Best maintenance repair call i have ever experienced! Serviceman explained, Insalled 2 new parts quickly, took photos and was very patient with my lack of heating lnowledge.

I was able to get service the same day on a failed water heater. The technician was at my residence around 9am. He checked the water heater and explained all options. He was able to install a new water heater in about 2 hours.

Tim Platt was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to consult with Terry. Prompt response to our emergency call was much appreciated!

Cody was very professional, I also had concerns with the furnace and plumbing and he was able to call into work and get my questions answered quickly.
Will definitely be using this company again.

Matt is one of the most thorough analysts in giving me options for two different issues I had in my house. He was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful about being careful with my home and a very easy person to talk with. I Didn’t know Sky heating and plumbing also did electrical so that was nice to have them be able to do that as they also have treated my heating and AC. Thank you, Matt and Sky heating, AND Electrical.

Michael did a great job reviewing both tank and tankless water heater estimates with me. He was clear, patient, and made it easy to understand the cost and performance differences. I appreciate his thoroughness and honest guidance. I love that the company sent a pic/bio and an arrival time prior to the appointment (not an 8 hour window that makes it impossible to leave the house). Highly recommend Michael and his company!

David did an outstanding job in helping us with obtaining and installing a new water heater. He explained options thoroughly and was professional and courteous. He was helpful in answering a plumbing question completely unrelated to the water heater service. Thanks David! David and the team will be our first call when we have plumbing needs in the future.

Eric was on time and very professional. He answered all my questions was able to get my system up and running quickly. I would have Eric back any day. His customer service was excellent!

Thomas did a really thorough inspection and servicing of our heat exchange system. He talked me through everything he did, leaving me feeling very confident the system is ready for winter. Friendly, professional.

The Tech came very promptly. Our pilot light went out in our very old water heater, and we could not get it back on. He was very friendly. He got it back on for us promptly. He gave us some quotes for new water heaters. He was very enjoyable to talk with. Thank you so much!

Brandon did an excellent job explaining our HVAC options and a review of our current system. We felt he was knowledgeable and honest in providing us with information that we will use.

Mario was the first technician who actually took the time to understand what was wrong with our system after several others missed the mark. He did his due diligence, found the real root cause (an improperly sized unit), and never tried to push extra products on us. I was honestly ready to discontinue service with Sky Heating & Cooling, but Mario completely restored my trust. I’m now a happy customer and will be using Sky for the foreseeable future!

We had leaks under the kitchen sink and a bathroom sink which I could not fix after multiple attempts. I didn’t want to call someone in but had no choice. I picked Sky because they handle electrical issues which I have as well. They quickly scheduled the plumber for the next day and David showed up in a timely manner. He was extremely friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He gave me several options, even ways where I could save some money. We settled on a solution for both sinks and he completed the jobs ver well in a couple hours. I am very pleased with how the work was done and would definitely recommend using Sky to all.

Mario took the time to review our whole system, toik pictures and video of the various issue items and did a thorough walk thru with us. Our furnace was very old and Mario gave us a great discussion on what was right, and what was wrong with our system. He also did a great job of outlining our options. He never push or prodded us to make a decision, but answered all our questions honestly. Great work, a pleasure doing business. We'll use Sky Heating again in the future.

We had Nate Beseau come out and he was the best! He went through EVERYTHING we asked him to and explained all that was going on. He definitely deserves a 5-star rating!!!

Just became a new customer… so far so good! Joe showed up on time was friendly and courteous. This is only my second regularly scheduled maintenance visit but the office staff and the maintenance team are hand down so much nicer than others I have dealt with. Very professional an thank you!

A few days ago we returned after a long trip to a furnace that would not turn on…. Ok could be a big deal or a not such a big deal. Since Sky installed it 10 years prior we called. They responded quickly arranged to Chris out. He spent several hours going over the system. Not only fixed the problem, took lots of time to explain the issue. Price for fix was less than we had anticipated …What a great, knowledgeable guy!

Would not recommend at all! Won’t provide an estimate and won’t provide a breakdown estimate of the work. So basically you are stock once they arrive. Buyer beware I guess. I won’t ever use them again.

Great experience! Michael was efficient, courteous, and solved the problem I had. What a huge relief to notice a leak in my basement and have it resolved so quickly and smoothly. Love working with Sky Heating!
