We had a late night emergency. One of the supply lines busted on a toilet and sprayed water everywhere. Best Tualatin Plumbers came out and fixed the plumbing. We appreciate that they got the work done extremely fast.

When you're in need of a contractor you always want to know the one you're hiring is honest, reliable and most importantly knowledgeable in their trade. You'll find all three of these qualities in this company. Not only am I confident using them for my own plumbing needs, I know when I refer someone to them they will be well taken care of.

We had a clogged toilet that would not unclog. Best Tualatin Plumbers helped us out late last night. We were afraid that it would overflow and cause some water damage in our home. Thankfully, they sent someone out to take care of it. Thanks again for being on time and taking care of this so quickly.

Best Tualatin Plumbers did a great job fixing a plumbing leak we had recently. Thankfully they came right out after we discovered the issue, and it saved us from having water damage. Their pricing was very fair and the quality of their work was great. We will use them again if we need a plumber.

We went out of our way to get there on a Saturday. It was supposed to be open till 12:00 but once we were there it was closed. Very upsetting.

Totally understaffed. Don't go unless you call it in first. Morlan and Consolidated are close enough to just pass on these folks.

Sold wrong shower surround that doesn’t fit my tub. Bought the new correct one and was told they would return the one they ordered wrong. Now they won’t return it. Lied to. Can’t trust employees. Don’t use this company

Very knowledgeable, helpful staff . Helped me with fitting hose to faucet and found solution which 2 other stores couldn't help with. Will definitely be back in figure with future plumbing issues . They say they are more for contractors and building new homes, but they had lots of knowledge about my problem. Thank you

Got a new kitchen faucet delta and the wife wanted a certain color and they had within 24 hours.

Was pretty sure I knew the ac capacitor I needed by searching online. Item was in stock and employee verified with his team to ensure it fit when I got there which made me feel better about the diy project. Came home and fixed in 5 min. Also like the early hours.

Absolutely rude. There is no need to make people feel stupid help with the solution not causing more problems. Never again will I visit this store. Shame on you!!!
