These guys are fast! I called them in the morning, and they came out and fixed the issue I was having with my furnace the same day. That’s service!! The technicians were friendly and went right to work on troubleshooting the problem. Fortunately, the fix didn’t require any parts. Exactly what I was looking for.

Synergy Heating & Air replaced my 18 year old heat-pump & furnace which was on last legs with new units . My old duct-work was falling down and had massive tape to hold it in place. (!) They replaced it all and it now obviously functions much better but also looks beautiful. (If duct-work can be beautiful.) The install itself was done timely as promised and I was always kept advised of appointments such as when techs would arrive which I appreciate. It's the little details that matter: *My condensate pump was previously on the floor; they attached it to the unit so it it's off the floor. *All necessary hoses corralled neatly so as out of the way as possible. *Once job was done, everything was cleaned up and all debris hauled away so no mess left for me. I'm very pleased with the equipment as well as the professional and courteous manner of everyone I dealt with at Synergy Heating & Air. It's so nice to work with a honest company who listens and treats their customers with respect. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with the technician Keenan who came out to help figure out why our furnace quit working. He was very quick to figure out the problem and get it back working! Would absolutely recommend them!

Last summer during a heatwave, on a weekend no less, my AC quit working, it was essentially an emergency. Synergy was able to come out the same day and fix the issue. Beyond grateful!

My thermostat quit on me, without heat for a few days. Synergy came out and replaced it. They were great. Very trustworthy.

I was so happy they were able to squeeze me in when my heater died during ice storm. The serviceman, Keenen, (not sure of spelling) was a very polite young man and found it was a blown part and fixed my heater that day. In the midst of the ice mess outside, he was nerveous he wouldn't even be able to get back to the main road. He had to actually shovel some ice to get traction to get out of my driveway. I feel they went above and beyond and were very honest. I will keep their number and call if I need them. I recommend highly. Could not have been a better experience.

Joe from Synergy arrived promptly. He set to work immediately and was finished quickly. He had a detailed report of the work he performed on our furnace and the result. I was quite impressed. I will certainly use them next time.

Very fast response from Jansen the owner. Needed a new furnace during the ice storm and it only took them a couple days from quote to install. Much more competitive price compared to other bids I received.

Synergy HVAC is outstanding! My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year while I had a house full of relatives visiting (including a newborn baby and an 82 year old woman in poor health) and they sent Janson out to my house ‘after hours’ just 40 minutes after I called them! Janson was friendly, he quickly uncovered the issue, and he got my AC system up and running!

Without Janson’s help, ten people and two dogs would have had to find a hotel!
