Had an employee follow me on the freeway in rush hour traffic for 2 miles shouting obscenities at me and tailgating because i apparently cut him off a couple blocks before the on ramp.

They have been around for years and know there products and stand behind the equipment they sell..Good company and fair pricing.

Be sure to ask for the WHOLE price before agreeing to the work. The price I was given was only for the equipment. The 45 minute installation was an additional $106!

I've been having Arrow service my HVAC for over 20 years. Last week it wasn't working properly and I called them for service for the first time. I told them I thought it needed a charge.

The technician showed up on time to the minute. After inspecting it, he told me it just needed a cleaning. He didn't try to up sell me on anything.

These guys were awesome. Showed up the same day I called in the middle of summer when you know they are busy. Fixed the AC in under a hour, and were upfront with cost regarding parts and labor. Best part, no up-sell on anything I didn't need, but probably could have talked me into. Will use again for sure.
