kenny and Jansen explained everything and were able to troubleshoot our issue(s). We were without heat from Thanksgiving through Xmas. They were able to work with our warranty and made sure that our system was upgraded and is now working efficiently. Thank you . I recently hired Synergy Heating & Cooling to install a heat pump in my home, to replace a 36-year-old gas and electric heating and cooling system. After a couple of setbacks due to wrong equipment being sent by the supplier, Jansen and his team really came through for me! As soon as Jansen was aware of the wrong equipment issue, he took ownership of the situation and offered me a couple of different solutions.

They ended up swapping out the wrong equipment sent by the supplier and then upgraded me to a better system! The quality of the work by his crew: Keenan, Mike and Austin, was excellent! Keenan even swept out my garage after the install because they tracked in a little debris. They installed the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat pump ducted system. Very high quality build on the Mitsubishi equipment. Quiet and super energy efficient too: I’m looking forward to the savings on our heating and cooling over the years to come!

After spending 5 hours troubleshooting a smart thermostat installation that was supposed to take an hour or less I was on the brink of losing it out of sheer frustration . So I turned to the town Facebook page for advice and Synergy was recommended to call for some help. I was able to get on the phone quickly with Jansen who helped me troubleshoot and fix the problem within a matter of minutes, and they didn’t even charge me! Customer service is alive and well at Synergy and you can guarantee they are who I will always call for any HVAC services. Thank you Synergy and Jansen for all your help!

Synergy Heating and Air was great during out 2024 snow & ice storm. I called them about noon on a Sunday not expecting to get an appointment that day, but they were able to work me in at the end of their day. It was a late appointment, but I was willing to wait because my furnace was not working correctly. Jansen was great when I called my son and asked him to explain his findings to my son. They were thorough in diagnosing the problem and provided a fair estimate before starting any repairs. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they also took the time to do a full inspection to ensure everything was running efficiently.

In this case one star is too much. We hired this company to do an install for a whole new unit and was told it would take them 5 days to install. Promise after promise, lie after lie they kept saying they would finish and then we were completely ghosted for 2 weeks over Christmas break. Fast forward 2 months later we had to fire them because they still were not done and our family was tired of no heat. Our home was literally 39 degrees inside at one point. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have heard a few other pretty terrible things about the company and the install that had been done was not even done correctly. I didn't want to write a bad review but the owner is a liar and even though services were not rendered and he said he would refund my deposit he didn't. Just another lie...
