Freddy was able to show up same day to fix our AC unit. He also showed me the reason why the capacitor wore out and walked me through what he was doing. Dude used to maintain cooling units for superconductors and started his own company that does commercial and residential. Professional, timely and honest. Roth H&C is great as well but Freddy is a quality local option.

Fredy installed a new AC for me over a month ago. I appreciated his honesty, communication, fair pricing, prompt service, and quality. I felt like he treated my home with the same care that I would treat it with. I would highly recommend his services and would gladly hire him again.

Normally not a happy time when an appliance breaks down, but working with Fredy made me feel good about how everything went down. Very thorough on the air conditioner install, and helpful in explaining how things worked . Was referred to me. And I would not hesitate to refer him to friends.

Fredy is as genuine as you can get. He was the most straight forward and honest with me when we were getting bids on replacing our furnace and AC and it was a big reason we hired him to do the job. He got the install scheduled quickly, and did a quality job on the install even though my house threw him a few curveballs. He is a knowledgable installer and kept me informed throughout the process and kept the project on budget with the bid he presented me. The new system is working great and the new AC is working significantly better than the aging 20 year old AC that finally died.

I have found my HVAC guy in Fredy. He is my first call from now on and I will make sure to refer him to my neighbors since we all having original systems that are hitting that replacement age.

I needed to have my AC and Heatier replaced. I had 5 bids to do the job. Fredy from North Air Heating and Refrigeration was who I chose based on Price and the equipment value that I received for that price. Fredy answered all my questions quickly ( And it seemed I had alot). He was a pleasure to work with. Would I recommed them to others? The answer is YES. I have already given his information to a few of my friends that are looking for bids. I don't believe you can go wrong using this company.

I had a troubling experience with a large HGVC company which shut down my furnace with only a 1 pmm HO response and tried to upsale me with relocating my furnace at a huge expense.
When Fredy visited and honestly and competently assessed my furnace, it was obvious I had been upsaled with an attempt to frighten me as a senior to make unnecessary extensive relocations and improvements at a huge and unnecessary expense.

This is the second time I've hired Fredy and it was another great experience. He bids the job himself (doesn't waste a ton of money on sales/marketing), and is totally straight with you and not pushy. His work is top notch and usually a lot less expensive than the big guys. This time he installed a mini-split heat pump for my garage office reno and was super accommodating, allowing me to find ideal placement and the exact unit I wanted (most other companies just had one you have to go with). Prior to this job he helped me with an urgent water heater replacement which was also great and still going strong. Highly recommend.

We were recommended Fredy and his company by my parents who were extremely happy with the work he did on their home. We needed help with an AC installation on our new home and Fredy was quick to respond, extremely kind and got the job done within the next week! He went the extra mile to extend some copper lines in our attic that attach to the furnace and made sure everything outside was weather-proofed. Fredy and his team are fantastic!! Old and worn heating and air conditioning systems, with consultation with Fredy he explained in detail alternatives. Determined to replace both. He explained every step along the way, stuck to his timetables to the MINUTE (very unusual these days), did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it, all up and running in a week! Cannot endorse Fredy and his team more enthusiastically!

Freddy is always knowledgeable and does a great job. He installed our HVAC system two years ago, and we have not had a single issue with his work. We had an ongoing issue with our heat pump for over 1 year. We were referred to Sky by our sister-in-law. Mario showed up soon after being alerted of his arrival through text. He diagnosed the problem, then repaired it. We opted to sign up for the yearly plan. The cost was unbelievably fair.
Mario was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was happening to us.
We cannot say enough about kind and professional Mario was during his visit.

Thomas was great! He did a thorough check of all or systems, answered any questions we had and made solid recommendations for ongoing maintenance we can take care of between care appointments.

They came out right away and fixed the leaking and replaced the kitchen sink. Everything was fine. Cody was very nice and easy to deal with to get the work done as soon as possible.

Cody was fantastic to work with. Very professional, courteous, and went over all my options. I opted for a new water heater as ours was over 20 years old. The installation was quick and thorough and already have the much needed hot water. Quote and install was all able to happen same day and within 2 days of making the initial call to their lovely dispatch. Will definitely use this company in the future! Thank you guys so much!
