I had to wait 2 days but was well worth it. Charge was $220.

He inspected the box where the coil is housed and found that some wet insulation was being sucked into the coil, giving the false impression of a faulty TXV valve. He removed all the damp insulation and not only did the unit start to work more powerfully, but it was also blowing cooler air! To cut a long story short: This company is committed to customer satisfaction, going above and beyond in their diagnostic and repair services. They come highly recommended! Fast forward to a recent update - Nolan truly outdid himself! My circuit board failed and he along with the team went the extra mile to diagnose the problem and replace my circuit board the same day. Nolan persisted in getting the part from the warehouse and I was informed that they were able to secure the part and could return to my place to install it within 90 minutes! In another update, it's clear that I keep going back to this company for my AC service needs. I wanted a maintenance check on my AC unit and had the pleasure of meeting Nolan. He was thoroughly professional and brought a positive energy throughout the service. He found out that one of my capacitors was nearing its end and suggested a replacement, which was swiftly taken care of.
